07/04/2024: The food is truly impeccable and of excellent quality, a shame about the service where the waiters were insistent and unprofessional at the end of the shift. We were not told of the imminent closing time of the kitchen upon our arrival and all the dishes were hastily brought out together, furthermore the waiter's insistence on making us order was not very welcome. It was unprofessional to see waiters at the end of their shift changing to go dancing and cleaning the tables with chemical products while customers were finishing their dinner.

04/04/2024: Nice vibe . We ordered : Twisted Mac Chicken n Cheese . Grilled Salmon Asian Noodles Bowl. Rose Wine by Glass. Food was good but I found it to be expensive. Service was fine . We walked in randomly and got a table after 5 minutes, though a reservation is recommended.

06/04/2024: As a long-time customer I believe I can give my opinion in a completely objective manner. This morning I booked a takeaway of sandwiches and fried foods as usual. Everything works perfectly, service as always impeccable. However, given the increased cost of the sandwich (11.50 compared to the 10 that can fit) we found ourselves with shrunken sandwiches and with few ingredients inside. I hope it was a single episode.

02/04/2024: 2nd of april 2024 around 15.00. I know my review won't make a difference nor be heard or read by the owners but must leave a negative review. My gf (non Italian speaker) and I (Italian speaker) were waiting for around 20 minutes to get the receipt. While we were close to the till my gf stared to look for a free table..she had found a table and a very rude waiter asked her in a very rude way to stand up without really listening to her reasoning. I then approached the waiter in Italian asking why she would ask a customer to stand up after queuing 20 minutes and while her partner was close to the till. She rudely answered me by saying that it was the rule. I was forced (not by them) to leave the premises due to the way My gf was rudely treated by an unfortunately ignorant waiter who couldn't even politely express herself in English We would have probably come back a couple of times as we were staying around the area for a short holiday in the area.

06/04/2024: Named for the nearby bridge Gelateria La Carraia has been serving Florence since 1990, a second location doing little to attenuate queues for Gelato made the old way and served by pleasant staff for just €1 per spatula. Family owned with a small footprint, just seventeen flavors in metal canisters behind glass, guests make their selections amidst striped wallpaper before taking cones or cups outside to enjoy along the river. Popular for Semifreddo, though no less so for the Gelato itself, fans will find the base creamy but light and whether flecked with Coconut or harnessing Nuts each bite tastes pure thanks to a lack of preservatives or excess Sugar.

07/04/2024: This is just an example, so please use it as a reference. The environment is okay except for the women's restroom, but the service is crap and the food varies greatly. Regarding food, I felt like I was willing to serve pasta-type food to people. The service felt racist and customer discrimination. First of all, before a meal, the lamp is turned on by tapping it, but sometimes it taps suddenly, and the amount of force applied varies depending on the customer. When I asked a question about the amount of steak, which is the restaurant's most famous dish, I felt that his attitude suddenly deteriorated. When I asked him what he wanted to drink before a meal, he sometimes answered, "Water?" which I thought was impossible. Also, when I asked for directions, I was shocked to hear from my friend that the waiter was laughing at the customers behind him. Employee training is so poor that I wonder if they are working in the service industry without knowing how to provide services. They may be arrogant because they are highly rated. I hope they take this opportunity to improve.

06/04/2024: Absolutely wonderful diner in this authentic local restaurant. We had made a reservation well ahead of time and it turned out that it was a wise decision. People that came without a reservation could wait or leave. Some people decided to wait for about 2 hours when the restaurant started to accepting new guests once tables cleared. The service, food and the whole experience was great and absolutely worth it.

04/04/2024: Beware!!!! everything you see on display is not what arrives at your home, if it arrives... and the one that arrives with damaged material. to get the pieces back, it's a process that takes weeks. Ikea reigns supreme. Disorganization
