Since I very often travel the coast road to and from Villasimius, crossing the county of Flumini, I couldn't help but notice from the first moment the Antares building standing out imposingly and elegantly as a bastion of delicacies against the stormy sky of winter evenings and offering safe shelter and refreshment for the needy even on hot summer days. By now, Antares is no longer just a simple pizzeria, but has transformed into a real nerve centre, a sort of temple of resilience, an oasis of peace, a meeting place for the curious, wayfarers and spiritual travellers. Often, in fact, it is easy to spot among the customers, lined up along kilometre-long Indian lines, masters who have come on pilgrimage from distant worlds or eminent scholars and researchers of the paranormal carrying bulky scientific equipment with them. In the end, driven by the desire to see for myself and by the need to fit in with the crowd, I also decided to cross the threshold of the pizzuto sanctuary. I can't hide the fact that, especially at the beginning, I was shaking like a leaf both for fear of feeling inadequate and because I had some hesitations due to reading negative reviews regarding parking, the mocking pizza chefs, but above all the lady at the checkout described as grim and shrewish. Now, I want to break a pizza paddle in favor of Antares and the lady at the register. These legends are lies, probably put into circulation by people caught up in deception and illusion! In reality nothing is true, my anxieties vanished into thin air in the blink of an eye: the pizza chefs, with an expert maneuver worthy of a Formula 1 driver, offered to park our car in the area in front of the pizzeria, cleverly placing it between the edge of the pavement and the cycle path. The lady, however, was very kind, expertly combining her elegance with profound esoteric knowledge. For a few euros more I had the pizzas blessed at the cash register and it was definitely worth it. But now, let's get to the pizzas! I chose the 12 cheese pizza, which combines a selection of fine quality tender cheeses with the unmistakable taste and aroma of capraxedu. (For those who don't know, capraxedu is a creamy goat's cheese with a wild and delicate scent) My husband Gianni, on the other hand, a great lover of beards and beer, ordered the barbapizza, a nice delicacy for bearded customers, seasoned with beets, barbiturates and barn owl. Arriving home, the enchantment of magic. Not only were we literally captivated by the fragrance and flavor that came out of the boxes, but on both of our blessed pizzas the faces of the lady at the cash register appeared in a wonderful and indescribable play of light and shadow; while on mine it appeared natural, on my husband's it was cloaked in a thick beard. A truly welcome and unexpected surprise! Now I have a certainty, when my husband and I are tickled by the delicious temptation, Antares pizza is the solution

Ingredienti buoni e buona anche la fantasia del pizzaiolo per le varie combinazioni proposte. Un po deludente la pizza in sé per via della base troppo stirata e sottile che con il condimento abbandonate era praticamente impossibile da mangiare spicchiata. Avrei messo più pizza in questa pizza.
