27/01/2026: Hotel in a beautiful, well-maintained park with free parking for guests and an excellent breakfast buffet. We are referring to room 216, which is not comparable to the other rooms. The room was functionally furnished, although the bathroom was somewhat basic but still adequately equipped. This applies to the lighting and the space for shelves and towel racks. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly. We can only comment on the breakfast buffet, as we did not use any of the other dining options. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and leaves little to be desired. Fresh products were available daily, and the pastries were continuously offered with a variety of different items. We appreciated that a table was assigned to us for the entire duration of our stay upon check-in, thus avoiding any morning rush about choosing or being seated. We found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Even when the hotel was busy, there was no sense of rush. We noticed that the towels were changed daily, even though this wasn't necessary from an ecological perspective. We also observed that after each room cleaning, all the lights were switched on, as instructed by management, to signal to guests that the cleaning had been completed. This generates unnecessary energy consumption if this instruction applies to all room cleanings. We strongly recommend that the cleaning staff be instructed to indicate completed cleanings in a different, and more environmentally friendly, way. We used the pool at the main restaurant, which was clean and a good size. Towards evening, sun loungers are rather scarce if you want a shady spot. On the hotel's private beach area, there are plenty of free sun loungers and parasols available from the third row onwards. This was the case during our stay from June 21st to 28th, 2025. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles and is easily accessible both to the south and north, and reasonably clean. It should be noted that the beach slopes relatively steeply at the waterline and can be somewhat difficult for beach walks. Further inland, sturdy footwear is recommended. The water is clean for a sandy beach, and its cleanliness (water clarity) should not be compared to that of pebbly beaches.

27/12/2025: I visited this wonderful property towards the end of July this year. My experience was very positive. Positive because it's well-equipped, with professional, friendly, and welcoming staff. The facility is also very unique in a positive sense, and the food is fantastic! But not everything is perfect. First of all, it's close to a town with very little to offer, but the basics are more or less there, and the rooms are a bit small. Another area that needs more attention in the future is the 12-to-16 age group, because there's nothing to do, while all the other age groups are well-maintained.

06/01/2026: A wonderful experience. A dinner with a surprise seafood menu, incredibly fresh and expertly and originally prepared. The atmosphere is truly pleasant, relaxed yet meticulously crafted. A truly wonderful discovery!

02/01/2026: The food is good but VERY expensive for the type of food and the quantity. We spent 160€ total for 4. Only fix menu: the cheapest was 30€ each which included 1 small appetizer, 1 small entrée, 1 desert and coffee. Wine and water are extra. They charged 10€ for portion of penne pasta with olive oil for a kid. Service was average. UPDATE After receiving a “like” on my review, which suggests that other clients share similar feelings, I feel compelled to update it. After reading your reply, I am also compelled to remove additional stars. I expressed a personal opinion about pricing and service, which I am fully entitled to do as a customer. Your response, however, was unnecessarily aggressive, condescending, and disrespectful — not only toward me, but, judging from other replies, toward other clients as well. For someone who presents themselves as promoting good food, good times, and hospitality, your tone communicates something very different. And to be clear: we were not “friends.” I was a paying customer. In that moment, you were providing a service — nothing more, nothing less. Courtesy and professionalism should apply regardless of whether a client agrees with you or not. Criticism can be discussed; rudeness cannot be justified.

Unfortunately, there aren't any tables inside—there wouldn't be enough space—but on a bitterly cold day, we were welcome to eat gelato standing inside.

Attention to detail is evident without ever being pretentious. The staff is one of its strengths: kind, smiling, and always available, making you feel at ease from start to finish. The service is attentive but never intrusive, which is not to be taken for granted. The food is simply excellent: quality ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and balanced flavors that enhance the cuisine without overwhelming it. Each course confirmed the care and passion they put into what they do. A restaurant where everything works as it should. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.

11/01/2026: On Friday evening, I went to dinner at the Ghinè Cambrì wine bar and restaurant, located on Via di Quercianella 263, Livorno, in the Castellacio area. I was served by Francesca, the waitress. The staff were very kind and charming, from the dining room to the kitchen staff. The place is welcoming, with qualified staff. The staff makes you feel pampered and welcomed as if you were at home. The food is excellent, high-quality, and the dishes are carefully prepared, from starter to dessert. 20/10/2025: Yesterday, October 19, we went to this quaint restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food excellent, and the staff very kind and professional. The homemade pasta is sublime, as are the desserts, even the homemade ones. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day surrounded by chestnut trees and to anyone who wants to enjoy the authentic flavors of yesteryear, featuring all kinds of game. We'll definitely be back.

16/12/2025: We had a Florentine steak, a delight! I've never had such tender and flavorful meat, accompanied by baked potatoes and artichokes—nothing to say except that they were exquisite. Not to mention the desserts, delicious. Even though the place is small, we had our privacy. The owner was friendly and kind. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

26/11/2025: LUCIDO HAS ITS VALUE! (and its price) Dinner for 2 friends, wanting to relax, and excellent food: and we succeeded! ATMOSPHERE Welcoming, well-prepared, very intimate, with very few tables (maybe 5/7 in total, I think). Perfect for listening to the flavors rather than your neighbors (as often happens, unfortunately!). Small and quiet. FOOD Normal appetizers, at least the crostini, but good quantity. Truly EXCELLENT meat, and prepared with Exceptional Love. PURE RAW MATERIALS, DEDICATION, AND PREPARATION. FINISHING: DESSERTS + LIQUORS Good portion and presentation, average. Mixed liquor tastings: DIVINE Superior quality products, even in the spirits. Moreover, expertly explained to fully appreciate them. WINE The selection by the glass isn't huge, but that's fine. What I think could be improved are the prices per glass. €7, €8, and even €18 for a glass seem excessive for someone who wants to have just one glass! DETAILS TO KNOW (and appreciate) 1. Serve the (empty) plates by cleaning them elegantly beforehand; I've only seen that in movies. 2. A meat thermometer: Another Pro. 3. Letting the empty plate on which you serve the meat sit on the stone fireplace, so that it retains as much heat as possible, seemed exceptional to me. The "red" lamp is common, but "warming the plate" to avoid a thermal shock seems like a detail not appreciated by many. 4. For the first time in history, when I asked for just 1 glass of wine, they left the (unopened) bottle of the corresponding wine on the table so I could actually see what I was enjoying... It's never happened to me! I rarely drink just 1 glass, it's true! ; ) 5. Absolute transparency when choosing to pay in cash or with card: that is, no fuss or discounts. The price is there, period. And I think it's fair. SUMMARY: That's all that happened... And if you've read this far, I'm sure you'll come prepared. It seems clear to me that this isn't a place for birthday parties with large tables, or for young people wanting to party. But finally, it's a SPACE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO FEEL GOOD AND ENJOY THEIR QUALITY, WELL-PREPARED FOOD. Of course, with the associated prices, it's always good to be aware of that! ENJOY !
