14/02/2026: I was very satisfied. Mr. Andrea's welcome was very welcome. Always available for any request and smiling. The food was excellent and plentiful...and the icing on the cake was a "cappiddruzzo" (Marsala) cassatella (Salemi) filled with ricotta and dusted with cinnamon. Sublime. Very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

09/11/2025: Pizzeria located in a district just outside the center of Salemi. Welcoming and clean, the staff are very kind and friendly. The pizza, and more, is truly delicious. Also excellent for takeout.

05/03/2026: The sandwiches are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients and very tasty. The service is also quick and efficient: despite the crowds, they manage to get the job done quickly, which is definitely a strong point. The place is simple and rather small, with tables and chairs somewhat compactly spaced, so when it's busy, it can feel a bit cramped. Also, since it's a sandwich shop where a lot of food is cooked on the grill, the smell of the food can sometimes linger on your clothes. That said, the quality of the sandwiches and the speed of service still make this place highly recommended for anyone looking for something tasty and quick.

07/02/2026: I've been a customer for many years because their sandwiches are truly delicious. Even the rotisserie chicken has a delicious aroma and flavor.

09/10/2025: A very pleasant surprise. At first glance, I wouldn't have given the place any credence, which looks more like a takeout pizzeria (which they actually do) with tables for those who want to stay and eat. But the real surprise was the food: vastasa potatoes, busiate pasta with wild boar sauce, and spectacular lamb chops. We cleaned our plates with the traditional "scarpetta" (scraper). They say "the habit doesn't make the man," so true. Would we go back? Absolutely, perhaps to try the pizza, which looked too tempting.

05/09/2025: I'm not giving any stars for the food, service, or ambiance since I haven't been there. I'm giving one star because the place has changed management and is now called "Camurria." I'm giving one star for the prices posted outside and the rather unpleasant name.

05/08/2025: I went there with some friends to eat a pizza together for the end of the school year, I recommend it especially for the pizzas and the dessert, the prices are average, everything else is excellent

13/01/2026: BEWARE, CRIMINALS!! Pizza, drink and dessert for 6 people cost me 1400EUR : ( We went there for lunch on the spur of the moment on a friends-and-family trip to Sicily, sadly without checking any online reviews first. The pizzas were actually great and the waiter was also excellent, a near carbon-copy of Robert De Nero in both look and personality. Tragically for us, he was also an excellent scam artist putting us at ease through the whole meal so when it came to paying he somehow managed to charge us over £1,400 Euro without me realising even though I could have sworn I looked at the amount on the screen before paying with a card (which I have since put a daily max limit on...). Perhaps he had a screen overlay or something like that. On our return I realised the massive overcharge. Needless to say I tried contacting them without any reply. I also can't get any money back from Wise/Visa as I didn't have a copy of the receipt with what the actual amount should have been even though I had a photo of us six people there showing the food which obviously couldn't possibly have come to that amount. I.e. a VERY expensive life lesson. One of the other waiters had a necklace with a bullet pendant. God only knows what those crooks get up to outside the tourist season. Perhaps we got off lightly compared to others that cross their path...

23/11/2025: Cold night, sat inside had a pasta, light pistachio sauce with breadcrumbs and a couple glasses of wine, I have a tomato allergy so my pasta choices are often bland, a lot of pizza on the menu. Service was attentive and entertaining, Manuel was ‘charming’. Interior has a Midcentury vibe.

27/09/2025: The wait was nerve-wracking. Only one table to serve. Two tartares, €70. Spaghetti with clams, a bucketful, 8 kg of clams. ...an exorbitant price.

02/09/2025: Friendly staff, excellent food, and a fantastic chef. The spaghetti with shrimp is excellent. It's been our favorite place for 10 years.

30/09/2025: Unfortunately last night I ordered two family pizzas with different flavors. I specified thin pizza but I found it very thick and flavorless. The mozzarella, once cooled, was like a brick. Unfortunately, I remembered a different pizza. Sorry!

27/12/2025: We went in December before the holidays. The pizza was terrible. The ingredients, like the prosciutto and cheese, were stale, and the dough was rubbery. There were no drinks on the menu, though the waitress quickly ran to a nearby store to get them. The waitress smiled and didn't speak a word of English. The price was given off the top of my head, with no receipt.

16/11/2025: The pizza was poor quality. We got a dry piece of dough that couldn't even be cut or chewed. I don't understand how someone could serve something that could hardly be called a meal. I don't recommend it!

17/02/2026: I spent Valentine's Day evening with friends at their restaurant. The menu was awful, unimaginable, so much so that the plates were brought back full. I don't recommend it, avoid it.
