14/07/2025: This bar also sells tickets for the Giamporcaro line. Today, there's a stop-and-go public transport strike. Many of us were waiting for the 11:00 bus, which didn't arrive. I went to ask if the 1:00 bus would arrive. The owner dismissed me brusquely, saying that the 11:00 bus had arrived because he'd sold 30 tickets that morning. If it hadn't, he'd have 30 people complaining, but instead, I was the only one. What can you say to someone who concocts such illogical sophistries?

14/10/2025: Stay away from this hotel. The listing states it is a 4 star hotel. It is barely a 3 star. we have stayed at many hotels in Italy and Europe and this must be the worst one we have ever visited. To begin with, the staff doesn't wear name tags and dresses as if they are on the street. Torn jeans and t shirts. There is NO WIFI or INTERNET. This is not an exaggeration. Unless you have a phone plan you are out of luck. THERE IS NO HOT WATER, PERIOD. Stayed 2 nights and never had any hot water. Had the engineer and others attempt to make it at least warm and all they did was shrug. The beds were cement hard, queen sheets fitted to pushed together twins to make an unstable king. The breakfast was meager with no staff monitoring whether anything needed replenishment. Things not eaten on our first day showed up on the seond day. Still not kept cool with ice or any other method of keeping things cool. On the surface, this hotel appears to be a 4 star hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and other amenities, but this is deceptive. Underneath, it is worn and needs much upgrading to be even a 3 star. How anyone could give this anything but a 1 star is beyond us unless they are travellers who aren't very discerning or are unwillig to look beneath the surface. But how could anyone ignore no hot water and no internet. our suite had a gorgeous jaccuzi, which, again, was impossible to use because NO HOT WATER. Book a stay anywhere but here. Even a motel 6 has hot water.

18/08/2025: We recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall enjoyed our time, especially the breakfast on the first morning. Unfortunately, on our last morning monday 18th august, our experience was very disappointing. The breakfast that was served appeared to consist of leftovers the bread was already toasted (I prefer fresh bread), and the ham had turned grey in color. When we raised our concern, the waitress insisted that the food was fresh, but it clearly did not seem so. When we asked if we could at least have a fresh sandwich, she told us there were none available. At checkout, the receptionist again insisted the food was fresh, but no apology was offered, and we were charged in full for a breakfast we did not eat To say the all truth the gentleman that was on shift on sat and sunday was so helpful,but the reception that was on duty keep shaking her head instead trying to solve the problem and was busy preparing the bill for us😡

11/09/2025: Nice bar, very popular. Parking is easy to find, and the staff is friendly and quick. There are tables both inside and out.

21/08/2025: I don't know, maybe it's changed management. When I come to Sicily on vacation, I can't wait to enjoy a good granita with cream, and this time I was disappointed with the classic cream that collapses after a minute. The other products are different, too.

15/06/2025: Terrible environment, no need to be on the list for tables because even if you pay more, the wait will be longer than that of people who enter without a table. I feel sorry for Kampa, excellent bouncer, but wasted on the environment

01/06/2025: I strongly advise against the food at this place, the pizzas were poor, apart from the very nice, friendly and kind waiters and waitresses, the manager (the one who had the folder with all the evening shifts) and the girl with the blonde bob who collects the bill were very unpleasant, rude and agitated, the atmosphere was nice but too small, tables outside (especially those under the trees are not recommended) because as far as I'm concerned we had several misadventures, such as a bird falling on the table three times... prices too high for such decadent food and service

04/10/2025: Terrible experience, we waited 2 hours in vain, we asked where our pizzas had arrived, their answer was that they were making them and instead it wasn't like that, we got up and left, not even one star!

23/05/2025: Our favorite ice cream parlor in Pozallo. We like the ice cream here the best of the three on-street shops, which simply reflects our personal taste. The other two also offer good to very good ice cream. We also like that the staff here was quite friendly. There's seating outside on the street here, too. Prices are typical for the area.

28/09/2025: Excellent pizza. Unfortunately, I gave it 4 stars due to a small delay, but I understand that it's Saturday and delays are understandable.

13/10/2025: My husband and I ordered 2 coffees, 2 small croissants, and two glasses of water, one of which was sparkling, at the table, but the waiter replied that it was difficult to include it in the order... Result: the croissants arrived immediately, and after a long time the coffees arrived without sugar or napkins, so my husband had to get up and get everything himself, paying €5.80 for a terrible service and total disorganization, with people smoking even in the outdoor area where smoking is prohibited!

09/10/2025: Closed 40 minutes early. The nice young man sweeping out front said let me talk to the other worker who promptly declined to serve us. Thank you for trying to the nice young man out front but rest assured I will go to Caffe Roma in the future to get my gelato.

01/06/2025: Un pranzo da principi! Trattoria tipica locale con piatti cucinati a regola d’arte. Ci siamo fermati per il pranzo della domenica, il posto ci ha invogliato perché molto tranquillo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità delle pietanze. A completare l’esperienza la splendida gestione familiare e la simpatia del sig. Ignazio. Torneremo di sicuro! Consigliato

14/09/2025: Good gelato, too bad it didn't make it out the door before it was melted. Four euros for a small cone seems excessive. How much does this gelato cost per kilo? It was a fortune. I won't be back.

02/08/2025: I have to say that the fact that they only make sandwiches isn't a good starting point. This should imply that they're made well, but that's not the case. They're actually acceptable and no better than any other place with a wider selection. The service is poor and clearly poorly trained, the cover charge is excessive, the paper/cardboard tray is thin, and when you ask for cutlery, they only deliver chip forks that are a bit damaged, but I may have been unlucky in that regard. Furthermore, out of eight sandwiches, two arrived incorrectly, and one wasn't even fixed. The sandwich, however, was—at least mine—just what I asked for, and I was satisfied. But while the sandwich is good, it must be said that the quality/price ratio is still terrible.

02/07/2025: Exceptional sandwich! It was late and this was the only place open: we ate a truly exceptional sandwich with horse meat stuffed with sauces and chips, huge portion and quality! The potato croquettes were also excellent I spent €11, try it!

14/09/2025: Takeout pizzeria with a wide selection of pizzas, including organic whole wheat pizzas. Excellent prices. It's a takeout pizzeria, but with tables and chairs, so you have to do everything yourself. You get your pizza on a plate, cutlery, and glasses and drinks. Very good pizzas. Recommended.

23/10/2025: Bulè is the perfect place in Ragusa for those seeking a high-end burger experience, with a touch of boldness and fun. The menu is packed with options, from the classics to the more extreme, like the legendary "Triple Shot." Food: I tried their "special" burger, the shot burger. The meat is excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and juicy. The real standout is the combinations and sauces: the BSS (Bulè Secret Sauce) is a must-have, tying all the ingredients together beautifully. Sides, like the cheddar and bacon bucket, are generous and delicious. A guaranteed delicious experience! ​Service and Staff: The service was quick and courteous. The staff is young and informal, which perfectly suits the atmosphere of the place. ​Atmosphere and Location: The atmosphere is modern and lively, ideal for a dinner with friends or a casual evening. The overall vibe is energetic and welcoming.

30/08/2025: Absolutely to be avoided. We went there for the feast of San Giovanni, and aside from the bad smell, we had a terrible experience. The food was below average and the service was poor.

08/07/2025: It used to be a place I enjoyed going to, but unfortunately, the last time I visited, I discovered there was no table service, and to find out, I had to go inside and ask. There were only two tables in total, and waving wouldn't have been much of an effort. What a shame.
