20/10/2025: We've been regulars and have always had a great time, but unfortunately, our last experience was a real nightmare. They seated us upstairs, and after bringing the appetizers, we had to ask several times for both bread and wine. Even worse: they completely forgot the children's main course. The pasta with wild boar ragù was a huge disappointment—basically just sauce and minced meat, not even a hint of wild boar. It's a shame, because in the past, the quality and service were definitely better. We were sincerely disappointed and hope this is just an isolated incident.

19/09/2025: The atmosphere and staff are always welcoming and pleasant, and the food (both restaurant and pizzeria) is excellent. If you go to Sperone, you can't go wrong.

09/10/2025: I got takeout pizza from this Calvino location on Via Fardella, and I have to say it's delicious, almost as good as the historic one in the center! 😋 The dough is light, well-cooked, and has that authentic flavor that only Calvino can deliver. Every bite confirms why it remains one of the best pizzerias in Trapani ❤️‍🔥 The only downside? The wait: there's always a huge line, but it's absolutely worth it! 🔥 Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a true Trapani pizza, even for takeout! 🍽️👏

08/10/2025: All the pizzas are excellent but the Rianata is exceptional, the best of all the pizzerias in Trapani.

21/10/2025: I really ate well! And I had a wonderful time, dishes that were simply exquisite, plentiful, and inexpensive for the quantity served on the plate, I highly recommend it, plus the welcome was warm, thank you!

09/11/2025: A cool, atmospheric place in the city center. We highly recommend the cornetto con ricotta with a hearty filling. :) The best we've ever had! We'll definitely be back! :)

04/11/2025: Our waiter was really arrogant. We then decided against eating there and enjoyed our meal elsewhere.

25/08/2025: Cannolo Toppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Tasted all over Sicily, but Masi's cannolo is unsurpassed so far.

28/09/2025: A nice little restaurant. We were personally advised by the chef. The starter was a mixed bruschetta, which was quite nice. 2 main courses: tuna without anything and house specialties. The grilled fish was cold because the service wasn't fast enough. The salad we ordered with it still had the stalk in the bowl. The special of the day was served with fish. It was pasta with couscous. The recommended wine was good, but I felt like I should try it: about 100 ml for €5. The waitress must have been having a bad day. All in all, a very nice restaurant, but today nothing seemed to fit together. What a shame 😞

10/11/2025: Five stars for Ristorante Quartiere San Lorenzo in Trapani! A truly excellent restaurant, with a welcoming atmosphere, delicious dishes, and immediately captivating service. I'd especially like to highlight Lele, who is always incredibly kind and attentive. You can tell he truly loves his job. The pasta was a dream: fresh, perfectly seasoned, and simply delicious. I highly recommend Ristorante Quartiere San Lorenzo. Anyone in Trapani should definitely stop here.

09/11/2025: Coperto fee is listed on the menu and I accept it but what I do not agree with is an extra fee of €2.5. I was told it is a service fee which is not mentioned anywhere. After discussion I didn't pay the fee but the waiter became extremely unpleasant, started swearing, 'brothering' me and told not speak with other tables (we were asked by others what is going on) 😂 in the same time people next to us got a huge bill for four drinks and when they asked for drink menu prices of their drinks were handwritten 🤣 be ware and ask for the drink prices upfront.

02/08/2025: Siamo rimasti incantati da questo ristorante. L'accoglienza del titolare, la gentilezza dei ragazzi che servono ai tavoli, il menù così invitante, la qualità del cibo e le porzioni davvero generose. Una ulteriore nota di merito per la cantina con bottiglie di qualità e con ricarico assolutamente accettabile rispetto al prezzo da scaffale. Che dire... Osteria Cavallo a Favignana mai più senza!

29/07/2025: ristorante un po' fuori dal paese ma comunque bello, accogliente e rilassante. ho cenato per due sere, cibo ottimo e di qualità . piatti della tradizione rivisitati in modo eccellente.

30/09/2025: The food was normal, fish was too salted, spagetti was good. But in restaurant there was specific smell, like toilet smell. Poor english.

10/09/2025: Maybe something has changed in the management compared to a few years ago, the quality of the dishes has worsened, the overcooked paccheri, the sardines a beccafico, noooooo, the Sicilian swordfish didn't taste like fish. At least the person serving you is up to par.

01/05/2025: Siamo andati perché cercavo un buon cus cus e fidandomi delle recensioni ho scelto di andare lì. E devo dire che le recensioni rispecchiano perfettamente tutto. Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha accolti, illustrato e consigliato tra i vari tipi di piatti. Il mio cus cus vegetariano delicato e buonissimo mio marito ha preso il royal speziato e impegnativo. Entrambi molto buoni, accompagnati da un calice di vino ottimo e per finire il dessert. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ambiente familiare e personale attento. Abbiamo già prenotato per sabato sera… Lo consiglio vivamente

02/11/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant. We're republishing our review after a year and a half because it was mistakenly removed. On the recommendation of our hotel, we went to this restaurant three consecutive nights. We became friends with the owners and their wives because it's a family-friendly environment. They always manage the kitchen, as well as the pizzeria and restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the service is prompt. We tried their pizza, but the first courses are also excellent, as are the grilled calamari and shrimp Marsala. The chickpea flour panelle are special. The desserts are delicious. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without over-emphasizing the sophistication of the dishes and the gourmet experience. It's family-friendly, but without neglecting the rules of the restaurant.

05/10/2025: IT'S VERY BEAUTIFUL AND I FEEL AT EASE BECAUSE IT'S MY GRANDFATHER'S RESTAURANT AND I'M VERY HAPPY THAT MY GRANDFATHER FINALLY HAS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE IT WAS HIS DAD'S BECAUSE THIS RESTAURANT HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION

26/10/2025: I came to eat here because I once tried their takeout at a friend's house. The food initially tasted good, but it took them too long to serve it. In the end, I was a bit panicked and confused. The food arrived tasteless, perhaps because it was prepared in a rush, and everything got warmed up, making it impossible to eat with chopsticks. In my defense, I could say that the waiter said it was their first Sunday, and perhaps they're not used to handling so many people on days like this. I hope I can change my mind.

25/10/2025: This is our umpteenth visit and, as always, everything is delicious. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent and well-prepared. The owner, as always, is lovely. I highly recommend her.

20/08/2025: A hotel without too many pretensions, nice, clean with people who manage it very nice and kind, I have been coming here for many years and I have always found it good.

02/06/2025: Super friendly owners, and the staff is also very friendly and attentive. Excellent, typical Sicilian cuisine. Highly recommended for a relaxing aperitif on the sun terrace with a spectacular view! Parking is available right next to the hotel. Ideal for a few days' vacation with plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area.

02/08/2025: Hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten in Italy, tasted so authentic and the dough was so, so good. I had the diavola - the cured meats were amazing, and the additional fresh cheese to top was insane. The overall presentation was top tier and the service was great. No complaints.
