09/10/2025: Terrible experience. Ordered through Glovo (under a different name). The ice cream was completely melted, and the crepes were filled with a deceptive "Nutella": chocolate cream inside and Nutella only on the outside, completely ruining the authentic taste of Ferrero Nutella. First and last experience, never again.

03/11/2025: Very old, dirty, with worn walls and yellowed furniture. Unbearable noise in the rooms facing the road. The shower is clogged and won't drain properly. The hotel has a bad smell, and the room smells musty and unventilated. It's very hot inside despite it being November and the heating not being on. Very far from the city of Palermo. It should have 1 or 2 stars.

05/10/2025: There was no shower hose, only a shower head, and so showering was a nightmare, it was very difficult. The water flowed obliquely from the shower head and flowed next to the bathtub, which caused a lot of water. The mirrors were dirty. The light above the sink was blinking, it didn't work. At breakfast, the girl serving didn't understand that it was senza glutine, even though we told her in Italian. There was little choice, no vegetables. There was no apple juice, only orange juice.

28/08/2025: Our experience at this place wasn't the best as a restaurant. It certainly works very well as a beach club, nightclub, or pub. The restaurant aspect leaves a lot to be desired. The paper menu consisted of an A4 sheet of printer paper (damp, to boot!) that wasn't very clear and lacked information about the dishes. The prices were truly outrageous for the portions presented on the plate. The atmosphere in the evening is too dark, making reading the "menu" quite a challenge. The service was another problematic aspect of the experience: at least five times we had to remind the staff to bring napkins (not laid out anyway), and asking for attention to place an order is practically impossible without shouting. In conclusion, the place should focus more on the beach club/nightclub/pub-bar aspect. The restaurant is completely lacking.

27/08/2025: Located on the Tyrrhenian coast of Torre Faro (ME), discovered by chance after hearing the neighbor under the umbrella talking about it. A quiet place for lunch, good food, and background music at the right volume. The beach could use some more upkeep, but overall it deserves top marks, given the kindness of the staff and the excellent selection of wines by the glass.

26/08/2025: Here we are faced with one of the few cases where HE, the owner, should give stars to customers who enter!!!! 🤣🤣 We are faced with a bastion and milestone of the catering industry in the city of Palermo. If the owner is on his day... you will find high-quality patisserie, artisanal ice cream shop without industrial or laboratory products with a wide assortment, rotisserie, arancini and sandwiches of the day... the important thing is to remember not to talk to and solicit the owner on topics such as: local and national politics, economics, finance, geopolitics, military conflicts and above all ask for improper use of the toilet!!! Franco you are number one!!! 💪💪💪 Five stars by default ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/08/2025: Two stars because the cornetto was put in a microwave before serving…made it hot & Soggy…unacceptable in Italy . The Cappuccino was ok but could’ve been hotter.

12/02/2025: Never again. Ordered pizza at home. Delivery was super late, and I ended up with hair in the middle of the pizza. They sent me another one right away, but by then I'd lost my craving for pizza.

27/07/2025: The place is aesthetically pleasing, but not worth going to. We waited two hours for a pizza and nothing arrived except water. When we asked for an explanation for the delay, they told us they were very busy. In the end, at 11:30 PM, we asked for our money back and left since they had asked for payment in advance.

26/07/2025: We waited more than 2 hours we did not eat, apart from the waiters the staff were very rude and impolite

18/10/2025: It's always an inconvenience to go to the drive-thru. They put things in random bags, drinks with sandwiches, only one napkin for two menus. I don't know if it's company guidelines, but I think a little more packaging for the drive-thru is necessary. I recommend you pay attention to the drive-thru side.

18/10/2025: Terrible experience. They gave me a bag with two MC menus, plus two other single sandwiches, plus two nuggets, all in a single bag together. Consequently, the drinks spilled and ruined all the food... apparently they pay for the bags!!! Wow, how disgusting guys... go wash windows if you're not capable of working in a public place like McDonald's... I forgot to refill the orange juice keg, it was anything but orange juice.

30/10/2025: A terrible experience that I'll always remember. The mussels were inedible, and the grilled fish was even worse. Highly recommended, definitely avoid this place.

19/09/2025: I had a great time, I ate the pizza, and for those who don't like pizza like me, this pizza was really delicious. I recommend everyone to go and try it.

05/09/2025: I ordered a pizza and a coke. I had to wait 30 minutes for the coke and 1 hour and 20 minutes for the pizza. Turns out they had forgotten my order.. when I finally got the pizza it was burnt and the salad was rotten. Like the others down here say don't go here.

27/08/2025: Today I ordered some take-out pizzas. I ordered 3 pizzas. One of the 3 pizzas I ordered was a parmigiana without parmesan. When I got it home, I saw that they had added parmesan cheese, which I hadn't asked for. Not only does the pizza taste like nothing, it has no flavor at all, and not only is the pizza very chewy.

10/06/2025: We ate here twice. The pizzas are wonderful with their delicious cheese and puffy Sicilian pizza crust. The burger was overcooked, so stick to the pizzas. It took a while for the food the come to the table, but we’re on Italian time. The little plaza is a nice hangout spot. Overall it’s a great place for dinner.

30/08/2025: Shameful experience – worth reporting We dined at Ristorante Pizzeria La Lampara for Ferragosto (9 people, including a child) and never expected such disorganization, poor quality, and above all, lack of hygiene. Disappointing first courses: the orecchiette with ragù was simply pasta with raw sauce and raw olive oil. The orecchiette with mussels, clams, scampi, and cherry tomatoes didn't even contain clams. Disgraceful second courses: instead of the "steak," they received two fragmented bones, pure waste. When I pointed this out, the response was that the steaks were sold out. Unacceptable for a €55 menu. Furthermore, we also found a hair in the fish main course (photo attached). Zero hygiene: the presence of hair on the plates is not only disrespectful to customers, but a serious health risk, worthy of intervention by the NAS. Poor appetizers: mozzarella as hard as chewing gum and a small square of omelette that looked freshly defrosted. Anonymous desserts and sorbets, absolutely not up to par. In total, we spent €55 each for a disgraceful menu with obvious health and hygiene risks. A terrible experience, never again. Honestly, given the severity of the situation, it would deserve a health inspection.

27/08/2025: I happened upon it by chance (without reading any reviews) for a quick lunch and had to send back two salads full of small animals, which unfortunately indicates poor hygiene, a very serious issue for a restaurant business. Only one young waiter apologized for the inconvenience. Failed for everything.
