09/08/2025: We visited around siesta time 18:00, one of few restaurants opened. It was empty, but cozy and homely. I ordered the ego pizza and it felt like a god has descended into the kitchen and made it. It was sooo good. Grazie mille!!

28/08/2025: Very clean and charming place, excellent dough, very light and easy to digest, tasty pizzas with many classic and specialty varieties. Friendly staff, especially the waitress who only served the tables, whose shy, gentle smile always made our dinners enjoyable. It's a shame that during the summer you can't eat inside, and unfortunately, outside you're forced to inhale smoke from the smokers that wafts over you. Whenever I want a properly made pizza and a warm welcome, "Granum" is undoubtedly the ideal place for me.

20/08/2025: Delicious pizza (Bresaola) and lightly sparkling semi-dry wine (Cięte della Rose, Couvèè - Il soliton). The staff were friendly and had no problem arranging a table for us even though we didn't have a reservation. Nice atmosphere.

03/08/2025: Small trattoria with indoor and outdoor seating. It's quite hot outside, but inside it's air-conditioned and wonderfully cool. Excellent food; I had very lightly fried bluefish cutlets and grouper ravioli with pumpkin sauce. Everything was delicious. Fair prices, and the staff are always friendly, as is often the case in Sicily. We'll be back to try more. We've been back, and I stand by my review. I ate an excellent fritto misto and drank good wine in a very friendly atmosphere. Compliments for the fritto misto and the service.

05/08/2025: No, guys, I've been working in the kitchen for years. Besides cooking, one of my greatest passions is eating in restaurants considered fine dining, or at least where the quality of the ingredients reigns supreme. 80% of the time, I'm disappointed because communication sometimes extols characters and places that later turn out to be a waste of flavors and ideas. Here, however, we're talking about something else. We're talking about an attentive, highly trained dining room staff that provides extraordinary service, with the eyes of those who love their work. As well as the kitchen brigade, original ideas, dishes that speak of roots and local tradition. We spent 10 days in Sicily, we ate at 20 restaurants in the guidebook. But you beat them all, even if there's never a real competition, just an awareness of what's offered and how it's done, and you do it excellently. Congratulations

10/07/2025: Everything was good, there's something missing to say I ate very well

09/07/2025: The only good thing was the wine, a total disappointment, so much so that we left the two main courses on our plate. Rabbit, which not even a top-tier restaurant would serve, and half a Borrettana onion covered in this dome of dry, salty, burnt bread, inedible. Linguine with anchovies were incredibly salty, and tagliatelle were greasy and salty, too, so we left everything on our plate. A total disappointment, I'm sorry to say. Perhaps it's fine for German and Anglo-Saxon tourists. Unfortunately, the stunning location isn't enough.

10/08/2025: ...Iris non è una dei gestori ma uno degli ottimi dolci che si possono gustare in questo bel locale con veranda sulla piazzetta che declina sulla spiaggia di Marina di Modica... Ottima colazione gustata sulla bella la veranda esterna.

17/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante per puro caso, cercando qualcosa di semplice e non troppo impegnativo. Ad accoglierci c’era la gentilissima Elisa, che con cortesia e professionalità ci ha aiutati nella scelta delle portate. Nonostante un improvviso blackout, il servizio è stato impeccabile: tutto è arrivato puntuale e abbiamo potuto gustare la loro fantastica pizza. Da napoletano, posso dire che merita davvero di essere assaggiata! Anche di fronte agli imprevisti, lo staff ha saputo mantenere la calma e far sentire i clienti completamente a loro agio. Se vi trovate a Modifica, fate un salto da loro: pizza e antipasti assolutamente da provare. Meritano!
