My bill was a bit higher than the bill for the guests just before me. Ichnusa for €4 instead of €3? Same type.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and attention: the staff was kind, smiling, and always available. The location is original and welcoming. The pizzas were truly excellent: light, well-leavened dough, fresh, quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. We were all completely satisfied. The pizzas were also perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of crispiness and softness. The service was quick and efficient, with no long waits despite the place being busy. Another plus is definitely the value for money: generous portions, top quality at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza in a unique atmosphere in the wonderful town of Santu Lussurgiu!

30/12/2025: After waiting an hour and a quarter for our dishes, we came across a house-made octopus salad made with inedible peppers that tasted of vinegar (the first time they served them to us with ice cream from the fridge, the second time they warmed them up in the microwave so that you could better taste the inedible peppers that were part of the dish and the potatoes that tasted like plastic)... This was followed by a first course without any art or part, and then a house-made fried seafood (the restaurant's star dish according to the guide) in which the fish, completely soaked in oil, could have bounced off a wall... They even had the courage to say that in thirty years of catering they had never heard objections like ours... Let's draw back the veil and tell the restaurateurs to be grateful for the fact that there was no other restaurant open in the area.

Dining here is always a wonderful experience: the seasonal menu and the "zero kilometer" dishes, the view that induces profound serenity, and Ignazie's hospitality, guiding you through the culinary traditions of the upper Marmilla region. I've been there many times... and I'll return many times.

27/10/2025: If you come to Bosa, you can't miss the pizza by the slice here... the special thing is that you can also enjoy it sitting outside at the tables of the bar next door, ordering a drink, of course... but the mix is ​​nice because there's an immediate sense of cooperation between the locals. If you then meet someone local, you can have some interesting conversations. If you order the eggplant parmigiana flavor, you'll fly high. Highly recommended for the quality and the incredibly affordable price. Thanks to all the staff.

22/10/2025: Great pizza. Different from what you're used to. They don't serve whole pizzas here, just slices. It's less suitable for sit-down dining and more for takeout, but you can enjoy your pizzas and get a drink at the bar next door. The pizzas are folded, juicy and crispy at the same time. The price/performance ratio is excellent. If there was something like this where I live, I'd be there all the time.
