21/07/2025: Number one pizza!!! I recommend it

13/07/2025: We randomly stumbled upon this restaurant and ordered a salad, pizza and panini. Everything was fresh and tasted good. We had no problem trying to park near it.

15/11/2024: Yesterday we went to this bar because we were in the area for a hospital operation and we had two menus for €8.00, including a 33cl drink (we had peach tea), a coffee and a plate of pasta. We then added the fruit. The quality was nothing special, but acceptable. We had quite a good time and were invited to return today to try the fish couscous. We then resumed the same menu. When we asked for peach tea, the waitress, who looked at us strangely at our request, came back saying that the tea was there but it wasn't included in the price... I replied that yesterday it was included and today it wasn't.... and we got the water (then the owner told us that the day before he made a mistake in not charging us for the tea... while the waitress invited us to have a coke, a glass of wine or even a beer, those were included in the price! In short, like getting lost in a glass of water, no bad pun...). After half an hour of waiting we had to request bruschetta which they brought to everyone except us. Then came the fish couscous... it takes courage to call it that! Lots of couscous with bones and pieces of cod, no taste... Obviously we didn't add fruit this time, and we won't be back when we're in the area next time.

08/06/2025: We stayed from May 18th to 21st, 2025, in Calatafimi, where my wife's ancestors were born. Diego welcomed us warmly and delighted us with his croissants at breakfast, his appetizers, and his to-die-for cannoli, always served with a smile and kindness. A stay full of emotions, a very warm welcome. Thank you.

22/07/2025: Beautiful, very spacious, with plenty of seating. There's an indoor garden with outdoor seating. The burgers are good.

07/07/2025: Definitely the worst burger I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it at all; everything is too salty to mask the tastelessness of the poor-quality food. A horrible ground beef, I don't even know if you can call it that. The cheesecakes are good, and that's good enough.

08/07/2025: Given the scorching heat, a granita with brioche was the perfect remedy. We stumbled upon this bar with a renowned name, but nothing to write home about. The granita was good, but very loose, and served in plastic cups, not just to us but to other tourists as well. That day, they didn't offer table service, so we made do. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for some of the locals, who sat down and were served with slushies in glasses and metal spoons. Excessive parochialism? Certainly not pleasant.

07/07/2025: We will never return. The lady is always rude. My son had to go to the bathroom, they told me they had no water... last year a friend of my mother had to go to the bathroom and guess what? Same answer... they had no water. It seems absurd to me. Obviously after having happily consumed. And surely there are better granitas! Don't waste your time in this dump. Rude, lazy and let's not talk about hygiene...!!!!!

26/02/2025: We spent Valentine's Day in this place...really nice set up with all the balloons ❣️...we had an aperitif in the company of our little one... In fact, I already found myself in discomfort because they didn't have a seat... another inconvenience was the lack of a changing table in the bathroom... okay, moving on to the food, I have to say that it has reduced a lot in the years, before it was pretty full, now it's smaller, the thing I hate most is that they have to bring the cocktails 🍸 first and so when the cutting board arrives after a while I've already finished the drink... All in all nice!

01/04/2025: The Santo Padre restaurant is a family-run business, the dishes taste like home, genuine and prepared with love. The staff are very attentive and make you feel really comfortable. I highly recommend.

11/10/2024: Sono stata in questo splendido locale per un matrimonio. Location splendida, servizio eccellente. Unica pecca: il mio menù vegetariano. Pietanze belle solo nell'aspetto ma veramente scarse nel gusto. Ormai anche guardardo qualche reel su instgram è possibile trovare delle ricette gustose senza carne o pesce. Un peccato davvero. I dolci buonissimi e anche i menù di pesce e di carne sembravano ottimi (confermato anche dagli altri ospiti). Consiglio sinceramente di arricchire la conoscenza di ricette vegetariane e vegane, capiscono che non è probabilmente il vostro target di riferimento ma un locale d'eccellenza come questo dovrebbe almeno avere delle alternative vegetali buone, non superlative ma buone. Per il resto tutto super, davvero.

22/07/2025: Ristorante molto carino, informale e con tavoli nella piazzetta, perfetto per una cena in famiglia o tra amici. Ampia scelta di busiate in tutte le salse e ottimi secondi pesce. Il tonno alla griglia è super consigliato.

05/08/2025: Ci siamo stati ieri sera, ottima cena. Dall'antipasto passando per i primi e finendo con i dolci. Locale pulito personale gentilissimo e attento prezzi buonissimi. Lo consiglio.

31/07/2025: Seit fast 15 Jahren haben wir regelmäßig bei Saro leckere Snacks wie Arancini und Panini bestellt. Doch in diesem Jahr sind die Preise plötzlich stark gestiegen – und leider lässt auch die Qualität nach. Heute habe ich eine Arancina bekommen, die eindeutig nicht frisch war, vermutlich vom Vortag. Die kleinen Panini waren kaum belegt, ein bisschen Salami und Käse – und das für 2 € pro Stück. Ich verstehe, dass alles teurer wird, aber dieser Preisaufschlag steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität. Es gibt viele Alternativen, wo man noch gute Snacks für 1 € bis 1,50 € bekommen kann. Nach so vielen Jahren heißt es für uns: NIE WIEDER!

14/06/2025: Ce soir un merveilleux moment gustatif avec un couscous de la mer incroyable et le meilleur cannolo de Sicile , une tuerie absolue avec une ricotta peu sucrée , brute ….sublime ! J’adore les cannoli mais celui-ci est absolument le meilleur que j’ai mangé !!!
