28/08/2025: This fast food restaurant offers quick and well-presented options. Unfortunately, there are some hygiene issues. The food wasn't cooked properly, perhaps too fast and not exactly fresh. In the end, we didn't feel great.

07/09/2025: Always a guarantee of quality and the beauty of its location. The woman who served us was very knowledgeable regarding the celiac disease of one of our guests. Pizzas of many varieties and with tasty and unique ingredients. Excellent value for money, with fries and beers, we paid €15 per person. One star less because some pizzas were not cooked well and because the gluten-free pizza base was not made by them.

27/08/2025: If we had listened to Google reviews, we would have passed. Fortunately, we decided to follow the much more relevant advice of the Guide du Routard, which recommended the place. And indeed, the pizzas, both the dough and the other ingredients, were excellent (be careful with the olives, however, which retain their pits). The service was very good, with sufficiently attentive waitresses. We showed up at 7 on a Wednesday at the end of August, without a reservation, and were seated right away. In short, a very good experience, in the heart of a very picturesque neighborhood of Scicli.

29/08/2025: I've eaten at this pizzeria often. The gastronomic experience has always been excellent. Unfortunately, however, last night I must say with deep regret that this was not the case. The service was very welcoming as always. The staff was fully capable of satisfying every need of the diners with the profound kindness that has always distinguished them. Unfortunately, the food was a completely different story. The classic and skin-on fries were excellent. The pizza ingredients were very fresh. The problem arose with the pizza dough. It didn't seem entirely freshly made, or at least recently prepared. Last night and this morning I had serious intestinal problems with severe abdominal pain. Many of the diners also reported these problems. I felt terrible. At this moment, I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to eat pizza at this establishment. A very disappointing experience, and I say this as a loyal customer of this pizzeria.

15/06/2025: Good pizzas, on Saturday night the service could be improved in terms of timing. The highlight is a superlative sweet pizza!

01/06/2025: We went on holiday to Modica, I asked where to eat a nice crepes and they recommended Da Giorgio. I only found foreigners working there, and honestly as a Modican I don't go to these places.

13/10/2025: The waiter with the graying hat (from Catania), around 45 years old, is a disgrace to the place and to humanity in general. It's shameful how he treats his colleagues, humiliates them, makes them cry, and yet you still keep him? Shame on you!! I saw him insult and make the waitresses cry (the girl with blue hair and the Argentinian girl). Advice? I'd fire him as soon as possible so you don't make any more fools of yourself, since he's rude to customers too. I don't want to go on too long, but I wanted to write this review last year, but I was hoping you'd fire him sooner, even though that wasn't the case. Furthermore, he threatened them with vulgar and inappropriate acts... it's a disgrace... Get over it. (Plus, I've seen behavior that makes it look like he's on cocaine.)

30/09/2025: We were a group of about 40 on a package tour from Madrid, and the food was a bit sparse, but the staff was unfriendly. We asked for tomato sauce for our pasta, and they said, "No," without any explanation. We asked for bread, and then, when we were done, they started clearing things away, and the waiter told us, "Come on, everyone, home." They were in a hurry.

11/09/2025: The complex is impeccably kept. Maid service is very good. Restaurant, albite with some restrictions due to wedding activity was excellent. The maitre went out if his way to make it up for us. Recommend Silva Suri to all visitors.

20/08/2025: Beautiful property, well-maintained common areas, and a lovely pool. Comfortable rooms with barely adequate furnishings (low-end 3*), not soundproofed, and lacking privacy. The restaurant offers good value for money. Reception staff are sparse and can be reached by cell phone. Check-out policy: 11:00 AM, late check-out at 12:30 PM for €50, and full room rate at 6:00 PM.
