A very nice place with quality options that are out of the ordinary, both for food and drinks. While I was there, there was a guitar and vocal duo playing Tony Pitony, another bonus.

What a joy it is to reopen QUBBÌ! ​I love the attention to freshness, authenticity, and seasonality that shines through in these words. Excellent service. I often come here for aperitifs with my friends. The waiters are very kind and the improvised cocktails are excellent.

Centrally located yet pleasantly removed from the bustle of the square, under new management the restaurant has emphasized its Mediterranean roots, showcasing local products in both its dishes and drinks. Outdoor seating is available, and the service is very friendly and attentive. The cocktails, which offer interesting twists on classics, are particularly noteworthy. Prices are slightly higher than average, but justified by the distinctive offerings. Recommended.

21/09/2025: The best Genovese I've ever eaten. Delicate, highly digestible, made with high-quality ingredients. The cassatelle are also excellent. The staff is friendly and cheerful. It's a little out of the way, but it's definitely worth it! I'll definitely be back! Thanks, see you next time!

29/10/2025: We stayed at the Signorino resort and were greatly surprised to discover it's connected to this wonderful little restaurant. On our first day, at the chef's recommendation, we chose busiate pasta with lobster sauce and for dessert, an almond parfait (homemade). Everything was delicious, with chunks of lobster in the sauce and a generous portion. The dessert was fantastic. On our second day, we chose pizza, which was excellent (especially the summer version with salmon and lemon slices), and making a good fish pizza is no easy feat. Glasses of Marsala wine were offered on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and smiling, despite the low season. I hope to return soon.
05/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant with incredible food and people. This was the best meal of my entire trip and the hospitality was wonderful.
