The craft beers, produced with selected ingredients, are the heart of the place, with ranging flavors, always well balanced and original. The cuisine, perfect and specifically designed to accompany the beers, offers dishes that celebrate the territory, made with fresh, quality products. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, also thanks to Sergio, who with his enthusiasm knows how to describe every beer and dish with passion. An unmissable place for those looking for an authentic experience, made of genuine flavors and conviviality.

10/12/2024: Historic place, and you can see it from the antiques, clean and tidy. Impeccable service, kindness and attention to the customer, never intrusive but always present. There were two of us but the portions were for four! Everything was exceptional, from the starter to the dessert I couldn't find anything that wasn't delicious, it was really worth traveling a few kilometers to have lunch here. We spent €30 each, a more than fair price for what we ate. We will be back to try the other dishes!

26/01/2025: Arriving (late) due to a prolonged visit to Tarros, the group was welcomed by the chef in a familiar way. The attentive and attentive service, the food exquisite in all its flavor variations, truly balanced even in price. In short, exceptional (seeing is believing!)

27/12/2024: Really good pizzas on the go, well seasoned, with a sweet and tasty sauce. They stay good even the next day if reheated on a griddle. For takeaway I recommend making a telephone reservation. There are a few tables in the restaurant so you can eat on the spot.

26/12/2024: It is a takeaway pizzeria with a few tables inside to eat pizzas while sitting. Excellent pizza for the price, punctual service. Friendly family management. Perfect hygiene. I recommend this activity to anyone who finds themselves in Bosa and wants to eat without spending too much. Perfect for campers who don't want to cook in the camper. Well done!

16/12/2024: Sono stato a pranzo venerdì 13 dicembre in compagnia di amici oristanesi. Mi sono sentito a casa, ambiente informale e conviviale, come piace a me. Luca molto disponibile, cibo ottimo e abbondante. Il spesa è stata la vera sorpresa.

Simone, with great competence and passion, guided us in choosing the dishes, advising us carefully and making the experience even more special. The fried oysters and sea urchin crostini are a delight for the palate, while the fresh scallops with cardoncelli were a pleasant discovery. The rigatoni with tartare and pistachio pesto won over for its perfect balance of flavours. A welcoming and refined environment, attentive service and extraordinary dishes: a perfect mix for an unforgettable dinner. Absolutely recommended!

09/02/2025: Walter, in his simplicity, is a genius. It's still difficult to find the true spirit of the restaurant. You can find it at Ghentiana. And in addition to the spirit you also find the substance. Succulent dishes cooked with simplicity and skill. From starters to dessert everything was very good. Excellent service, present but not intrusive. A special place from which you are sad to leave and to which you can't wait to return. Well done everyone.

17/11/2024: Perhaps the best meat-only cuisine in the province, different cuts always perfectly cooked. Excellent choice of craft beers, friendly and competent staff. February 2022 update...now a large fridge makes a nice presence, containing cuts of excellent meat that are left to mature while waiting to be consumed. Highly recommended
