La loro realizzazione è frutto di una sapiente “ alchimia “ che coniuga semplici elementi naturali ( in questo caso i FICHI ) con le esigenze di conservarli al caldo soffocante del deserto : ne scaturisce perciò una procedura artigianale intrisa di tante tradizioni medio- orientali proprie della vita nomade …. Ok, sono passati altri 30 minuti, richiamo e stessa risposta "10 minuti e si parte", dopo 15 minuti, mi sono recata direttamente in loco. Servizio pessimo, non lo consiglio affatto, scortesi e la cosa più brutta è stata la presa in giro: mi sono recata in pizzeria e la risposta è stata: "il ragazzo si è partito", esco e mi ritrovo il ragazzo dietro che doveva ancora prendere la pizza.
