A time-honored artisanal ice cream shop just steps from the Stagnone Lagoon and the salt flats. If you're passing through and want to enjoy an excellent gelato or granita, stop here. A wide selection of gelato flavors and gelato in all its forms (penguins, pipes, cookies, truffles, Sicilian cassata, bananette, etc.). Granitas in various flavors with the classic brioche. Ice cream logs and semifreddos... all excellent quality. Reasonable prices. Very friendly owners. The gelateria has two rooms: one inside with air conditioning and another covered outside. The environment is clean and well-kept. There are playgrounds for children outside. Ample free parking. Highly recommended.

The ice cream is tasty, but not among the really good ones. You can often find better in Sicily. The owner's friendliness is rather reserved.

The ice cream is sublime, parking is ok, the place seems a bit abandoned...but...I especially recommend the lemon granita

Savoring their hazelnut gelato today took me back to when, as a child, I couldn't wait to taste their hazelnut penguins, mocha slices, truffles, or the legendary pipes they made. That unique flavor has remained unchanged over the years, still capable of instilling the same emotions and happiness as then. Congratulations to all the staff for the passion and care they put into their work.
