Very good change of pace from the regular pizza pasta of Italy. Ronell was an excellent server who was maybe the most attentive waiter I have had. Refills on drinks and attention to modifications was excellent. Would recommend.

An impromptu lunch at the Hard Rock, but satisfying! ☺️ The menu was very American: we ordered mostly burgers, but also a mac and cheese, all very filling. My sandwich was also gluten-free: the bread was soft and delicious. The super-kind and knowledgeable waiter informed me that he'd have to remove the onion from the sandwich because it was fried. The atmosphere was classic hard rock, soft, and with some music. Everything was appreciated!!

Our best experience at a Hard Rock Cafe ever. Gio, our server was amazing at making us laugh and feel welcome. The burgers were delicious and very filling and the drinks were amazing. A definite worth while visit!

A refreshing break after a sweltering afternoon in Florence. The quick service and air conditioning were much appreciated. It's a shame the shop doesn't stock clothing sizes that aren't available on display.
