14/08/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by this Trattoria in Cagliari: without hesitation, one of the best Italian restaurants we have ever eaten at, and with exceptional value for money! We enjoyed mussels marinière in tomato sauce as well as squid ink tagliatelle and fresh fried calamari... a pure delight, perfectly cooked and delicious in every bite. The service was impeccable, warm and attentive, making our lunch even more enjoyable. A place to recommend with your eyes closed!

08/08/2025: Let's start with the good stuff. Excellent pizza, really good. The pizza menu is really varied. Prices are definitely reasonable. We weren't satisfied with the service. It was Tuesday, August 5th, at a table on the terrace. We were the first to arrive, but our orders were taken after two other tables arrived and taken first, so the service also came later. The same went for the mosquito coils; they were brought to the other tables, but we had to ask for them. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it (perhaps the inside dining rooms would be better to avoid mosquitoes).

04/08/2025: I had dinner at the Green Gallery and gave the restaurant a 5-star rating. I had the opportunity to try both the meat and fish; they had a spectacular rib-eye steak, and the pizza with octopus and purple potato was truly exquisite. The staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

05/05/2025: Con il mio compagno son sempre andata in questo locale per anniversari e compleanni,una coccola che ci concediamo in un locale speciale,dove tutto viene cucito con amore e maestria.La pasta fresca è strabiliante,non può essere descritta ma solo,assaporata,così come i dolci favolosi e gli abbinamenti particolari ed esaltanti!

04/05/2025: Frequentiamo questo ristorante da quando aprì, oramai 10 anni fa. Come dico nel titolo, mai banali… mai banali perché dietro ogni portata c’è attenzione nella scelta degli ingredienti e studio approfondito su come abbinarli, su quale sia il condimento più appropriato, fino ad arrivare all’impiattamento, fatto con cura e maestria. E l’attenzione si vede anche nella scelta di portate equilibrate, che ti permettono di arrivare alla fine di una degustazione di altissimo livello senza dover “faticare”. Ieri il menù degustazione prevedeva una tartare di manzo arricchita con la cipolla margherita, un tortello ripieno di mais condito con una bisque di crostacei e, come secondo, un’alternativa fra del baccalà condito con beurre blanc o del capocollo di maiale brasato accompagnato da delle bietole, con un dolce finale. Abbiamo assaggiato entrambe le alternative (mi riferisco ai secondi) e, come sempre, tutto era buonissimo, accompagnato da un ottimo vino della Borgogna, che abbiamo potuto scegliere fra numerose proposte di etichette di qualità. Non ultimo, il menù degustazione proposto ha un prezzo estremamente conveniente, difficilmente lo si trova altrove per menù equivalenti per livello e qualità. Infine, è importante ricordare la cortesia e la competenza dei titolari e del personale in sala, sempre attenti a descrivere le pietanze, a suggerire un vino in abbinamento o semplicemente a scambiare due battute cortesi con i clienti.

22/07/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un matrimonio perfetto, dall’organizzazione al brindisi finale. Il 21 giugno 2025, nel cuore dell’estate e nel giorno del solstizio, abbiamo celebrato il nostro matrimonio nella splendida Villa Eura a Santa Margherita di Pula. A rendere questa giornata indimenticabile è stato Federico, il nostro fornitore catering, che ha saputo trasformare il ricevimento in un’esperienza gastronomica elegante, emozionante e perfettamente orchestrata. Sin dal primo incontro, ci ha conquistati con la sua disponibilità, competenza e attenzione. Non si è mai trattato solo di “cibo”, ma di un vero e proprio progetto su misura per noi. 🗺️ Prima di tutto: sopralluogo e progettazione condivisa Federico e il suo team hanno effettuato un sopralluogo in location, analizzando insieme ogni spazio per studiare la miglior disposizione di buffet, cucina, postazioni e sala. Questo ha permesso di ottimizzare l’organizzazione, valorizzare la location e garantire un flusso armonioso per tutta la durata dell’evento. 🍳 Un’apertura esplosiva: show cooking e spettacolo Appena terminata la cerimonia, la festa è iniziata con un’accoglienza calorosa e scenografica: Show cooking live, con Panadine di carne appena fritte Polpettine di provola e melanzane Culurgiones patate e menta preparati davanti agli ospiti Il tutto affiancato dai barman acrobatici (non parte del team di Federico), che hanno offerto spettacolo e cocktail scenografici. 👉 Nota importante: anche se il servizio bar non era gestito da Federico, il suo staff ha saputo colmare con eleganza e professionalità alcune lacune emerse nel servizio, evitando disagi e mantenendo la qualità e il ritmo della festa impeccabili. Un intervento silenzioso ma fondamentale, che ha fatto la differenza. 🍽️ Antipasti: tre isole per tre esperienze 🧀 Isola 1 – Tradizione sarda Prosciutto crudo al taglio Salsicce di Desulo Guanciale e mustela Pecorini, bocconcini di bufala e ricotta mustia 👉 Serviti con miele e sapa di vino. 🦐 Isola 2 – Finger food di mare Gamberi pastellati allo zafferano e cipolla di Tropea Salmone marinato con semi di papavero e ananas Polpo all’algherese Cozze pastellate con coulis di pomodoro 🥖 Isola 3 – Pane tradizionale Pane carasau Bocconcini insemolati Coccoetti Grissini artigianali 🍝 A tavola: alta cucina da matrimonio stellato Il pranzo servito a tavola ha raggiunto livelli da ristorante con stelle Michelin: 🖤 Calamarata al nero con julienne di seppia, burrata e gamberi 🍃 Culurgiones con patate, pomodorino e pesto di rucola 🍖 Costine di agnello in panura di erbe, con salsa al Cannonau e verdurine Servizio puntuale, impeccabile, con personale sorridente e attento. 🍉 Il gran finale: dolcezza e brindisi Tagliata di frutta fresca di stagione, esposta con eleganza Torta nuziale servita con spumante Caffè, soft drinks, birra Ichnusa, acqua naturale e frizzante Vini scelti: “Primo Bianco” e “Primo Rosso” – Cantina Mesa una garanzia 🍷 👨‍🍳 Allestimento e servizio da applausi La mise en place era semplicemente perfetta: raffinata, curata in ogni dettaglio, in piena armonia con la location. Ogni tavolo, ogni angolo, era una cornice elegante per momenti di gioia autentica. 💬 Conclusione? Federico è la certezza. Non è solo un professionista: è un partner. Ha saputo ascoltarci, interpretare i nostri gusti, guidarci con competenza e – cosa ancora più preziosa – gestire anche gli imprevisti senza mai perdere l’eleganza. Grazie Federico e tutto lo staff : il nostro matrimonio è stato speciale anche (e soprattutto) grazie a voi.

13/07/2025: The place is well-kept and clean. We were rushed to order, but the dishes were painfully slow to arrive. An hour passed between the first and second courses, time wasted due to disinterested and rude service. They didn't even bring us a bread basket unless we asked for it during the long wait. Not recommended.
