23/07/2025: A 2 day stay full of unexpected events, disappointed only by the good swimming pool.

16/07/2025: My fiancé and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. There's no entertainment, but a lovely pool with loungers and complete silence, except for the chirping of birds. The room was clean and beautiful, with a bathroom with a window. Breakfast was delicious! A strategic location for visiting Sciacca town center or the nearby beaches. Menfi and Porto Palo are also easy to reach. There are several supermarkets nearby, which shouldn't be underestimated.

22/03/2025: Wir bestellten an der Bar einen Saft, Capucino und Höhrnchen und mussten tatsächlich 2 Coperti (Zuschlag Gedeck) von 2 Euro bezahlen! So was habe ich noch niegends erlebt. Eine Touristenfalle!

25/08/2025: A very positive first experience! It's my first time ordering from this pizzeria, and I have to say I was very satisfied. Delivery was on time, even earlier than expected! The pizza arrived hot, well packaged, and tasted like it was fresh out of the oven.

13/07/2025: We ordered white wine and water – unfortunately, the wine came from a tetra pack and the water from plastic bottles. We paid €18 for that. The wine tasted strongly of vinegar – a real shame. We only had a sip and left it. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the food, as we didn't try any.

11/07/2025: The food is not bad, but the prices are too high (and the portions of some dishes are small).

24/08/2025: Very disappointed. We sat down and the place wasn't crowded. They gave us a table, which they set up with glasses and cutlery only after bringing water and cola. After a very long wait, only my boyfriend's pizza arrived. Mine didn't arrive, so we asked what had happened... it had been forgotten. The quality of the food wasn't great; the pizzas were small and had very few toppings, but above all, they were expensive. The guy taking our order talked to us as if we'd known each other forever. I don't recommend it. It's a shame because the location is beautiful and so is the point.

17/08/2025: I recommend improving everything: approach, politeness, atmosphere, and fixing the air conditioning! Why do you charge for service and cover charge? A rip-off! The air conditioning is broken, and the cover charge doesn't exist unless you count paper napkins (which you MUST ask for because they're not available), plastic cups, and no cutlery! So the cover charge is a rip-off! They fail to understand that sandwiches should be chosen at the counter and seen live.

16/08/2025: Embarrassing situation. Rude, aggressive, and ill-mannered. Discrimination against older people and small children with strollers. They don't understand the meaning of politeness, courtesy, and kindness. Avoid at all costs.

15/08/2025: "Mint is only used as a garnish." Thus began our very unpleasant stay at this "4-star hotel." My boyfriend and I wanted to spend two days relaxing by the pool, but we immediately encountered obstacles. Starting right by the pool, we found the loungers in terrible condition, both in terms of cleanliness and functionality. They were rusty and extremely dirty. The pool was full of insects, never checked by the staff, and the electric robot in the water didn't work. We then decided to have an "aperitivo" (again by the pool), as the hotel has an adjacent piano bar. Unfortunately, when we asked for three very simple cocktails, the bartender was extremely confused and unprepared, even asking another member of staff how to make them. The other equally incompetent staff member exclaimed that he didn't have any mint to make the mojito and continued, "Mint is just a garnish." Needless to say, the cocktail tasted like dirty water (we had to ask for it to be changed). To make sure we didn't miss anything, upon returning to the hotel at around 1:00 AM, we found the front door locked. We rang the doorbell several times, with no answer. At that point (after waiting at least 5 minutes), we called the hotel's number and were told, "You could have rang the bell," as if we hadn't already done so at least four times. About two minutes after the call, someone arrived and finally let us into the hotel. At 6:30 in the morning, as if that weren't enough, we even started hearing a cell phone alarm from another room for at least 5 minutes, which testifies to the fact that the rooms are completely lacking in soundproofing. Every little noise seemed to be in our room, even if it came from rooms quite far away. We had to call reception again to ask them to intervene. And that's not all, unfortunately, the situation worsened the next evening. We returned from our dinner out and found ourselves catapulted into a DJ set we had absolutely no notice about. We called at 1:45 to ask what time they would turn the music off and were told 2:00. The music was still loud until 2:10, so we called a second time and finally they turned it off. Our stay, which was supposed to be a relaxing one, turned into a nightmare. P.S.: If there are online services (such as a fitness room), they should actually be available.

05/08/2025: The pool is very nice, the food is decent, the prices are a bit high - a pliers costs 15 euros... there's definitely room for improvement, but they need a good manager... not everyone has a Ferrari and knows how to drive it... unfortunately, that's how it is.

24/08/2025: I've waited several orders to review, always late, often cold. Today, they were even an hour and a quarter late for just three extra pizzas, not even freshly baked. Highly recommended, I will never order again.

20/08/2025: The pizza and chicken are always good, but the people who work there always make you wait forever, yelling at other coworkers. And that's okay, they're busy. Let's add a 40-minute delay for a pizza ordered an hour early on a Tuesday night. But then, by the time the guy comes to deliver your pizza, he's already pissed off and talks down to you. Maybe we're going too far. Customers are treated well, especially when they approach the staff politely and, above all, with patience.

01/12/2024: Shame, we came from Castelvetrano to come and eat kebab and at 8:15 pm it was no longer available, so we settled for the sandwiches that were on the menu. After 1 hour of waiting outside in the cold, the order arrived with 3 out of 5 wrong sandwiches, and we were not told about the lack of ingredients before arriving at the table. But the gesture that most annoyed was giving me €1 back for the lack of ingredients and the rudeness of the waitress. The table was without napkins and even though we asked for them, very few arrived. Given my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

25/07/2025: Nella mia ventennale esperienza riguardo la degustazione degli Aperol Spritz ho trovato quello fatto da loro il migliore per equilibrio e gusto. Molto buono anche il Cynar Spritz e le ottime focacce che hanno accompagnato il beverage. Consigliatissimo ed eccellente.

18/06/2025: It was plesent and clean in a good location. Prices weren't to bad. But the food was very average. Nothing to right home about. There are better restaurants 2 mind away. Wouldn't bother going back. Probably better for the unadventurous eater.

14/06/2025: Volendo cambiare rispetto alle solite scelte per cui optiamo in occasione di pranzi e cene a Sferracavallo, dietro consiglio abbiamo deciso di provare Temptation, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Rispetto alla media delle offerte "menù fisso", c'è possibilità di scelta del secondo (peraltro molto buono) ed a livello di antipasti c'è molta più varietà (menzione per le arancine, buonissime). Servizio rapido come ci si aspetta, ma per nulla opprimente ed anzi molto premuroso e professionale! Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media!

02/06/2025: Lascio questa recensione con l'amaro in bocca perché avevo un bel ricordo di questo pub negli anni passati. Sono andata a bere un drink insieme a mio marito e ci hanno fatto accomodare in sala, dove eravamo gli unici clienti. Ho notato subito il rettangolino di carta che ci hanno messo a mo' di tovaglia ma non pensavo ci avrebbero fatto pagare 3 euro di coperto per quello, anche perché avevamo solo preso 2 drink. Al momento di pagare, abbiamo chiesto EDUCATAMENTE per quale motivo stessimo pagando quei 3 euro di coperto quando non era stato offerto nessun servizio di allestimento del tavolo(=tovaglia, tovagliolo, posate, piatti, bicchieri). Se il proprietario ci avesse risposto altrettanto educamente spiegandoci magari che il coperto è obbligatorio e serve a coprire le spese del locale, del personale etc avremmo pagato senza battere ciglio. Invece il proprietario ci ha trattati come dei pezzenti invitandoci ad andarcene senza pagare e accusandoci di creare discussioni, alzando la voce e con un fare maleducato, interrompendoci più volte. Mi dispiace per il personale evidentemente in imbarazzo per la reazione esagerata del proprietario. Chiaramente abbiamo pagato i nostri drink come giusto che sia, ma avrei preferito lasciare quei 3 euro come mancia alla cameriera che è sempre stata gentile.

27/08/2025: Unfortunately, I was late in reading a review that mentioned insects and cockroaches a month ago. I can confirm that today, August 27, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM, both the restaurant and the stations in the hallway were smelly. Dirt everywhere, and a cockroach on a backrest. Simply disgusting. Poorly managed. I will never bring my children there again. P.S.: You need to clean and KNOW how to clean. It's not enough to just wipe a cloth with disinfectant; you need to clean under the tables and seats. Expecting the paying customer to clear the table is pointless if you then leave it dirty. Good luck on your way to bankruptcy.

07/06/2025: We chose the terrace because it's right next to our apartment and we wanted a view. Up until the drinks, everything was fine – you can't go wrong with that: pouring beer and water into glasses. The food was okay, but definitely not worth recommending. We had to pay downstairs at the counter. As usual, the coperto was listed – like everywhere in Italy. I then jokingly said that it only exists in Italy, and he said it's like that everywhere and is part of it. I then also jokingly said that it doesn't exist anywhere in the world – only at his place. He then quickly mumbled something in Italian. When my payment went through, he turned around, and all I could hear was: "Stupid Aleman." I asked him about it and asked what he meant. He said he hadn't said that. I said: "Yes, I understand, otherwise I wouldn't have asked." He then mumbled something incomprehensible again and called his colleague for help. He then came over and attacked me aggressively – even touched me. If we hadn't lived right next door, I would have gladly let things escalate. Unfortunately, people like this reinforce the negative stereotypes about aggressive behavior. I recommend everyone avoid this place. You are not welcome there. Read the other reviews – they also have nothing good to say about this restaurant.
