07/03/2026: We stopped by chance. A charming place, very pet-friendly. The service was friendly, the food excellent. But above all, it had a true Aosta Valley atmosphere. Highly recommended.

24/02/2026: We stopped at this restaurant after seeing the many enthusiastic reviews. The reviews certainly confirm the general consensus. Friendly service, comfortable seating, and an open kitchen. Excellent dishes, prepared with love. The price is average, but the quality/price ratio is definitely excellent.

22/02/2026: Recommended by the owner of the B&B where we were staying (unfortunately unaware of this) for a business trip, we were looking for a traditional place. Looking at the positive reviews (I can't understand how they can be) and the absolutely untrue €20-30 price tag, we decided to have dinner for two at this trattoria. The owner was kind and friendly, and between chats, he even took us to the bitter bill... We started by ordering a mixed cured meats and cheese appetizer (1) to put in the center of the table for nibbling. When it arrived, we noticed the paltry portion consisting of two pieces of cheese each, a small bowl of spreadable cheese, and a slice each of cured meats (ham, loin, 4-5 pieces of salami). Thinking it was for one person, we said, "Well, okay!" (Later, we discovered on the bill that it was for two appetizers). Two first courses, including culurgiones with a bland flavor and gnocchetti alla campidanese, both unremarkable. For our second course, we decided to order two portions of Sardinian porchetta, which was honestly delicious, but we actually got three ribs each for the modest sum of €17, no side dishes, and half a liter of house wine. Finally, the owner placed a bottle of grappa on the table (in Lazio, this gesture signifies the house's hospitality, so it's a complimentary digestif). So, we each tasted one grappa, which was then added to the bill. This, in my opinion, was the meanest gesture of the evening—paying for something we didn't ask for. That said, to wrap up the misadventure, we got the bill: €101 in total. In short, you're spending your money well; with that amount of money, you might as well go to a quality restaurant, not a tavern, because that's what it's all about.

21/02/2026: The atmosphere is very characteristic and welcoming in its own way, the staff is polite and friendly but I was definitely disappointed by the truly exaggerated prices when you go to places with these characteristics you expect to pay the right amount but that was not the case....... 34 euros for 6 pieces and I repeat "pieces" of pork without any side dish and about 30 euros for a mix of cheeses for 2 people, a mix that includes a total of 4 slices of "local" cheese made me feel cheated, in the end among the other little things that were brought to the table the total cost was just over 100 euros. I regretfully feel forced to say that I will not return but from the prices they charged us that is probably what they wanted

05/10/2025: The food was poor, the portions were small, and the service was pushy and downright unpleasant. I paid 32 euros for four shrimp—mediocre, according to the waitress. If they want to see a real seafood restaurant, they should come to Poland. I've never been to such a poor and dishonest restaurant in Italy. Not good for a restaurant in a seaside resort. I've been to many places, but here I felt like a cheated tourist.

11/11/2025: I'm reviewing the restaurant. Upon arrival, we saw a queue, which was a good omen. We were quickly seated for our four adults and a child. We had to wait a while for our pizza and calzone, but considering the restaurant was fully booked and the table turnover was high, it wasn't surprising. It was worth the wait; both the pizza and calzone were excellent, one of the best calzones I've ever tasted. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and ice cream for my son; he loved it, and the waitress even gave him a cup with Buggs Bunny on it, which he was delighted with. The tiramisu was also first-rate.

22/10/2025: We only ate at the restaurant. The food was delicious and served quickly. The service was efficient.

06/02/2026: A must-see for a coffee along the road between Pula and Chia or to grab a bite to eat on the beach (there are always great sandwiches). And if you stop for a casual lunch, it's a blast: hot and/or cold dishes, omelettes, pizzas, calzones, it's all there. And the staff?? Super kind and smiling!! (Just don't stop by on New Year's Day to ask for a cappuccino mid-afternoon 🤣) In short, you can't miss them. PS: We had a fantastic impromptu outdoor table a few weeks ago for lunch💣

21/02/2026: Donato, the host, is a "friend forever"... and after eating such a generous plate of special spaghetti, I hope he becomes a "friend forever" :-)) ... with friends on a motorcycle trip... a magical stop. Empathy, quality, and value... what more could you ask for?

21/01/2026: We ate here a few days ago (Friday lunch, low season) and it was one of the best lunches in Sardinia so far. Truly a special welcome and exceptional food. Since artichokes are in season, we were offered a plate of spaghetti and artichokes (also available with sausage or bottarga). Being vegan, we were delighted to find a dish made simply with vegetables and so well done (unfortunately, not everyone knows how to showcase vegetables in the kitchen, but Donato is perfectly capable and passionate about it). It's not a place with an extensive menu or table service; here, it's a bit like being at home. You eat what the kitchen offers based on the season and help yourself a bit, but always accompanied by excellent conversation and explanations of the dish and every carefully crafted detail. In short, home-style cooking at a great price (€25 for two dishes and a beer, including homemade taralli! - obviously, if you choose the meat or fish option, I assume it'll be more expensive, rightfully so). Thanks again, and we hope to come back to try the pizza someday!

15/08/2025: A very nice bar, especially the owner and the very kind and friendly employees, which is not a given these days with bar managers and employees and in general with many businesses in Cagliari. I drank excellent coffee! Recommended!

01/03/2026: Yesterday we decided to celebrate a birthday at Metropizza. It was everyone's first time trying pizza and the place. We were more than satisfied. The location was elegant, clean, and welcoming. The service was efficient and professional. The pizza was delicious, with no digestive after-effects such as thirst, heartburn, or acid reflux. The price was fair. I definitely recommend it. Thank you.

22/02/2026: The interior is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pizza and desserts are highly recommended. Alcohol is a bit pricey.
