02/06/2025: We are now regular customers and we always appreciate the exquisite cuisine that the legendary chef restaurateur offers us every time. Very nice place, good service and good choice of wines. The thing that struck us most is a renewal that often occurs on the proposed menu.

Welcoming atmosphere, good cleanliness and average waiting times. Adequate quality-price for a simple and tasty meal. I will definitely be back!!

16/05/2025: The pizzeria. I've been going to Evelyn's for years and it's always been great! All the waiters are friendly and easy-going and the service is quick and fast. You must like thin pizza, eh! And then the chips are top!

04/05/2025: Small pizzeria in a small village. Delicious pizzas, friendly service and very quiet location with easy parking. What happiness! The place doesn't look like much, but the contents of the plate are an ode to Italian cuisine.

19/05/2025: A “Nightmare Kitchen” evening: very long waits, overcooked and salty pasta, a few badly cooked dishes, swearing from the kitchen. Foreign customers running away after hours of waiting. Children crying because they were hungry. Nothing you would expect from a restaurant in Cagliari and Italy. We left the restaurant hungry and still paid a very high bill. The only salvation was the smile of the waitresses, which unfortunately doesn’t do much. This evening is bad for Cagliari and for Italy’s cuisine.

15/05/2025: From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. It took about 10 minutes for any staff to acknowledge us or bring menus, despite the restaurant not being overly busy. Once we ordered, we received a bowl of bread and some crackers that tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for days. We ordered the spaghetti with lobster and a caprese salad. The spaghetti was underwhelming — it resembled a quick, basic pasta dish made at home, with a plain tomato sauce and a few pieces of crab shell on top. The caprese salad consisted of just a few slices of tomato and mozzarella, lacking any presentation or seasoning. In addition, we had no napkins or ashtray provided, and trying to get the attention of a waiter proved almost impossible. In the end, we had to walk up to the counter to pay because no one came to our table. Overall, the food was below expectations and the service was inattentive. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

17/05/2025: We love natural wines and this is the perfect place... it looks like a small library... lots of color... relaxing atmosphere... tasty and delicious dishes... the owner is very nice and kind....

15/05/2025: En begränsad meny men med ett härligt urval som vad vi förstår uppdateras frekvent. Startar med tre franska ostar och en tartar. Ostarna ska ätas i en viss ordning för maximal effekt. Och ja de smakar underbart ihop med marmelad eller utan. Tartar perfekt, bra smak och bara smälter i munnen. Till maten ett lokalt rött vin. Underbart! Huvudrätt en pasta med bläckfisk, små bitar och inte så som den brukar serveras. Den andra huvudrätten hästtungan med potatis och sotad purjolök helt underbart. En efterrätt med vispad äggvita och bär samt lite krunsh Härlig miljö och underbar personal

15/05/2025: The arrival already opens the heart with the Constitution written as a "welcome greeting", this was for us. Large, clean and also quiet rooms, we had two since we were 4. Large and clean bathrooms. Excellent and abundant breakfast, for me the carrot-based sweets were exceptional. Kind and professional staff. We also stayed for lunch or rather returned for lunch. Excellent first courses of seafood and excellent fried fish and vegan .... Staff even more kind and friendly true

10/05/2025: My husband and I spent a pleasant evening at dinner in February. From the starter to the desserts everything was excellent; the guys were very kind and attentive to everyone. I recommend 🙂

The food was delicious, special requests were accommodated, no long waits, friendly service, and a great atmosphere. Be sure to try the Cheesecake della Casa with pistachio – incredibly delicious 😍

08/05/2025: A small but great pasticceria with super friendly staff and delicious pasta. We love pistachios and asked for croissants with pistachio cream as they weren't available at the counter. The saleswoman was so kind and prepared these in the kitchen especially for us. The prices are also completely reasonable for the craft. Everything tastes really good too!

26/02/2025: Excellent pizza, very nice and efficient, due to diet I ordered a rocket pizza with wholemeal flour (I humbly ask the pizza chef's forgiveness for having made this sad order 😜) What can I say, I immediately recommended it to relatives and friends, very good. I am also reviewing on behalf of my mother who stopped by in person and told me that you are very nice and very friendly. What else can I say. We will definitely return, I hope to try other more succulent pizzas 🤣❤️
