We leave the sufficiency, because quality of raw materials and quantity are superior to 3 stars, but cuisine 3, and the penalty goes to the surprise of the bill, given the absence of menu... 3 starters (vegetables and cheese) at €20 each , house wine and 2 first courses for 3 (vegetables and sausage) for €37 per person...really too much, without fish and with limited wine, without even offering you killer coffee. There were only us... in short, full bellies, but I wouldn't go back... we felt a little cheated on the price, because we were there by chance and without choices. Thank you

Open on request and/or if other guests are present. Guiseppe and his wife are very friendly and open. The dishes are beautiful, made from only fresh and local ingredients! Excellent quality! Absolutely recommended. 2 large parking spaces on both sides of the restaurant.

Top restaurant. We went back three times. Owner and chef Pippo passionately cooks the best of the region. Without a card but you can get what you want. Meat or fish or vegetarian, everything excellent and the best we have eaten in Sicily. We would even like to give it more than 5 stars. 5 stars plus plus . Thank you Pippo.

Very good authentic restaurant with the typical Sicilian flair. Very heartily made and, above all, very good. Good and fresh products. The owners have been there for 32 years and still do things very warmly and well. They are very attentive. We only took a pasta with Gamberoni and he prepared us an antipasti with pulpo and fish. It was very nice, we'll be back.

The restaurant is really highly recommended if you want to spend a cozy evening with good food in good company. Everything is freshly prepared, from the Italian starters, grilled dishes, desserts and good house wine. It is a family-run restaurant with very lovely hosts!

Punti positivi: - servizio solerte; - vino buonissimo e senza alcuna controindicazione; - cibo vario e buonissimo, ben condito e saporito a prescindere dal tipo di olio utilizzato; - gran parte degli alimenti sono certamente a km0. - locale delizioso, confortevole, romantico, panoramico. Punto negativo: non c'è una carta nè una lavagnetta a vista con i prezzi indicativi del menù e non si ha contezza del conto finale: ho letto da altri che il menù completo è 40€ a testa ma in realtà io non ho preso dei menù completi.

Het is voor ons onmogelijk een slechte review te schrijven over onze avond in A Casitta. Na een hartelijke en vriendelijke ontvangst door de vrouw des huizes, werden we verder de avond geholpen door Dario, een uiterst vriendelijke man die in zeer goed Engels ons vertelde wat ons te wachten stond. Hij bleek overigens ook vloeiend Duits te spreken dus voor de meeste gasten wel wat wils. Geen keuzes gemaakt van een menu maar ons laten verrassen door wat de avond ons zou brengen. Bij ieder gerecht legde Dario ons uit wat we te eten kregen en uiteindelijk na een stuk of 7 voorgerechten, volgde het hoofdmenu: vlees voor mij en vis voor mijn vrouw. Alle gerechten waren van goede kwaliteit en met bijzondere combinaties. Daarnaast een goed advies qua wijn dus de avond was echt compleet. Voor ons is eten niet alleen fijn als het eten goed is, maar als de gehele beleving van sfeer, locatie, service daarnaast ook kloppen en dat doet het bij A Casitta. We hebben fijn met Dario gekletst over regionale bijzonderheden en van hem de nodige tips gehad voor een niet-toeristisch bezoekje. Naast het heerlijke eten hebben we genoten van de sfeer, de goede service in uitstekend Engels en de prettige accommodatie. Een hele complete beleving die wat ons betreft zeker aan te bevelen is.

Locale semplice, proprietario “sui generis”, di quelli che ci tiene al suo lavoro ed al suo locale. Pranzo di famiglia, abbiamo potuto gustare ottimi piatti preparati sul momento, dagli antipasti, alla pasta fresca fino all’ottima grigliata di carne. È stato tutto ottimo, servizio abbastanza veloce, pochi tavoli, molta tranquillità. Parcheggio disponibile, forse potrebbe migliorare con l’aria condizionata per mangiare al fresco in giornate di caldo, seppur ventilate. Il voto è comunque positivo, prezzi nella media, 40€ a testa per una gran carrellata di antipasti, 3 primi di pasta fresca con pomodino, melanzane, ricotta informata (pasta buonissima), grigliata di salsiccia, involtini, agnello, fettine e costate. 2 sorbetti (ottimi) e bevande (acqua, vino e coca). Nulla da eccepire, anzi ci torneremo.
