11/01/2026: Fantastic place, surprisingly, even vegetarian-friendly! Very good food, a large and well-stocked wine list, and excellent cocktails. The restaurant is nestled in a beautiful park overlooking the lake. Fair prices, highly recommended.

01/01/2026: We had lunch here on New Year's Day and couldn't have had a better start. Despite the late hours from the previous night's dinner, we were greeted impeccably by the owner and his staff. Kind and friendly, Paola was our guide throughout the meal, from the selection of dishes to dessert. The food was top-notch, divinely cooked. The quality of the meat was excellent, and the side dishes made the dishes even more flavorful. The atmosphere was welcoming and very unique! Recommended for anyone who loves meat and wants to eat somewhere special!

08/08/2026: We had dinner at Attilio's, eating two delicious dishes with bottarga and then fried calamari. Everything was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful!!! I recommend it, even if the prices are a little high ;)

05/08/2026: Arrived in Cabras today, a place open for lunch. Searched Maps, and it was a great choice: tasty dishes, fair prices, and good service. I'm surprised too; that doesn't happen often when I vacation in this area. I recommend it.

09/08/2026: Sunday lunch with the family to celebrate two birthdays. The place was packed. The atmosphere was lovely, and every time I return, it gets better and better: the outdoor area, in particular, has become a lush, well-maintained garden, a delight to look at through the large windows. The food was incredibly fresh and well-cooked. The traditional fish appetizers, the seafood fregola pasta, and the trofie pasta with fresh shrimp and saffron were amazing. The fried calamari were delicious. The service was perfect: the staff is a tight-knit team of active, cheerful, and helpful young men and women (Cristian deserves a special mention, as he took special care of us: it's rare to find such levels of courtesy and professionalism in such a young man). I recommend everyone to stop and eat at La Vecchia Scuola: a true gem not only in Marceddí but in the entire surrounding area. Special thanks to Massimo, who leads and manages it with love and dedication.

09/08/2026: A seafood restaurant with high-quality dishes. I recommend the seafood appetizers and the fabulous mullet. I recommend the tasting menu on Saturday and Sunday for lunch, indoors, in the cool air...in the evening after sunset, there are mosquitos...the best restaurant in the area. I repeat, fantastic food & excellent service...very good...

03/06/2026: If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Sardinia, the S'Adde Lentorada farmhouse is a must-see! We started with authentic and truly exceptional hams and cheeses, captivating from the first bite. The two first courses were simply spectacular: perfectly prepared ravioli and a fregola with sausage and mushrooms that to call exquisite is an understatement. The second courses were equally top-notch: lamb and suckling pig cooked impeccably, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. To accompany everything, an excellent Oliena wine enhanced each course and made the experience even more enjoyable. To conclude, a homemade dessert was the icing on the cake: authentic, tasty, and prepared with great care. A truly excellent gastronomic experience, where quality, tradition, and hospitality come together perfectly. I recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely be back! 🍷🐷🧀🥟👏

04/06/2026: Located in the heart of Bosa's city center, this very charming restaurant features unique furnishings and outdoor dining options along the main street. Excellent food, especially the fried cujurones served with a wide variety of sauces and the pistoccu (a type of pasta) you can create yourself by choosing the individual ingredients. Fair prices, excellent quality.

06/08/2026: We enjoyed the Sardinian cuisine, but the quality/price ratio wasn't great. For two of us, we paid €110 for a five-course dinner (mixed appetizer, first course, Sardinian suckling pig, and dessert) = €55 per person!

16/08/2026: Dinner at Trattoria Portixedda was a mixed bag. The staff was truly exquisite: courteous, very professional, and always available. The desserts, truly exceptional, and the mixed appetizers, very good, received top marks. The mixed fried fish was tasty, but the portion could have been a little more generous: a small detail that would have made the dish more satisfying and beautiful to look at. The wine by the glass, however, was a bit lacking. The only downside that lowered the 3-star rating was the seating on the enclosed veranda: the air conditioning couldn't cope, and we suffered from the heat throughout the dinner, compromising our comfort. With a little more attention to detail and air conditioning, the experience would have been 5-star.

15/08/2026: We ordered pasta with bottarga and clams, a steak, and mixed fish. Everything was delicious, fresh and high-quality. The service was very friendly. 100% recommended.

08/06/2026: Mind you, this is a hotel!! There are about four rooms arranged in a terraced layout below the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us that an event with approximately 60-70 people was taking place there on Sunday, and that what felt like 50 children, playing and screaming loudly, not only used the upper levels for several hours, but also our garden served as a playground for teenagers playing with puppets and children playing ball. Breakfast was precisely portioned and wrapped in cling film. Each person received a yogurt, three small slices of bread, one croissant, three slices of cheese, three slices of mortadella, and some prosciutto (Crudo). Cappuccino and water were also provided. No fruit, no sweets, muesli, or anything similar. Dinner is in the higher price range; only the pizzas, while comparatively cheaper, weren't really up to par with what we'd had elsewhere on our trip. ... Only Italian is spoken, and on the last day the coffee machine wasn't working because someone urgently needed the cable for the party on Sunday. All in all, not a recommended place.
