09/10/2025: I've eaten there three out of four times. I've tried both the pasta dishes and the take-out arancini. Everything is delicious. Truly excellent food. The service is prompt and courteous. For take-out, they provide a paper bag, cutlery, and napkins. A must-try here in Caltanissetta.

09/09/2025: Unforgettable experience! I went to _N’Arancina Speciale_ last night and... wow. I tried so many different types of arancini, each one better than the last. By the end, I was so full I couldn't even get up! The taste is incredible; each arancini has its own personality and wins you over at first bite. Plus, there's a beautiful soul behind this project: inclusion, attention to local ingredients, and a social impact you can feel. It's not just food for on the go, it's a heartwarming experience. A must-see if you're in Caltanissetta. Kudos to the entire staff! Carovana Exodus

I had the DISGUST of meeting the owner with whom my mother had an argument. I won't go into the details of the story so as not to disgust you as I am disgusted, an unworthy person, which is why all her sales assistants hate her, coming from them!

30/09/2025: Having visited Sicily several times and growing up in a Sicilian household, I've tried countless pane panelle and pani c’a meusa, and this spot beats them all. The atmosphere is authentically local, with friendly people and fresh, hot food made to order. The panelle is perfectly crisp, not oily, and the meusa (or milza) is incredibly tender. The rich flavor of the meusa with caciocavallo cheese—a fantastic combination. The sandwiches come with lemon and salt, but extra lemons are on the counter if you like more. I highly recommend trying either sandwich and washing it down with a beer.
