14/07/2025: Una cena abbastanza buono, antipasto assortito e un primo abbastanza condito m.. bel complesso lo consiglierei se non hai altissime pretese

13/07/2025: 45€ per cosa, esattamente? Un menù fisso che sa di fregatura. Sono stato a La Bettola dei Marinai con la speranza di gustare un buon pranzo vista mare, ma sono uscito con la sensazione di essere stato truffato. Il famigerato “menù fisso” da 45€ a persona è una trovata ben confezionata per attirare clienti e svuotar loro il portafoglio senza offrire nulla di realmente all’altezza del prezzo. Nessuna trasparenza su cosa includa esattamente il menù, nessuna possibilità di scelta, e soprattutto un'esperienza che non vale nemmeno la metà di quanto pagato. Alla fine il conto arriva senza sorprese… ma con tanto amaro in bocca: 135€ in tre per qualcosa che altrove sarebbe stato classificato come “menù turistico” da massimo 20€. Un’operazione ben studiata per sembrare autentica, ma che puzza di marketing ingannevole lontano un miglio. Non tornerò, e consiglio a chiunque di informarsi bene prima di sedersi. Unico aspetto positivo.. i ragazzi che lavorano li come camerieri

09/07/2025: I agree with the recent reviews: the place is nice, but there's practically nothing of what's written on the menu, at most (no joke) traditional teas for €4.50 each. I'm not saying much, but everyone in Catania has ginseng...for them it's non-existent even though it was on the menu for €2.....There was no iced tea, much less iced coffee, even though it was summer, there was no sweetener (how health-conscious they are!!! 🙏🏻......) Only vanilla pancakes, no croissants, tarts, or similar things that I've read in other reviews... Cover charge only €2...I'll never go again, I think...there's better.

15/09/2025: We ordered two kebabs and a bowl of fries. They were really excellent, and considering the price, they would say that it is relatively profitable.

28/07/2025: Well what can I say, a shame for anyone who is Neapolitan, I had the pleasure of tasting this famous "Neapolitan" pizza on the Pulcinella terrace, and I must say that the pizzas are unpresentable, the pizza dough very rubbery and unimaginable, I must say that I expected much more given the 3 stars but even the appetizer was not up to par, I tried the arancinetta and the pasta fritter which had no flavor, a shame for the fantastic place, the service and the kindness of the waiters are to be admired

23/05/2025: Our favorite ice cream parlor in Pozallo. We like the ice cream here the best of the three on-street shops, which simply reflects our personal taste. The other two also offer good to very good ice cream. We also like that the staff here was quite friendly. There's seating outside on the street here, too. Prices are typical for the area.

10/09/2025: We had something there in passing, the pistachio arancini weren't that great, but the ones with sausage were very good, the staff was a bit distracted and my son had to repeat our order several times, but all in all it's a nice place.

04/08/2025: One of the best takeaways in the city: excellent value, courteous service, and home deliveries. I always order from them when I can! Compared to my previous review, I've noticed a marked deterioration: home delivery doesn't respect the agreed-upon time, and the prices have increased significantly, in proportion to the quality of the products. I'm not saying the pizza isn't good, but the price increase is excessive (times are tough for everyone, both buyers and sellers).

17/11/2025: Disappointing, I'm a regular customer. I ordered a home delivery and found the sandwiches made "....." Honestly, given how much they cost, things aren't worth it anymore, to be treated like this... Fewer chips than usual with old salad and tomato put in just for the sake of putting them in... The sandwiches were put in backwards and they were ruined... I don't know what it takes but you can tell when a job is done in a hurry and badly. I'm sorry, but honestly, if it has to cost me more and then I'm treated like an animal, honestly, I'll make them myself and they cost half as much... Usually everything was nice and fixed this time... I won't order again, thanks. 2 stars only because the Glovo guy was kind and punctual.

04/11/2025: Just got two takeout sandwiches... when I got home, one was the wrong one, and a completely different sandwich (not the one I ordered). I also ordered without barbecue sauce, but with mayonnaise and none of that... the most unpleasant thing was that the meat was completely raw inside, so inedible. I would have even eaten it if at least the meat had been cooked. I wrote to their WhatsApp and online contacts and tried calling a number that says it doesn't exist. I hope they have customer service so I can at least get an apology and a voucher for a next sandwich. Honestly, I spent 10 euros to not be able to eat anything, and that's not how you do it. I'm sorry. 0 stars completely.

17/05/2025: A small Japanese style restaurant that conquers you at the first bite. I ordered the tonkatsu, the absolute star: crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, served with fresh cabbage, rice and a homemade sauce that enhances every bite. A simple dish, but executed to perfection. If you are looking for authenticity and flavor, this is the right place, I will definitely be back!!🇯🇵

30/04/2025: Although it claims to be Korean style, it is difficult to say that it is Korean style by Korean standards... The owner doesn't seem to be Korean either, so I hope he doesn't refer to it as Korean-style chicken gangjeong. It's hard to say that the curry is particularly Asian-style curry. ㅠㅠ Maybe I had high expectations, but I was a bit disappointed.

05/07/2025: I give one star because you can't give less. I ordered home delivery and they delivered it to me after two hours. Really poor quality pizza. I ordered a pizza with chips and they put them raw on the pizza and cooked them in the oven... I'll let you imagine the final result.

06/09/2025: First and last time! On advice, I decided to try it and was disappointed, to say the least. My boyfriend had ordered a pizza with sausage. When the pizza was served, he found pieces of salami on the pizza. Real cubes. When I asked for an explanation, they told me they were out of sausage. I was speechless. They tried to convince us to make another one, but we wouldn't. They should have asked before adding fancy ingredients. They definitely didn't want to make it again and wanted to solve the problem this way without first consulting the customer who was supposed to eat it. He could have been allergic or intolerant. Never again!

14/10/2025: We went for lunch, we chose fish, we had an appetizer and fried calamari, everything excellent, very kind staff.

21/09/2025: Despite the bad reviews, we thought we'd have our own experience – but in retrospect, we were disappointed. We had the set menu for €40, which we found quite expensive. The starters were okay. Then came pasta with two different sauces, one after the other – it was okay, but nothing special. This was followed by a small fish platter, which was our biggest disappointment: deep-fried and completely soaked with oil. The dessert, a granita, was far too sweet. As we left, the owner asked us if we were satisfied. We gave our honest opinion, but apparently she couldn't accept criticism and reacted very unfriendly. Our conclusion: We cannot recommend this restaurant.
