05/11/2025: The location is incredible: eating inside a cave is a truly unique and evocative experience. The food is spectacular, excellent quality, and served in generous portions. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, a detail that conveys tranquility and relaxation. At just €35, it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: We took a nice stroll through the clean and well-maintained facility. Lunch with a large family, excellent dishes in large quantities. Beautiful and clean place, excellent service. A sore point is the restrooms, which unfortunately aren't the fault of the facility but of human incivility.

19/10/2025: The place is very noisy and a bit disorganized when it comes to serving orders. The dining room is very noisy with children running around in all directions. The price is a bit high for the quality and location.

18/10/2025: A top-notch dinner at Caveau! A truly unforgettable experience: the carefully selected premium meats were of extraordinary quality. The Fassona tartare literally melted in the mouth, as did the meatballs, flavorful and perfect in every detail. The staff was absolutely professional, impeccable, and attentive at all times, offering truly top-notch service. The restaurant is elegant, well-kept, and welcoming, a place where passion and dedication are evident. A special thanks also to the receptionist, so kind and smiling: we would gladly return just for her courtesy! ❤️

20/07/2025: We went to this beautiful bar with very friendly staff and delicious desserts, especially the cream bombolone, which was wonderful. I can only give it 5 stars.

24/09/2025: The left side sleeps four, with a double bed and a bunk bed (more suitable for children). The "kitchen" is practically empty: no coffee maker or coffee pot, no kettle, no basics like paper towels or a jug, a pathetic two-burner gas stove, just a few chairs and a table, no mosquito net (on the bed) or fan, as advertised on rental websites. It's like camping (without a camper). Kitchen utensils are sparse. It's been nicely restored, but there could have been more furniture. You can only sit on a chair, like in a cafe. For €75/night, I expected something different. The welcome could also have been better: the chairs were still upside down on the table when we entered the building.

29/06/2025: Passer dans le secteur et ne pas s’arrêter dans ce restaurant serait une grossière erreur !!! Nous avons réservé là par hasard , souhaitant un restaurant qui proposait des grillades ! C’est excellent ! On choisit un peu commie dans une boucherie, ce que l’on a envie de manger ! Pour nous ce fut, fromage grillé, filet de bœuf et une saucisse juste pour goûter ! Le tout accompagné d’un vin rouge très bon et d’une salade composée maison ! Wouah ! Tout était super bon, super frais !! Juste un grand merci à toute votre sympathique famille pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre excellente cuisine. Comme je vous l’ai dit de vive voix , je vous confirme que ce soir nous avons fait le meilleur repas depuis que nous sommes en Sicile ... et pourtant nous sommes très très fine gueule ! Gratie mile !

06/09/2025: We came to this deli for dinner; the place is cute and you can also enjoy the view of the island's pier. Highly recommended cannelloni, light and with a very flavorful sauce, and crispy arancini, exactly as they should be. Priced appropriately for the island, but with the right quality.

02/09/2025: Beautiful, historic pizzeria. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pizza is truly delicious, and they even accommodate special requests. The pizza with the stuffed crust is especially recommended: you can choose from a variety of toppings. I'll definitely be back!

01/10/2025: This became our go-to morning breakfast place on our recent holiday. Lovely friendly owners. I suspect you would have to try quite hard to find a bad coffee on Italy, but I particularly enjoyed the cappuccino from here, especially with the sea view. My partner really enjoyed the brioche/granita in the mornings, but I must admit I can't get on board with pudding for breakfast! Luckily they do a range of toasted sandwiches - all the ones I tried were delicious.

28/09/2025: What a great find. Really delicious granita for both of us. We tried the prickly pear which was a surprisingly tasty choice, and my husband had almond and cinnamon which was so unusual and delicious. The brioche bun was light and warm and had a hint of orange peel flavour. Wonderful place. And the staff were great

18/10/2025: The location is very charming, overlooking the iconic hexagonal square, the pride of Grammichele. Inside, the restaurant is simple, yet elegant and discreet, as it's quiet. The food and presentation are meticulously crafted with passion, and the ingredients are top-quality. As for the pizzas, they're the best you'll find in the Calatino area. Tasty and easy to digest, the dough is exceptional, and the ingredients are top-notch. Highly recommended!

12/09/2025: We ate in this restaurant on a Thursday evening... Super good, fine, gourmet cuisine, the owner is adorable, passionate about his job as a restaurateur and cook. He made it a point of honor to make us eat good things... We went back there this evening, we did not see the owner. While last night we had announced our arrival the next day, it was only possible to have a small table for four outside, we suggested having the same table as the day before, impossible... We asked to eat inside, impossible. We chose to leave the establishment. The staff jumped out and told us that they were seeing what could be done. But too late, very disappointed our decision was made... We went to eat elsewhere. This is the reason for removing a star on the service. But again thank you to the owner for the welcome the day before, it was a great evening.
