26/07/2025: Locale molto bello ubicato su una terrazza che si affaccia sulla baia di lido gandoli. Scarso il livello del servizio caratterizzato da fretta e conseguente imprecisione nel prendere le comande o nel rispondere alle semplici richieste. Pizze e birre ordinate ed annotate su un tablet , non arrivano le birre nel numero e del tipo richieste e bisogna mandare indietro il cameriere per portare le birre mancanti. Arrivano le pizze e ne manca una e bisogna aspettare che arrivi dopo che tutti gli altri hanno già finito di mangiare la loro. Sarebbe bastato fare un semplice riepilogo dell'ordine all' inizio per evitare questi problemi. Viene chiesto il ghiaccio e non viene portato. A fine cena quando ci chiedono dei dolci viene fatto presente la mancanza e ci viene risposto che il ghiaccio è finito . Colpa dei camerieri incompetenti o del fatto che sono pochi ed inesperti ed hanno fretta perché non ce la fanno a stare dietro ai clienti?

24/07/2025: Location invidiabile, praticamente una terrazza sul mare. Musica di sottofondo piacevole, cibo buono ( bun e pizza). Da migliorare il servizio, ma ragazzi in gamba. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

28/07/2025: Sono sempre gentilissimi e cordiali, il loro gelato è il migliore. Il loro gelato si sente che è fatto con prodotti di prima qualità e senza conservanti. Dalla consistenza si riconosce subito che usano il latte e non il latte in polvere. Ci sono gusti per tutti e per tutte le necessità. Sono così professionali che in base agli ingredienti del gelato e alle sue necessità li hanno tutti in banchi frigo differenti per poter mantenere sempre la giusta temperatura. Lo straconsiglio!!!

26/07/2025: My favorite ice cream shop! Every time I pass by, I have to stop. The counter is always stocked with original and beautifully presented flavors. I highly recommend it.

06/07/2025: Bad experience. I'll just give you two examples to give you an idea. We managed to get the place settings and glasses only long after the dishes we ordered had arrived, because at that point we got angry at having been abandoned like that. A guest didn't eat dinner, she simply ordered something, and after half an hour they came to tell her that it was finished, it happened twice and in the end she ordered fruit and that was it because we had finished eating. We also asked for this three times to arrive. The tragedy is that I don't think they even noticed all this and our complaints, such was the confusion, in fact they didn't even apologize or offer a discount. Saturday night is certainly complicated, but you should have the courage to remove some tables if you are not able to manage them all. We are sorry because it would be a really nice place

27/07/2025: I'd like to point out that this review is for Burg's Burger. I'm writing it here because there isn't even a page for this place, and I know you're connected. We arrived on Saturday at 9:30 PM, waited until 11:30 PM, and there wasn't even a trace of the sandwiches of the guys who were before us. To be precise, there were 20 minutes left, let alone ours. We got up and asked for a refund. No one was eating. Total disorganization. As soon as Kong closed, you should close too. It's not for you.

21/06/2025: Do not order takeaway...pizzas ordered at 9pm and not yet arrived at 11pm.....if you are not able to keep to the times, do not accept reservations...

12/04/2025: Come da titolo, 2 ore l'attesa di un panino per 5 persone, a causa di uno scontrino messo da parte. Fatto notare al personale, veniamo serviti con velocità (dalle 21:30 alle 23:40 circa) al prezzo di avere puccie e pizze totalmente bruciate. (Risposte con aria nervosa tra l'altro) Ah e insegnate ai camierieri di non prendersi confidenze che nessuno ha inteso dare (con nomignoli e soprannomi, o battute su persone che stavano male di stomaco e sono state costrette a non poter consumare...offendendo). Se è frustrato del suo lavoro, che lo cambiasse.

08/04/2025: Typical pub where you can eat everything and more... with a well-stocked bar. Varied, quality weekly evening programming. Domenico (the owner) is an exquisite person. Absolutely recommended place

12/06/2025: Trattoria bien notée au guide du routard mais expérience très décevante. Un plat de sèche trop cuite et presque immangeable, nageant dans l'eau. Un porcelet insipide nageant également dans l'eau. Un vin au verre sans montrer la bouteille et sans le tester avant. Bref mérite un large détour.

05/05/2025: Locale storico nel cuore pulsante del paese, caldo ed accogliente, sia per la struttura e l' arredamento che per la disponibilità ed ospitalità del personale. Le pietanze rispettano la tradizione culinaria pugliese senza essere banali e scontate, con un pizzico di creatività che le rende ancora più gustose, e con materie prime di buona qualità, dall' antipasto al dessert.

11/08/2025: This evening I visited this wonderful bar for the first time in the main square of the charming village of Martina Franca. Despite the large crowd, Carmelo, Roberta, and Serena welcomed us with a big smile and great kindness. They served us impeccably despite their busy schedule. What can I say? An experience worth repeating. I highly recommend stopping by this bar and finding them on duty.

09/04/2025: Terrible and rude service. I placed a just eat order worth €37 by calling shortly after and making sure they provided the cutlery since I was away from home. When the order arrived, the cutlery was not present and, after calling them, they replied that no one could bring it to me. In life nothing is free and attention to detail is fundamental... but evidently this place focuses more on quantity than quality. Terrible!

05/04/2025: A good butcher's shop with lots of choice. There is also a small room where you can dine. Service could be improved but still a place worth visiting. Prices more than honest.

30/06/2025: I came for dinner with my family. Everything was perfect, the food was fresh and good, the waiters were always polite and at your service. I recommend this restaurant for a quiet and good meal

24/04/2025: The fish has clearly been frozen for years, the rice on the other hand would need at least another 15/20 minutes of cooking, otherwise worse than the first two things

17/08/2025: I've been there several times under the old management, and the food was excellent. I returned during the week and this evening with friends. We ordered at 9:30 PM; the first part of the order, two pinsas at the center of the table, arrived around 10:30 PM. After a long wait (another hour), we politely asked not to continue with the rest of the order if it hadn't already been prepared, precisely because of the extremely long wait after the pinsas. The two subsequent slices arrived after this reminder. Perhaps that's why there was no farewell or thank-you from the owner at the end, as a good host should normally do. I think the place has great potential, as it's very beautiful, but it deserves more careful management and greater care and respect for the customer.
