I've eaten there three out of four times. I've tried both the pasta dishes and the take-out arancini. Everything is delicious. Truly excellent food. The service is prompt and courteous. For take-out, they provide a paper bag, cutlery, and napkins. A must-try here in Caltanissetta.

I went to _N’Arancina Speciale_ last night and... wow. I tried so many different types of arancini, each one better than the last. By the end, I was so full I couldn't even get up! The taste is incredible; each arancini has its own personality and wins you over at first bite.
Plus, there's a beautiful soul behind this project: inclusion, attention to local ingredients, and a social impact you can feel. It's not just food for on the go, it's a heartwarming experience.
A must-see if you're in Caltanissetta. Kudos to the entire staff!

To say that eating an arancina is special is an understatement. Here, you can feel the passion for what they do.
It's a taste experience: you taste the various flavors perfectly blended, you taste the quality of the ingredients. And then when you bite into an arancina, you feel the crunch, you realize it's special even when you hold it in your hand (it doesn't break, it doesn't fall apart). And it's made by special people. I forgot, there are at least 13 arancini flavors, always top-notch.
The best arancini in Caltanissetta. The very kind owners were able to recover from a mistake made by Glovo in an excellent way. Thank you... highly recommended.
