We ate outside on the garden. The staff is really welcoming, the food delicious, atmosphere nice and quiet. Had a bottle of good red wine. I recommend ♥️

We had the pleasure of lunch at Enoteca Tognoni and were thrilled. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was flavorful and perfectly balanced, while the gnudi with ricotta and spinach were delicate and delicious. The terrace is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a relaxed lunch. But the real highlight is their extensive wine selection: a journey through tradition and flavor. Highly recommended!

01/07/2026: The quality of the meat is unquestionable, leaving aside the various orders of Panzaniese meat that occasionally left something to be desired, but on the other hand they were very kind and did not charge me for the inconvenience, but in addition to the products the inconvenience also occurs in the service which at least in recent years leaves something to be desired for what you spend, and to be in the Michelin guide I repeat, on the other hand it is an excellent restaurant but they could do much better 💪🏼🫶🏼
01/07/2026: I passed through Bolgheri and decided to stop here for lunch... excellent service, fast, and cheerful. Excellent dishes, I had pappardelle with game ragu and I have to say it was exceptional... excellent cured meats and, of course, the wine...
