21/06/2026: We had lunch today at this splendid farmhouse, in a large air-conditioned room. The food was excellent and plentiful, everything was excellent, and the staff were attentive to every request. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!
05/05/2026: We arrived unannounced on 28/3 late in the afternoon after cycling from Cagliari and wondered if there was a possibility to stay overnight. They were hesitant if it was possible because it was early in the season. They conjured up two rooms and we asked if there was a possibility to get some food and of course they could fix some cheese and ham which we welcomed, it didn't end with just cheese and ham we got meat, offal and vegetables their red wine was delicious. They conjured up a fantastic breakfast the next day. Very nice accommodation with all the animals on the farm.
We felt very welcome.

08/03/2026: When a place is closed, or only serves food to guests staying at the property, they should change their online information.
People can't waste time looking for a place, and after you show up, they send you away, telling you they only work with guests staying at the hotel.
Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience, especially since we drove 20 kilometers to get there and met up with friends halfway.
PS: Before going, we tried calling several times, with no answer.
17/01/2026: My stay at the Hotel Monreale was extremely satisfying. The facility is tidy, welcoming, and well-managed. I would like to express my particular appreciation for the courtesy and helpfulness of Mr. Marcello, whose attentiveness to guests significantly contributes to the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommended.

08/06/2026: We arrived for 3 nights on a cycle tour and was fantastic. Stephan and his family were great in making sure we had everything we needed
Breakfast was continental type but cakes and pastries with fig jam marmalade all home made. Drinks are from a cooler booked to the room then to a lovely pool with sunshade loungers.
Bike racks outside to lock bikes and plenty of parking.
Rooms were comfortable, clean and loads of hot water under pressure. I had an issue with a terrorist mosquito but Stephan gave me a wall gadget that stopped it.
Dinner was set menu and excellent
19/05/2026: Fantastic agriturismo! We were able to have dinner here spontaneously and stay overnight in our campervan. The owners are very welcoming. We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. Thank you so much!

29/03/2026: Passing through Sardara, we chose this pizzeria based on the excellent Google reviews, which I must say were a confirmation. We were greeted by a very friendly waitstaff who immediately warned us there would be a bit of a wait. We decided to wait half an hour, but it was worth it because the pizza was delicious. You can choose between red, white, and whole wheat pizzas, as well as meat and charcuterie boards. Excellent service.
We'll be back.
28/02/2026: Amazing pizzeria! The pizzas are delicious and inexpensive considering the superb quality. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

01/10/2025: A terrible experience along the SS 131. We stopped for lunch, and decided (seeing the unappealing sandwiches) to use the restaurant... I can only say that the name couldn't have been more appropriate. Sit down and trust in the Savior to help you through this ordeal. Highly not recommended.

29/05/2026: Caffè letterario is a very atmospheric spot in the heart of Villacidro, on Piazza Zampillo. It once belonged to one of Villacidro's wealthiest families, and this is clearly reflected in the beautiful classical decor. You can also take a seat in a courtyard or in front of the building. That is my favorite, especially in the evening, when all the benches in the square are occupied by the villagers and there is a truly Mediterranean atmosphere.
08/05/2026: A positive experience, despite only stopping by this town once and stopping by for a coffee, I found the atmosphere very pleasant and familiar.
