11/08/2025: Excellent hotel for a 1-night stay during a trip. Located 15 km. from the highway in a cozy village. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. The rooms were clean and fresh, cooled in advance before our arrival because it was +38C outside. The hotel has a large free parking lot. I recommend visiting the pizzerias for dinner, as they are located nearby at a distance of 1 km.
09/07/2025: Terrible location. There's only one bus in the area, which doesn't run frequently, and the area is very deserted and far from the city.
The room decor is quite dated. The staff is friendly.
Breakfast is a very complete and varied buffet. Dinner, on the other hand, didn't have many options, or that was our menu, but it was delicious.
4 stars, though, aren't worth the extra.

14/08/2025: I ate the much-vaunted cannoli, which were certainly very good, but I wouldn't say the ones at Fiasconaro in Castelbuono are any less. Prices are a bit above average.

14/08/2025: Terrible management of the place, the waiters rush around like crazy, getting the wrong tables. The first to eat is not the one who arrives first, but the one who suits them at a high price, and if you're lucky, they'll get the pizza right.

10/07/2025: Ammetto che prima di scegliere quante stelle dare ho dovuto riflettere non poco. La valutazione non è affatto facile. Ho provato quasi di tutto in questo locale e, devo riconoscere, alcuni prodotti raggiungono l'eccellenza o, per lo meno, un livello alto (alcuni gusti di granita, alcuni dolci tipici della zona come le paste di mandorla e di nocciola, la siciliana), mentre altri sono deludenti (altri gusti di granita, i cornetti, certi biscotti). Nel complesso, comunque, mi sento di consigliarlo.
