11/10/2025: We stayed at the Modica Beach Resort during the off-season. Since we travel a lot, we read some reviews this time, which are generally quite positive. We don't know what it's like in the high season, so we obviously can't speak for that period. First, the location: The hotel is truly in an absolutely wonderful location, right on the beach. It truly deserves 5 stars. The fact that the waves were quite high the first few days and it was almost impossible to get into the water isn't anyone's fault. The last few days, the sea was absolutely calm and it couldn't have been better. The rooms: We had a deluxe room facing the garden. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The garden was an absolute joke and the hedge was so high that you couldn't see the open space behind it. There would have been room for a larger garden with a low hedge without any problems. I would give it 3 points for cleanliness. It was more of a quick fix than clean. The TV didn't have any German channels, and the smart TV didn't work at all. No stable WiFi connection. Now, the food. If you're looking for good Italian cuisine, you've come to the wrong place. The room is really coldly lit and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is pretty monotonous. Canned and unpeeled fruit. There's no variety of cold cuts. Endless sweets...but those with a sweet tooth will probably still find something to their liking. The coffee shouldn't be called coffee; it's more like dishwater than coffee. You can buy "real" coffee on site if you like. The dinner is an absolute disaster...we were wondering if the chef was on vacation and that's why we've read some positive reviews about the food. Everything is more or less tasteless and completely uninspiring. A real shame, since Italy is actually one of the countries with good cuisine. All in all, we can say the location is great, the food is a flop.

21/09/2025: The sign for this pizzeria says what it's called, but it doesn't say: pizzas made in an electric oven, therefore served very dry. The forecourt of this pizzeria is located on the sidewalk, so all the tables are unlit! Since the little light that there is comes from a shop next door and from the street lamps, the pizza menu is impossible to read, as the writing is very small. In my opinion, the owner should make sure customers find a magnifying glass and a flashlight at each table. Besides, where you eat you breathe: carbon monoxide, since cars pass by the forecourt of the tables about a meter away, on the other hand the price is low! But as they say! You pay anyway! and so much you have, but what I don't understand is: how do they issue licenses to these people in Pozzallo, I was born at home in Pozzallo, 69 years ago, so I've lived in the province of Milan all my life but every now and then I come to Pozzallo, to the towns in the province of Milan, to pizzerias like this! They would never have issued the license! I'm happy to live in the province of Milan, because the ASL wouldn't let pizzerias like yours open even for a day! Then I've always come to Pozzallo from time to time! And I've seen very few Milanese people! Instead, I've seen that there are so many people of stink!

25/06/2025: I have tried all the Asian restaurants in the province and outside the province... this is the restaurant with the tastiest food of all! truly exceptional tastes... in addition to the beautiful place, nice atmosphere, cleanliness etc

12/05/2025: Appreciable fusion food; some pleasantly refined dishes. Service a little slow which contrasts - obviously - with the closing time of the kitchen. The place is very nice and welcoming. Ideal for private lunches and dinners. The toilets are very well kept and complete. The location is located at the entrance to the city and parking is easily found in the surrounding area. Access and use of the venue are very easy even for wheelchairs.

19/08/2025: My wife and I had the legendary crunchy pizza with two flavor combinations. What can I say?! Truly delicious, with excellent ingredients and, above all, that mix of softness and crunchiness that makes it truly unique! I highly recommend trying it, especially since the old management has returned and taken over the place!

17/08/2025: Excellent pizza. The owners, who have returned to manage it, are super friendly. Exquisite whole wheat dough. Affordable prices. We'll definitely be back. 5 stars overall.

03/10/2025: We were there for the first and last time. The pizza was absolutely not to my taste. When it arrived at the table, I was very happy... It tasted really orange... But with the food came the frustration: you had to search for shrimp, and you could only see one... There were a few small pieces of seafood and a few other pieces... Especially a lot of breadcrumbs and fior di latte. After a quarter of it, I gave up and just picked out the shrimp to eat... About 10 very small ones...

17/09/2025: We went to this family-run pizzeria to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was a great choice! The place is run with passion by two brothers. The staff was very kind and professional, always attentive and smiling. The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, have a well-made, light dough, and were truly delicious! The draft beers also pleasantly surprised us with their quality and flavor. We spent a wonderful evening in good company, made special by the friendliness of the two owners and the excellent pizzas. I recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic pizza and a family atmosphere.

16/06/2025: The owner is the one who serves you and makes the pizzas. He was about to close and served us as if he had just opened. Honestly, that's a 10. But the surprise was tasting the pizzas, which were extraordinarily delicious and reasonably priced. A place I highly recommend!
