Cena veloce , si scappa per liberare i posti per la seconda tranche serale delle 22.30, carne non il massimo e oltretutto cotta male ( diaframma o bruciato o semi crudo , fegatini mignon super abbrustoliti). Ripeto peccato..e si chiama " braceria"? ? Peggiorata nel tempo...ma notevolmente! Il prezzo la sorpresa peggiore... Mai più...grazie .

24/08/2024: We recently returned from a wonderful holiday at the Masseria Porticella in Puglia (Avetrana) and were impressed by the quality of the experience offered. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide choice of fresh and typical products from the region which allowed us to start each day in the best way. The cleanliness of the structure was also impeccable, with rooms always tidy and with attention to the smallest details. Unfortunately, there was a sore point on the last day. Due to a lack of internal communication on their part, they forced us to move to another structure which did not prove to be up to the standard of the farm. It was a disappointing experience that somewhat dampened the excellence of the previous stay. In any case, overall, our experience was positive but despite myself I have to give 3 stars not for the structure but for the lack of and unacceptable management. We hope that the management can work on this small inefficiency to guarantee perfect service in every aspect.

29/08/2024: Abbiamo deciso di andare a cena in questo posto, mi aspettavo molto molto di più, pescato del giorno inesistente ci hanno dato 2 orate sicuramente di allevamento, pasta buona ,polpo abbastanza crudo, insomma mangiare nella norma nulla di che . Ma il problema sono i camerieri non t calcolano chiedi una cosa e se ne scordano . Abbastanza annoiati, eppure c erano si e no 15 tavoli. Ci ritornerei per il cibo ma il personale incide molto su un locale . Per colpa loro non ci tornerei !

25/08/2024: Siamo venuti in questo locale carichi di aspettative ma c’è qualcosa da migliorare. Abbiamo preso gli antipasti della casa e sono arrivati i piatti senza le posate di portata che una volta chieste sono arrivate con calma . Il cestino del pane mancava , anche qui una volta richiesto, è arrivato ma solo quando avevamo terminato gli antipasti. Abbiamo preso gli gnocchi con spada e melanzane, le melanzane erano sottilissime e croccantissime , personalmente non mi sono piaciute. Abbiamo preso le fettuccine ai crostacei , piatto eccellente, a voler fare una critica poca pasta e troppi pomodorini. Infine la frittura di pesce , c’erano trigliette alicette e calamari ma solo gli anelli non ho trovato i tentacoli . Per concludere antipasto buono particolare ricercato ma le quantità sono limitate , primi buoni , frittura nella media o quasi.

17/08/2024: Who knows what happened to the Paranza chef! All miserable and terrible! Bigoli with scampi with CREAM! And then... no mussels? But where are we? But why are they there in other restaurants? €55 each wasted on half a miserable starter, a terrible first course and a sixth of fried food and a sixth of local chardonnay. What decay! I hope they can recover, because they were good until the previous winter.

17/08/2024: The place looks very nice and elegant, but the overall experience was disappointing. We had to wait a good 25 minutes just to receive the menu, and throughout the service there was not a smile or a hint from the staff. It's clear that the situation wasn't ideal, as many tables complained about long wait times. The main problem seems to be the lack of staff: only three waiters and a child to cover three rooms and an external veranda. After waiting for an hour and twenty minutes, the food we were served couldn't make up for the disappointment: the quality was just mediocre. With a few simple adjustments, this restaurant could make a significant leap in quality. For example, introducing printed menus instead of the traveling blackboard would improve the flow of service. Furthermore, a dedicated, welcoming and smiling person taking orders would make a big difference. Finally, hiring at least two more waiters would be essential to avoid staff having to rush around, visibly stressed.

04/08/2024: Very good quality of meat, but quite limited quantity. Special note of merit to the property, as nice as dysentery without having a bathroom available. I will not return.

02/07/2024: For the ice cream which was really good and also different and new flavors 5 Stars! Very good taste: salted caramel, watermelon and "Italian" 3 stars but for the staff. We sat outside after getting ice cream to order a coffee. They didn't come and made us wait a long time. There were 3 of us inside and there were no other people, just us. It gave the impression that they were bored.

27/05/2024: We are here for the second time now. Everything tip top, large selection of drinks and some of the drinks are served by robots. Nice ambience. Great service.

09/08/2024: I went to this place with some friends to drink a quiet post-dinner drink and what happened was shameful. Service and waiters were impeccable but during our stay, the next table started throwing firecrackers at us for no reason, just for fun. Clearly we were angry and were hoping for help from the owner who instead came out of the quiet room, smiling at the boys who committed the act. I don't think there's much to add, obviously I don't recommend it.

20/07/2024: Fresco, accogliente e rilassante. Ottima pizza, carne e formaggi. Personale sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Il vero agriturismo pugliese sotto le stelle e immerso nella natura.

14/05/2024: Posto davvero molto bello e accogliente. Il cibo di alta qualità. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi (non il solito tagliere) . La qualità della roba è top! Ottima la tagliata sia di vitello che di maiale. La cena sì è conclusa con un buon semifreddo all'amaretto. Ottimo il servizio e prezzi molto accessibili. Consigliatissimo!
