Authentic Italian home-cooked food from various regions, prepared to culinary perfection. Whether appetizers, first or second courses, or dessert. No processed foods, nothing from a can. When the fresh produce runs out, the dish is no longer available. Period. The hosts and staff are extremely warm, friendly, and accommodating, even after a long, tiring season. As soon as I entered, the environment made a good impression on me: modern, clean and welcoming, the staff was very kind right from the start, ready to explain the menu and advise me on what to try. Prezzi alti rispetto alla media, una bottiglia d’acqua da 70 micro filtrata 3€, caffè 2€ e cuore caldo che per carità.. buono ma 9€ stiamo esagerando dai.

04/05/2025: A dear friend of ours works there, so we wanted to experience the macrobiotic world. We were very surprised by the variety and quality of the dishes. The kitchen staff is young and talented! The food is excellent and healthy. They also sell everything organic...unprocessed. Highly recommended.

01/11/2025: This is a charming, comfortable, and very well-located hotel. The welcome is warm. All the staff are kind and attentive. You can speak French with some of the reception staff. The breakfast is varied and very good, featuring fresh, local products. Don't hesitate to book; it's one of the best places to stay in Syracuse.
