Lunch was arranged ahead of time with L'Oste for today, costing €25, including "appetizer - 2 first courses - water/wine - coffee." Having mentioned that a vegetarian was coming, he had neither the good taste nor the ability to propose a variation to the agreed-upon menu, limiting it to just one first course, in addition to the inevitable exclusion of salami and animal products. During lunch, L'Oste proved unprofessional and clearly annoyed by the requests for the agreed-upon portions. The portions weren't enough for all diners, neither for appetizers nor drinks. The climax came when we noticed that the Coca-Cola served in glass bottles had expired. At the end of the meal, not even the agreed-upon coffee was served.

A wider selection (e.g., juices, iced tea, or spritzers) would have been really welcome. Conclusion: If you want to eat good sushi, this is the place for you. Everything else needs to be urgently reworked – or the restaurant should focus entirely on what it does best: sushi.

The atmosphere is clean and tidy, and the prices are unbeatable, especially considering the excellent quality of the food.
