23/04/2025: The food has so little flavor, but very salty, especially the broad beans, after pointing it out the girl said that it was the type of broad beans, a joke since salted broad beans don't exist, quite slow service because the girl who serves does everything by herself and runs from one table to another

13/04/2025: We went to Green Gallery for dinner and I can only define it as an exceptional experience from every point of view! The first courses off the menu were simply spectacular: creative, well balanced and full of flavour, a real surprise that alone is worth the visit. The meat was of the highest quality, tender and cooked to perfection, while the pizza exceeded all expectations: light dough, very fresh ingredients and original combinations. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly staff ready to give the best advice. The care and passion they put into every detail is evident. I absolutely recommend booking, because it's a very popular place and with good reason! We will definitely be back, Green Gallery has easily climbed the list of favourites. We can't wait to try the new menu.

07/05/2025: A nice restaurant. I only ate a fregola with lobster which I found good. The service is perhaps still a little young and inexperienced but all in all everything went well. Must try!

22/08/2024: Pizzas always made on the spot. I think the best in Villasimius. I brought some friends and they took the photo to suggest it to their other friends... A certainty. I have to try the Sicilian arincini and cannoli... Given how many people kept coming to get them, they must be superlative. You can't not try it... Trust me.

20/05/2025: Unforgettable dinner! The goodness of the food and the friendliness of the gentleman who served us are truly unique. Kindness, great knowledge of raw materials and passion for his work are the characteristics of the gentleman who looked after us throughout the evening. We opted for the light menu which I must say filled us up well; it all consists of welcome tapas, followed by carasau bread with French butter and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, goat's haunches and finally a plate of Patanegra ham and semi-wild Desulo ham cut with a knife accompanied by mustard and fruit. Also well advised on the choice of wine, given that there is a very wide choice. Highly recommended place if you are in Quartu or Cagliari!

02/05/2025: Magnificent discovery! Everything was excellent! Menu at 45€, well served, and excellent wine! Decoration and ideal setting for lovers of wine and charcuterie, the atmosphere warm! I highly recommend!

23/03/2025: Sono stata qui a cena con un'amica poco più di un mese fa. Venire qui significa fare un'esperienza culinaria davvero entusiasmante, con materie prime di altissima qualità e abbinamenti ricercati e davvero riusciti. Noi abbiamo preso il percorso da quattro portate con un calice di vino ad accompagnare. Il tutto, dal pane portato col loro olio speciale, al vino, a ogni singola pietanza ci è stato sapientemente e gentilmente spiegato dal cameriere che ci ha accompagnate con un presenza assidua ma non stressante per tutta la serata. Gesto molto carino quando la mia amica si è alzata per andare alla toilette e il cameriere è venuto a prendere il suo piatto per tenerlo al caldo finché non fosse tornata. Il conto naturalmente non è stato basso, ma assolutamente adeguato all'esperienza vissuta e alla qualità alta delle materie prime. Spettacolare il risotto con la bagna cauda.

26/04/2025: We ate a mixed "fritos del maré", a combination of micro fish (which looked like they were in an aquarium), something was not right, sickening with a strong taste of fried fish (perhaps too often), it made our stomachs sick. A restaurant in a tourist area to avoid... The waiters had a bad temper, they seemed to be working for their salary... A restaurant with a lot of advertising, good photos, but somewhat charming. It is to be avoided!
