18/06/2026: I had the pleasure of visiting Officina 31 in Ragusa Ibla for the first time, and I can say I'll definitely be back. The place is truly charming, located in a splendid position right in front of the Duomo, with a breathtaking view that, in my opinion, makes the experience very romantic. The staff is kind and professional. Special thanks to the young man who looked after us; he was very knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations of the wines and cocktails of the day. The atmosphere is serene, quiet, and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant evening with friends. A place I highly recommend to anyone visiting Ibla who wants to enjoy excellent drinks, good food, and a unique location. Highly recommended!
