The ambiance was truly special! A fantastic view over Modica under the local trees. That was truly special!
The Negronis were superbly balanced and well worth the money. The aperitif platter was truly excellent in quality, with obvious local products and the feeling you want when ordering an Italian aperitif platter!

We went to Gli Orti di San Giorgio for a sunset aperitif, enjoying the magnificent view from its terraces overlooking the enchanting Duomo. The aperitif then turned into dinner, featuring pinsa and a platter of local produce. Everything was excellent. Service was a bit slow.

Food was below average for Italy, I would say. Nothing overly special.
The front of house staff was kind and nice, however, our food took a whooping 45min to arrive to the table. The dishes we ordered were salad based and the restaurant was not busy at all which did not justify the tardiness at all.
A wonderful place with a beautiful view of the city and music in the background. The service is very nice. It is worth visiting this place and feeling the atmosphere of the town.
