Comfortable environment, professionalism, excellent food

I must say that it was really pleasant to eat in this restaurant, the owner is a really kind and polite person, the chef is really good and innovative. Very fresh fish and excellent dishes, both raw and cooked. Ask if there are anything off the menu to be left speechless.

Cozy and clean restaurant excellent food I recommend black tagliolini with macco of fava beans, bottarga and clams recommended by the owner, another superlative dish anchovies with salted butter and bread and then the tasting course of sardine roll, prawn and tuna with caramelized red onions an explosion of flavors service excellent, I will return to taste the red prawn tartare with burrata

Antipasto con gambero in pasta kataiti (sovrabbondante kataifi tanto da sovrastare ed occultare il gambero, valutazione 5 su 10). Busiate alle scoglio: piatto poco saporito, slegato rispetto ai molluschi e ai crostacei, lo chef non è riuscito a dare al piatto un sostegno alternativo in assenza di aglio (valutazione 4 su 10). Trancetto di tonno con cipolla rossa buono (8/10). Triglie fresche fritte buone (8/10). Contorno di verdure (zucchine genovesi e melenzane) perfetto. Nel complesso il locale si presenta come un mini ristorante ben curato con personale attento e un padrone di casa esperto e premuroso. Peccato per la presenza di un solo ed esile appendiabiti (già occupato) che ha costretto a tenere i cappotti alla spalliera bassa della sedia facendoli strisciare sul pavimento. Nel complesso il prezzo pagato non giustifica l'apprezzamento personale di quanto sperimentato al palato.

Siamo arrivati in questo locale a seguito di una ricerca su TripAdvisor, incuriositi da un piatto particolare: le busiate nere con ricci e gamberi rossi. Locale ordinato e pulito, proprietario cordiale e cameriera attenta e disponibile. Le busiate, fatte a mano con il nero di seppia, hanno superato le aspettative, come del resto gli altri piatti che abbiamo provato: il misto crudo vario e molto fresco, interessante il percorso degustativo, ottime le linguine con gamberi pistacchio e bottarga. Tra i dolci nota di merito per la cassatella. In conclusione ottima esperienza, ritorneremo nel caso capitassimo di nuovo in zona.
