16/04/2026: What a lovely surprise! I was taking a colleague from Turin on a tour of Sardinia and wanted him to try some traditional Sardinian dishes.
I was looking for a trattoria, but somehow Trattoria ZIMA' found us instead: a kind of unconscious attraction. Kindness, friendliness, and truly special dishes that truly surprised us. Top marks with honors!!
03/03/2026: A simple restaurant, with workers on their lunch break at the other tables, and the menu written on two chalkboards hanging on the wall. The lady who seats us is very kind and attentive. We order a portion of tagliatelle, cardoncello mushroom, guanciale, and pecorino cheese, and a portion of bavette with mullet ragù and bottarga. The wait is short, and the portions are generous. The dishes are very well-seasoned and flavorful. The bill is moderately low. Worth considering when in the area.

09/04/2026: Excellent restaurant in the center of Oristano. We had a wonderful time. They welcomed us with extreme kindness and politeness, introducing us to the menu and any variations. Everything was delicious, from the rigatoni with pistachio and red prawns to the truffle gnocchi, turbot with a potato crust, and exceptional desserts. We also really appreciated the wine list...highly recommended!
28/03/2026: There are many good restaurants, but there are few that I would call my "safe haven." You know, that place where you don't even need to look at the menu because you already know every choice will be the right one? Well, for me, this restaurant is exactly that.

21/10/2025: It was very, very tasty. The hamburgers were very large and difficult to finish 😂 The cutlery and plates were like those in a bistro. But that didn't bother us.

My work (and my passion for good, authentic food) has led me to many places in Sardinia, but this one is by far the best.
Dining here is always a wonderful experience: the seasonal menu and the "zero kilometer" dishes, the view that induces profound serenity, and Ignazie's hospitality, guiding you through the culinary traditions of the upper Marmilla region. I've been there many times... and I'll return many times.

16/04/2026: An authentic restaurant, both in its decor and cuisine, serving excellent Sardinian dishes and popular with locals. A friendly atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end! The appetizers, consisting of several bowls of various salads, were deliciously seasoned! The main courses were just as good. The desserts were delectable (the panna cotta was creamy and wonderfully fragrant...). The service was generous and friendly.

16/04/2026: The food was delicious - calamari, beef, pasta! The atmosphere is superior and authentic thanks to the inspiring owner. I am happy we tried it - it was mainly because of the sunny garden with no wind, as the low rating would have discouraged me otherwise
