24/04/2026: A simple and welcoming place, with a friendly but not particularly communicative staff. A good dinner with traditional dishes, yet slightly personalized: the carasau bread with a drizzle of olive oil and the roasted pecorino cheese were excellent. The culurgiones with cherry tomatoes and saffron were very good, as were the lorighittas (not often found on the menu) with fish ragù (a bit sweet for our taste). The aranzada, a cheesecake with local ingredients (ricotta, honey, orange), was also very good. Prices were moderate. A good restaurant.

20/04/2026: How could you not stop by Giacomo's trattoria La Margherita in Arborea? Excellent dishes with exceptional ingredients, superb service, and excellent quality! From appetizers to desserts, it's hard to choose the best! As far as I'm concerned, the fregola truly deserves a special place!

03/06/2026: If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Sardinia, the S'Adde Lentorada farmhouse is a must-see! We started with authentic and truly exceptional hams and cheeses, captivating from the first bite. The two first courses were simply spectacular: perfectly prepared ravioli and a fregola with sausage and mushrooms that to call exquisite is an understatement. The second courses were equally top-notch: lamb and suckling pig cooked impeccably, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. To accompany everything, an excellent Oliena wine enhanced each course and made the experience even more enjoyable. To conclude, a homemade dessert was the icing on the cake: authentic, tasty, and prepared with great care. A truly excellent gastronomic experience, where quality, tradition, and hospitality come together perfectly. I recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely be back! 🍷🐷🧀🥟👏

04/06/2026: Located in the heart of Bosa's city center, this very charming restaurant features unique furnishings and outdoor dining options along the main street. Excellent food, especially the fried cujurones served with a wide variety of sauces and the pistoccu (a type of pasta) you can create yourself by choosing the individual ingredients. Fair prices, excellent quality.

22/04/2026: Tonio is a master of pizza. Even though he doesn't have a formal appearance, he'll amaze you with the variety of his flavors, which will soon become yours! The space is limited but welcoming, and the two counters allow for socializing or special occasions. It's a pleasure to walk in, but a different pain to leave! Affordable prices and local, seasonal produce.

02/06/2026: The restaurant is new and modern, but completely out of line with expectations. The overall organization is very improvised and disconnected between the dining room and the kitchen. When four people dine together, they're expected to eat together, not with a 15-minute wait between courses. Orders are forgotten and only picked up at the last minute following complaints. The quality is barely adequate. Some fresh produce, but poorly packaged. Poor value for money. Great room for improvement.

15/05/2026: In the middle of nowhere, on the edge of a fishing village, lies this outstanding Italian restaurant. Excellent fish dishes, antipasti, pasta, and of course, pizzas. We were pampered and exceptionally well looked after. What a wonderful example of outstanding Italian hospitality and culinary art. Keep it up!

08/06/2026: Mind you, this is a hotel!! There are about four rooms arranged in a terraced layout below the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us that an event with approximately 60-70 people was taking place there on Sunday, and that what felt like 50 children, playing and screaming loudly, not only used the upper levels for several hours, but also our garden served as a playground for teenagers playing with puppets and children playing ball. Breakfast was precisely portioned and wrapped in cling film. Each person received a yogurt, three small slices of bread, one croissant, three slices of cheese, three slices of mortadella, and some prosciutto (Crudo). Cappuccino and water were also provided. No fruit, no sweets, muesli, or anything similar. Dinner is in the higher price range; only the pizzas, while comparatively cheaper, weren't really up to par with what we'd had elsewhere on our trip. ... Only Italian is spoken, and on the last day the coffee machine wasn't working because someone urgently needed the cable for the party on Sunday. All in all, not a recommended place.

18/05/2026: A beautiful little gem in the heart of Cuglieri. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and received a very warm welcome. We can highly recommend this restaurant, and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return.

27/04/2026: Meridiana is a small restaurant nestled in the historic center of Cuglieri. The atmosphere is simple yet very welcoming, warm, and familiar. The dishes are excellent, prepared with high-quality local ingredients. The flavors are superb. Special mention goes to the young woman who served us throughout the dinner. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
