26/07/2025: Recommended by locals, it lived up to expectations. Good takeout, lasagna, and rotisserie chicken got top marks. But nothing compares to the arancini, simply sublime. The best I've had in I can't remember how long. Congratulations!

20/10/2025: Really disappointing. The menu was difficult to negotiate and the staff were difficult to engage and not helpful or friendly when we could get their attention . Other than the edamame , the food came in very small and expensive portions . Not good value for money . The lowest point was sashimi comprised of unfrozen fish . We will avoid in the future .

17/10/2025: Like losing a customer who is forced to leave for health reasons because of the presence of a dog. And finding yourself faced with the indifference of the restaurateur. The worst thing is the enormous size of the sushi and being told that it's normal like this... hot drink. Sorry, after years you won't see me again.

09/11/2025: A truly positive experience. The staff were welcoming and the restaurant was clean. We ordered different starters (carbonara, spaghetti with mussels and clams, paccheri dello Strait) and meat and fish chops...everything was simply excellent. I also asked for something off the menu for my daughter (meatballs in tomato sauce), and they accommodated me without a problem. Highly recommended.

20/09/2025: Syracuse, 3 a.m., when all hope had vanished and the streets seemed deserted and empty, a flash of light led us here. Outside, a dive, inside... paradise: divine street food, incredible prices. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: I stumbled on this place during my walk and went in to get some bread. I found it delightful and well priced. I went back again today because… Life is short. Like many people, I’m working on eating fewer carbs, but not in Sicily. My item isn’t even covered in the price range below, it was half of a euro. I didn’t notice the seating options because that’s not what I was there for, I wanted to get bread and bring it back to my Airbnb to enjoy with olive oil

26/05/2025: Servicio amable y eficiente. No hacen esperar más de lo justo. La comida un primor. Un cous cous de pece muy sabroso y una pasta a la norma de las mejores que he probado. Además, con vino de garaffa bien rico. Si puedo, repetire. La terraza estaba llena y no me extraña.

19/10/2025: Five stars aren't enough for our experience and the dishes we ate. Chef Salvatore offers refined yet understated cuisine, tasty and deeply rooted in Pantelleria's traditions. We had two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and two desserts. Everything was exceptional! Special mention goes to the scorpionfish bites and the Bacio Pantesco, a specialty from the usual ones found on Pantelleria. The attention to detail is outstanding, and in fact, several dishes are gluten-free or can be modified for celiacs. Attentive service and a stunning view complete the picture... Highly recommended!!

07/08/2025: Breakfast evidently from the day before, dry and with a ridiculous amount of cream only in the center, terrible service even though I had been there for a few minutes. The guy who was supposed to serve me was distracted and was just sitting there doing nothing. I had to ask him if I needed anything. And the prices were incredibly high. You might as well go to a real bar with an attached pastry shop, which is to be avoided.

07/08/2025: Colazione del giorno prima scadente e senza ripieno, il ragazzo che serviva nonostante ero li da qualche minuto stava con le mani in mano senza chiedermi cosa volevo, e i prezzi decisamente alti per un chiosco 1,70 per un croissant anche no.

The location is wonderful and meticulously cared for, perfect for welcoming all our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed every moment: from the food (truly excellent!) to the atmosphere, to the impeccable service. A special thanks to the owners, wonderful people, sweet and always available, who made us feel at home while also being professional and competent. And a round of applause to the staff, always present, kind and attentive to everything. Thank you so much to everyone for making our day so special and unforgettable. We wanted a beautiful wedding, and you made it special.

15/10/2025: We spent the rainy lunch today with an "all you can eat" menu: the sushi, maki, and the like were good + they serve not just the classics, but a variety of creations + a truly extensive selection. The ordering system is super modern: everything is ordered directly on the phone + brought to the table by the waitress (unfortunately unfriendly and wordless). We particularly enjoyed the shrimp tempura in an almond coating. Ordering on the phone certainly makes things faster, but it also has a disadvantage: you can't change the menu. Otherwise, I would have ordered most of the rolls without the fat, mayo, and Philadelphia, and then the food would have earned 4 stars – but that's not possible. I do like this "all you can eat" system, where you order "à la carte" (as often as you like) and everything is brought to you. Anything you order too much of + can't eat has to be paid for separately at the full price – I think it's great for greediness and food waste! Therefore, 4 stars for the overall rating. In Austria, "all y.c.e." in Asian restaurants is only available as a self-service buffet.
