28/09/2025: The owner was rude and unfriendly. Even though his place was empty, we decided to sit down (eight people). We drank a few beers, Cokes, and water, but perhaps because the bill wasn't too high for him, he decided to tell us that if we only had water to drink, we could go. I've never heard anything like it. Never again.

12/09/2025: Chan is now a firm favourite, and I've lost count of how many times I've eaten there. I've been to many sushi restaurants, but none satisfy me 100% like Chan. The quality of the food is excellent, the menu is extensive and varied, and the wait times are just right (obviously, on busier days, service slows down a bit, as is the case with any restaurant, because you always have to remember that there are people behind it all, not robots, something that many people overlook). The location is very pretty, and one thing I particularly love is the soft lighting, which helps create a relaxing atmosphere; the restaurant is also quite large (you can also sit at the outdoor tables). I can only say that I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know; in fact, I've brought family, relatives, and friends, and everyone has always been satisfied. Finally, just yesterday I tried a home-delivered box for the first time, and I have to say the whole family was completely satisfied (what I particularly appreciated was the generous amount of soy sauce they put inside the box, and I can assure you that's not a given). Try it and believe it.

11/10/2025: I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0. We reserved a table inside the restaurant, but upon arrival, we were assigned a table facing the entrance door (uncomfortable because it was getting fresh air and we were with a little girl who has a respiratory virus; people kept passing by our table). We asked to change tables, since almost all the tables in the area where we were sitting were empty, and the staff was very unapproachable and wouldn't let us change tables. Terrible service.

07/10/2025: A lovely place in a beautiful village. I'll sum it up in a few words: the worst pizza in 60 years of existence, in every respect, to be avoided, and the best pork shank with vegetables I've ever tasted in the aforementioned 60 years. I hope they revisit the pizzeria side of things because the place, the staff, and the restaurant definitely deserve it.

18/10/2025: As an Indo, I was stupid and stubborn and still wanted to eat rice for one day... After a few bites, I was full. The food was too salty, and there was no atmosphere (which I wasn't expecting). I did have a nice chat with one of the waiters, though. That's where the stars come from.

13/09/2025: One star is too much, too bad there's no zero-star option. Five of us went this week for my birthday, to try it out and with the prospect of returning if we enjoyed it. The dishes (all of them) were tasteless or awful, the fried foods were soggy and rubbery, and the Chinese bread tasted like raw breadcrumbs. Of the various dishes, the only edible ones were some Chinese noodles with vegetables and a whole fish au gratin. By the end of the evening and for the next two days, five of us had terrible stomach aches... All five of us!!! This had never happened, not even in the worst places we've ever been. The only Chinese person inside the restaurant is perhaps the cashier; the dishes are prepared by staff who have no idea what Chinese cuisine is (or even Italian cuisine), in an open kitchen, where every so often someone eats and drinks standing up and in full view of the customers. I looked at the reviews beforehand, and while they aren't particularly high, there are some good ones, and I honestly don't know what those people who gave positive reviews are used to eating. As far as I'm concerned, this was the worst experience of all and one I absolutely must not repeat!

27/07/2025: Il VERO pane cunzato è molto diverso!! Basta cercare una foto su Internet e si capisce subito che ciò che è servito in quel ristorante e che loro chiamano "pane cunzato" non è in realtà Pane Cunzato! Oltretutto è stata chiesta anche una verifica ad una cuoca siciliana esperta tramite foto scattata sul momento in cui è stato portato il piatto quando sono andat* a pranzare in questo ristorante e la risposta è stata che quello "non era assolutamente un VERO pane cunzato"!!! Perciò non consiglio assolutamente di mangiare in questo ristorante.

16/10/2025: I don't recommend it. We ordered a plate of ravioli and two focaccias. After a 20-minute wait, the four ravioli arrived with some kind of eggplant and tomato sauce. 15 minutes later, the focaccias arrived. I finished eating before the other dishes arrived. I asked for the bill, followed by another 20 minutes of waiting. I had to go to the counter to get a charge, and it turned out they didn't accept cards. I was finally able to pay by card, but they overcharged me. The service was terrible, and the food left much to be desired. Additionally, they charged me for table service when the menu doesn't mention it. We won't be returning, and I won't recommend it to my friends.

18/10/2025: This year, for my birthday, I chose my cake from "Il Cerchio dei Golosi," and as always, it was simply perfect! Beautiful to look at, delicious to taste: a true masterpiece. The staff is impeccable, precise, and attentive to every detail. I've been their customer for years and they've never disappointed me. Il Cerchio dei Golosi forever! Thank you so much!

26/09/2025: Those who deny the evidence and fail to acknowledge the gross error committed do not deserve stars. Delivering a cake different from the one ordered is unacceptable. Just as it is unacceptable to call a customer a liar whose only fault was to have chosen a pastry shop that was guilty of superficiality and unprofessionalism by failing to fulfill the order. They could have said that the strawberries were out and apologized for the incident and that would have been the end of it. But it is inconceivable that they would be maintaining an alleged misunderstanding. …..when they had also agreed on a price significantly higher than €22 per kg compared to that of the cake delivered to the restaurant (covered only with cream, including the sides, with a strawberry cut into three pieces and placed on one side with the writing "Best Wishes" in the center, which was not requested, and without the candles requested when ordering) and which the customer rightfully refused. Patience, you never stop learning!!! It's best to stay away from them to avoid these unpleasant surprises.

07/09/2025: It's a shame we only discovered it on the last day of our vacation: we had breakfast here with granita and brioche; the one with the "tuppo" was still warm and delicious. The granita was authentic Sicilian granita, tasty and dense. Kudos to the owners! If you're passing through Catania, I highly recommend it!

08/09/2025: The food wasn't excellent, and we waited almost two hours for a piadina and a sandwich. The lamp above the table was also broken. I honestly wouldn't recommend it unless you have time to waste. The prices are also very high.

14/06/2025: We arrived at 9pm and waited 1 hour for three sandwiches. There were only a few of us in the entire place. Terrible service... I strongly advise against it.

12/10/2025: McDrive experience on Sunday afternoon was awful. Wait times were incredibly long, the sandwich base was incredibly hard, and the wrong order was made for different fries than the ones I ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I arrived. There's a lot of room for improvement.

29/09/2025: Super negative review. I threw a truly pitiful party. The girl who was in charge left, so I had to ask for music for the cake. I don't think this is a party to entertain the kids. I'll give it a star because I have to, but it was below zero.

30/10/2025: We went for the aperifish... everything was delicious and above all fresh! I've never seen such a generous amount of fried food, and two hot first courses! We'll definitely be back, it exceeded my expectations. Congratulations!

19/10/2025: Sunday lunch. What can I say? The food was definitely good, but otherwise I wouldn't even give it a single star. Four people sat at the table, each with an appetizer and a first course. One person's first course arrived at the same time as the appetizer, the other three waited at least half an hour. Two people's first courses arrived with a different pasta dish than the one on the menu, and the third ate alone.
