07/09/2025: The food is delicious, the waiters are very friendly and welcoming, but I'm writing this positive review mainly for the pizza chef, who has taste in music🔝

02/09/2025: The perfect place for those who don't like good food. Tourist menus featuring poorly cooked frozen fish. But let's talk about the pizzas...cheating on a pizza is ridiculous, yet this happens here. "Buffalo mozzarella on display," they write...and then you get two small mozzarella balls, definitely not buffalo mozzarella! Doesn't that sound bad? Unbearably hot because the air conditioners are kept on dehumidifier mode to save money, and very chaotic service with only one waiter trying his best and a young man who follows him around and delegates everything you ask of him.

26/08/2025: The wait was too long, and the place was practically empty. We only ordered two pasta dishes; one was soaked in oil and the other in vinegar, so much so that we couldn't even eat it!

23/08/2025: Years ago, I had a wonderful meal at Rais, but this year, unfortunately, I was disappointed. The peppered mussels were inedible: overcooked and reheated, tough as rubber. The pasta with pistachios and shrimp, on the other hand, was overly sweet and unpleasant. The service was courteous, but the quality of the dishes isn't what it used to be. A real shame.

01/10/2025: I was expecting a quiet, elegant garden restaurant. We found ourselves dining on the sidewalk, with hideous and unhygienic plastic tablecloths, a supermarket paper napkin with a €3.00 cover charge. Let's get to the food: Fried food, good; caponata €12 for 2 tablespoons of eggplant; swordfish, a portion. 100 grams, no more. Definitely frozen. At the next table, An entrecot, which wasn't an entrecot, was a boneless rib eye steak 100 grams including sinew and skin, with a side of fries, maybe 50/60 grams. Are you kidding me?

04/05/2025: Wonderful restaurant in the heart of Favignana. We would have loved to have lunch in the garden, but they were still setting it up for the summer season. The staff was kind and attentive. We were two couples with a 9-month-old baby, and I was pregnant and vegetarian. Everyone was kind and available to welcome us at 2 pm and pamper us with their delicacies. The Odissy busiate were spectacular! Also recommended were the busiate with pistachio pesto and shrimp. Highly recommended!

25/10/2025: When you order a pizza from them, ask them if the time they quote refers to the time they start preparing it. We waited an hour, and many friends clearly took precedence.

15/10/2025: It used to be my go-to restaurant for Chinese food, but for over a year now, the quality has gotten worse and worse. Has management changed? Has the chef changed? They say everything's the same. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll return.

08/10/2025: I think it's changed management. The North African chef, the overcooked rice, and the welcome were colder than the appetizers. The sea view remains, but I won't be returning.

11/11/2025: We went for a dinner date and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was extremely noisy and full of kids running around, which made it feel more like a children’s birthday party than a place for a relaxing dinner. The restroom was in unacceptable condition—dirty with a strong odor that spread into the dining area. It was honestly difficult to breathe near it, and it completely ruined the atmosphere. The food was just okay, but the service was poor. Several items we ordered never arrived, and we spent a long time waiting without any follow-up from the staff. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Basic things like maintaining a clean bathroom and ensuring orders are delivered correctly should be a priority. There is a lot that needs improvement in both hygiene and service.

31/10/2025: Very poor food! The kitchen is very dirty! I had food poisoning for 3 days!!! Never again!!!!!!

19/11/2025: November. Some dishes aren't available. That's okay. We had an arancini, a small bottle of water, a beer, and two sandwiches. Everything is priced except the sandwiches. We spent €42! It seemed excessive, considering we spent less elsewhere, but the sandwiches were still very, very good. Tip: if you're a tourist, ask the price of the sandwiches!

18/10/2025: €43 for two tuna sandwiches (with two small pieces of tuna) and two glasses of white wine. It seemed a bit excessive.

20/10/2025: We went in for a coffee and a dessert, but the choice was terrible. The lady behind the counter wasn't exactly friendly, and the bathrooms were dirty and broken, not to mention indecent. Not recommended. Luckily, we went to a different restaurant for lunch.

05/10/2025: 10€ for two glasses of HOT red wine, and it was clearly not my own wine, but a refilled and dirty bottle. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned for days, and the bar was empty... Never to return.

09/11/2025: On Saturday evening, we ordered two tabische pizzas over the phone, a Margherita, and, for a family member with a gluten and lactose allergy, a gluten-free pizza with zucchini and shrimp, without sauce and mozzarella. When the pizzas arrived, the person with the allergy couldn't eat them because zucchini, shrimp, sauce, and mozzarella had been added to the gluten-free base. The pizzas weren't appreciated by the guests. One star is the best I can give this time.

08/11/2025: I had ordered three family-size pizzas for 9:10 PM. I arrived promptly and discovered they hadn't even started. The owner, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, told the cashier I could leave. Disrespectful attitude, zero professionalism, and no attention to the customer. It's unacceptable to be treated like this, especially after a reservation. Terrible experience. I won't be back.

09/11/2025: Five stars for the friendliness and hospitality of the owners, delicious granitas, and truly delicious whipped cream! About €4 each, perhaps a bit pricey.

04/11/2025: Very small ice cream served in a little cup. They fill it only to the top and level it off, so it’s a tiny portion for one scoop, gone in just a few bites, and it costs €3 for a (half?) scoop. Definitely not worth it. They were also quite unfriendly.
