25/06/2025: The best granita I have ever eaten! Excellent raw material and great quality! Moderate prices. A wide choice of granita flavors with the possibility of having up to 3 flavors in your granita and cream included. To enjoy it in peace I recommend the room on the first floor, comfortable and quiet, with air conditioning and water available.

25/04/2025: Considering that we leave from Sciacca to eat their pizzas... I can only say "Amazing". From the appetizer to the dessert... everything was excellent (the gluten free pizza was also excellent). Exceptional staff and attentive to satisfying any customer wish. Highly recommended.

Andrea was a warm and gracious host who prepared one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in all of Sicily. An unforgettable evening filled with great food, atmosphere, and hospitality.

03/06/2025: Yesterday my Dudu and I had lunch at this restaurant in the historic center of Castelbuono...we ate really well...the pizza was soft, light and tasty...even the second course of meat...everything was of excellent quality...very kind and attentive staff...I was feeling ill yesterday due to a reaction to cortisone and antihistamine and everyone was incredibly helpful and kind...❤️

17/07/2025: As far as I'm concerned, their croissant is one of the best in Ribera, honeycombed, it melts in your mouth, it's a croissant with a capital C, if we then want to add that it's a bar that offers home delivery which as far as I know only three including them do home delivery, in short, an excellent bar to go where you can have amazing croissants delivered.
