Excellent food, fair prices and exceptional staff.
We were personally served by Alessia and Simone, truly helpful and very professional people.

23/04/2025: It is reprehensible that people like those highlighted in the image are invited to a public event, as if it were not enough by offering free entry to women. Inform and warn any woman to stay away from this event.
22/04/2025: Crowded on Saturday evenings or on school holidays. Long queues to bring the kids and pick them up. Queue at the cloakroom.
Safe enough place for them.

06/07/2025: unfortunately disappointment because we waited an hour for them to bring us the dishes that also arrived cold (meat and fish). perhaps there was a misunderstanding because they brought everything together between first and second courses and this was not necessary.... some insignificant dishes such as gnocchi with scampi, white gnocchi with 2 scampi on top, burger with too much onion and lousy burger bread.....
26/06/2025: Right on the promenade, very clean, excellent service, and extremely generous appetizers (see photo!) served free of charge.
Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: We were there last night at Paola's with friends and we had a wonderful time. Special welcome, delicious dinner and pampered until the bill. Delicious food, the parmigiana was a triumph for the palate, the exceptional quality meat cooked by great culinary masters. If you are in Florence you have to stop by this cute place and you will be thrilled....like us. Long live Paola.....

They have a small menu with salads, pizzas, pasta, and fries.
You order your food on one page in the restaurant, and you're given a small device that flashes and rings when your food is ready.
I find it super practical, and the prices aren't overpriced.
We had a pizza with two different salads, and it was delicious.

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary and I must say that everything was perfect!
The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a wonderful panorama!
Refined cuisine of excellent quality.
Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff.
At the end of dinner they brought us some pastries with the words "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated!
It's not an "everyday" restaurant but definitely one of those places that I recommend trying at least once in your life!
