23/09/2023: The staff including teamleader Maria Giuseppa were behaving very condescending towards me. A waitress accidentally poured a glass of red wine over me. My pants + shirt now have huge stains that can't be removed. Sure it can happen and apologies were made. But when I later asked if there was any possibility of compensation for cleaning costs, I was laughed at and told to get a lawyer involved if it bothered me so much. I was then asked to leave the establishment. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant Edit: Regarding the other critical reviews on Google, I didn't expect any other reaction than this from Bacco Bistrot . Critical faculties are apparently not present and reviews have to be responded with cynicism. Immediately after the incident, I said in a friendly manner that I first had to change my clothes, but then I would be happy to come back. No food was served yet. Only the red wine, which was now unfortunately on my complete clothing. And even if they already served everything, they should understand, that you do not want to stay completely wet with all other people looking at you. After they brought new paper covers and didn’t talk to me or helping out, I friendly explained myself and said goodbye and came back after about 20 minutes. After asking for recompensation they all laughed at me, accusing me that I left without paying and not telling (what is wrong) The complete time I remained friendly, but determined, because the incident was definitely not my fault and I can definitely dispose my clothes now. Because even after the first wash the stains remain clearly visible. As I said, in your reaction to other negative comments as well as in your handling of the situation yesterday, it shows your lack of critical abilities and acceptance of responsibility.

22/09/2023: I expected a lot more since this was so highly rated. We had the meat and cheese board which was fine with lots of meat and less cheese. We also had the pananas which were pretty underwhelming and the basic green salad which looked like it was straight out of a packet and was brown and not fresh. On top of that the dressing was in individual packets of oil and vinegar. Apart from being a tasteless dressing I can't understand the use of single use plastic these days.

17/09/2023: Zelo dobra pizza, tanko, hrustljavo testo. Prijazen picopek in prijazne cene. 2xpizza in 2xcoca cola =19€ Postreženo na leseni deski, brez pribora...mini lokal in med vecerjo ga je obiskalo vsaj 10 lokalcev ki so vzeli pizzo. Priporočam če vas zanima okus in ne ambient.

21/09/2023: Best pizza in town, best pizza we have ever tried! We went here twice on our holiday, first around 7pm on a tuesday, we got two slices and waited around 15 minutes, second time around 8pm on a thursday, we got four slices and waited for over an hour. The locals also all go here, they order and come back to get it, that’s why there are times it takes hours. They’re making pizza non stop, the kitchen communicates with the people up front so they know for sure how much is the waiting time. Don’t be so entitled, the fact that you have to wait does not mean they discriminate against tourists, clearly ordering hours before you means getting pizzas before you. Amazing and authentic place!

17/09/2023: Ristorante molto molto molto bello. Il ristorante è molto sponsorizzato sui social, ero indecisa se andarci viste alcune recensioni negative. Invece, è veramente bello, si mangia benissimo e il servizio è impeccabile. Noi abbiamo fatto il percorso degustazione eno-gastronomico. Stupendo. Non do 5 stelle solo perché il dolce, a mio parere, non era all'altezza di tutte le altre portate. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

19/09/2023: Buona la ricciola, discreta la fregula: perché che sia risotto, spaghetti o nel caso appunto fregula la vera differenza, x me e solo x me , la fa il sugo ricco o il sugo povero...noi direi abbiamo fruito del secondo sugo con minuscole chele ( ma solo le pinzette) di granchio o aragosta che abbellivano il piatto. Perciò 3 stelle xchè troppo attenti al margine di contribuzione....

06/09/2023: Les Glaces sont bonnes. Le service est à revoir. Pas une seule réponse à notre "Buongiorno". Touristes : attention au moment de payer. Les calculs sont pas bons... Si en plus vous ne maîtrisez pas l'anglais, petit bonheur pour eux de gonfler le prix. Heureusement, celle qui semble être la responsable a réagi de suite.

20/09/2023: Lasagne was prima. Echter de gefrituurde vis was slecht. De vis was max 15cm groot en had helemaal nog niet gevangen moeten worden. Aankleding heel leuk, bediening vriendelijk. Ga hier dus niet naar toe voor het eten.
