I met him many years ago for an event, and since then I've had nothing but positive experiences. One of these was yesterday at Casale Graffetta, on New Year's Eve, and it was simply wonderful, from every perspective. The farmhouse is an enchanting place, with meticulous attention to detail. The service is excellent, attentive but never intrusive, and the pool makes the stay even more special. Special thanks go to Giorgio, the owner: a fantastic person, always available, kind, and ready to satisfy every need with great professionalism and passion. The gourmet cuisine is impeccable: carefully prepared dishes, extraordinary flavors, top quality... everything is truly delicious. The value for money is amazing, absolutely affordable considering the level of experience offered. It's one of those places that stays in your heart and you can't wait to return to. For me, only positive notes: I recommend Casale Graffetta to anyone looking for a special experience, filled with beauty, flavor, and true Sicilian hospitality.
