21/12/2025: 1.5 hours to eat Another half hour to order Employees are ineffective and inactive They can't handle ANYTHING

21/12/2025: We called to order takeout sandwiches, and once we arrived at the agreed-upon time, we waited over an hour. The sandwiches were also very cold and obviously almost inedible. Not to mention that we placed an order for €100, not even a "sorry for the delay" was said. I'm giving one star because I can't give zero.

28/09/2025: I returned after about five years, confident I'd find the quality, reasonably priced self-service restaurant I remembered and frequented. I brought others along, confident I could offer a decent, unpretentious yet tasty lunch with a wide selection of local dishes. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment, especially for me, given how I knew and remembered it. They lowered the quality of everything: the dishes offered, the menu lacking in both portions and quality, and the staff, and therefore the service, had dropped. I thought management had changed; I didn't recognize the staff, but then the owner came out of the kitchen and confirmed that management was unchanged. When you notice and experience firsthand these drops in quality and standard, you're saddened and a bit disappointed. I can try to understand the objective difficulties in maintaining quality standards, but the path taken unfortunately leads to a loss of customers. This review is intended to encourage the owner to change course and return to the offerings he once offered, which the establishment deserves.

28/09/2025: Waiting time one hour and on top of that the food was inedible I do not recommend it and on top of that they were rude

03/04/2026: We arrived and were invited to book at the counter outside the restaurant. It was raining and cold, and I might have even considered it if it weren't for the fact that I found the SERVICE item on the receipt. We sat inside, and the drinks arrived—warm beer. I had personally ordered a homemade sandwich, but what arrived was a soft wheat sandwich that tasted completely homemade... The usual soggy and rubbery sandwich, and not even very well-grilled... The ingredients were so poorly measured, you could only taste the breadcrumbs, and the seasoning was meager. The other sandwich wasn't great either... Steak... A very thin slice of meat and a pile of fries... The bill, in my opinion, was excessive for what we ate...

18/03/2026: Probably the best crepe I've ever eaten, highly recommended! I'd update the opening hours on Google because they don't match.

17/10/2025: Super helpful staff and great produce. My wife went to buy pizza dough for our family pizza night at home. They gave all the fresh dough, board and rolling pin for a very reasonable price! Staff couldn’t speak much English but with a little help from Google translate they provided great friendly service. Would definitely recommend a visit, whether you want to eat tasty pizzas made on site or help with having your own pizza making experience.

25/09/2025: The ambiance was truly special! A fantastic view over Modica under the local trees. That was truly special! The Negronis were superbly balanced and well worth the money. The aperitif platter was truly excellent in quality, with obvious local products and the feeling you want when ordering an Italian aperitif platter! Best regards!

08/09/2025: I'd love to review the food, but we're standing in front of closed doors, even though Google says the restaurant should be open. This sort of thing can really be avoided.

When we got home, the result was as pictured. The pizzas were misshapen, lacking in toppings, the dough was too thick, smaller than average, and I'll stop there... if we'd seen them at the time, we'd have insisted on making them again... but we won't be returning anyway.

28/02/2026: Terrible experience, and unfortunately it wasn't just a one-time thing. I've ordered from this pizzeria several times, giving it the benefit of the doubt, but every single time the pizza has arrived over an hour late. Not 10 or 15 minutes: over an hour. Without even a call to let them know. When I try to call to ask for an explanation, they respond rudely and annoyed, even though I asked where the delivery man was, since I had explicitly stated I needed it by 8:00. Furthermore, they make up different excuses each time (the delivery man has already left), which turn out to be blatantly false.
