Chez Mama In Ragusa

I attended the New Year's Eve party at Chez Mama by booking a table with friends. We had a table of around 15 people and they didn't even give us a sparkling wine to toast at midnight. They told us there was a cloakroom but they didn't tell us where. After a while I found it next to the bathroom. The bathroom, a big flaw of this place. There is only one available for each gender and with so many people I was in line for over 15 minutes. The cocktails were pretty good, the music so-so.

I highly recommend the owner to completely eliminate the kitchen and restaurant service because it is not up to meeting expectations. The location is very beautiful, the two dance floors are well done but the two cocktail counters are poorly organized and the service is literally suffocated, both by the lack of staff and in its distribution. One horrible scene was the nauseating smell of the vinegar that the waiters used to polish the glasses inside the dance floor! Imagine the scene. Rare.

Good food but very expensive, considering a simple baby Margherita pizza (but also normal) almost €10 if not €10 is too much, let's not go too far.

Good pizza, great service and nice environment. The only negative note is the price, which seemed slightly higher than average to me. All in all I recommend 🙂

Raffinato, elegante, si mangia molto bene, massimo rispetto e professionalità dai dipendenti, tanta bella gente! Si paga, ma almeno hai passato una bella serata e vai a casa soddisfatto...

Siamo andati di sabato sera: pizze buonissime, impasto morbido e leggero, condimenti molto buoni. Ambiente e atmosfera incredibili, oltre all'importante presenza della security che garantisce un certo livello e alla presenza di un parcheggio "semicustodito". Unica piccola pecca: nonostante avessi prenotato il lunedì per il sabato un tavolo per due con richiesta all'esterno, siamo stati relegati in un angolino al passaggio dei camerieri che lì avevano la loro base per aggiungere gli ordini (non dovrebbe esistere un tavolo lì), ma tutto sommato non ha rovinato il resto. Prezzi non economici, ma comunque in linea con la qualità di cibo e servizio.
