19/02/2025: I booked the stay together with my husband and my 1 year old daughter. A weekend from Friday evening to Sunday morning. We were not informed that we would be alone in the facility, which was empty also due to the fact that we were the only customers. The estate is very large and totally isolated, apart from bad weather. We were told to lock ourselves in at night, but we could get in very easily, as they have old doors. The dinner was poor, the cook was very kind but not professional. Since I suffer from panic attacks we decided to leave immediately after dinner, explaining the situation and apologizing. I didn't feel like being alone in the middle of nowhere. They told us that they would try to refund something but after almost two months this has not happened, despite constant reminders. Not the fault of our interlocutor, who is the chef, and whom we thank for his availability and understanding. The facility is managed to employ children with disabilities, so we expected at least a little more understanding, which did not arrive. Even considering that we didn't stay overnight and only had dinner one evening. They could have refunded us even just half of the final cost which exceeded 350 euros. Completely negative experience.

31/01/2025: My husband and I celebrated our daughter's baptism, we couldn't have chosen better! The chef was immediately available and professional in understanding and optimally implementing our requests. Impeccable service and quality dishes. The place is very welcoming and elegant. The guests were all satisfied. We will happily return soon.

02/05/2025: Delicious succulent meat! It will definitely quench your thirst for a great steak. Everyone is so nice and patient. My Italian is poor, but they worked with us and recommended a tasting comprised of 2 kinds of steak. Delicious and tender. If I can, I would definitely come back.

10/06/2025: I found myself having dinner at this pizzeria by chance and I can confirm the goodness of the pizzas, which are also varied and imaginative, a little different from the usual ones and each one with its own "stamp" in terms of taste and colors. Excellent dough, well cooked and very digestible. The waiting times (too long for a half-full room) and the table service need to be improved. The price is a little above average but I think it's worth it because the pizza is really good. I will definitely return and with this excuse I will also try the other dishes.

24/05/2025: Avrei dato pienamente uno ZERO, ma l'applicazione non me lo consente. Questo locale è una truffa: prezzi carissimi e personale incompetente e completamente indifferente alle nostre lamentele sui loro ritardi. Dopo aver prenotato un tavolo nel pomeriggio, ci siamo recati al locale in perfetto orario. Tuttavia il tavolo non era pronto. Un'attesa infinita , per mangiare ad un orario improponibile. La pizza era mediocre, non Certamente all'altezza. Sconsigliato

04/08/2025: We got some takeout pizzas. The white pizza was good, but the tomato one had a very strong garlic flavor. I couldn't finish it. Not everyone likes it. Just add oil and basil.

28/05/2025: Absolutely one of the best trattorias we have encountered in Italy. Very friendly and professional service. The trattoria is located on a small street, it is difficult to find. The place is very charming, the essence of Italy. You just have to pay attention to the opening hours, on the internet they are much earlier. After arriving at around 6 pm, it turned out that the pizza oven was not yet heated. It is turned on at 7 pm. You could order other dishes, just not baked in the oven. However, the staff tried, turned on the oven a little earlier and around 7 pm we got absolutely one of the best pizzas we have eaten in Italy. I do not plan to return to Sicily, but if it ever happens, I will definitely come here. The atmosphere is unique.

11/07/2025: At Carmelo's we had excellent pizzas, cooked to perfection and with a truly exceptional variety of flavors. The arancini were delicious. Four of us were able to sit at a table outside, and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. A truly wonderful experience.

25/07/2025: Agriturismo in mezzo alla campagna fra ragusa e santa croce Camerina colpisce subito l’organizzazione e la disposizione, da un lato la struttura con il punto vendita e a seguire lo spazio per la degustazione, delle grandi sale che sfociano in un giardino esterno ben curato. Il personale estremamente gentile ti accompagna al tavolo. Prodotti di una bontà eccezionale, ricotta mozzarella burrata e formaggio sono veramente top non da meno il formaggio le salsicce la cotoletta e l’hamburger, provato anche lo stufato di bufalo ottimo. Chiuso con il classico cannolo buonissimo. Soddisfatto pienamente ad un prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerò

23/07/2025: Sono stata qui con mia sorella per una cena autentica in un posto tranquillo, consigliata da un mio collega. Una cucina autentica senza fronzoli fatta benissimo. Il personale attento educatissimo e socievole . Ci hanno consigliato in modo sincero e preparato e devo dire che lo spaghetto coi ricci era in effetti STRAORDINARIO! TORNEREI DOMANI ANCHE SOLO PER QUELLO! I prodotti molto freschi , le porzioni soddisfacenti . La location sotto al faro ha il suo fascino, nonostante il caldo estremo hanno due grandi "generatori di aria fresca" all esterno (non so come definirli :)! ) Grazie per la bella esperienza!
