02/07/2025: We returned after 5 years and found the place changed and enlarged, we thought! How beautiful!... Too bad the bombette are no longer like those of years ago, they are less delicate. But the worst thing was the wine that was starting to taste like vinegar. I hope it was just a coincidence.

08/05/2025: Local meat joint. Meat shop. Mostly visited by locals. They speak mostly Italian. There is no menu to read. They don't give you the opportunity to order what you want because they don't speak English well. They served us whatever they thought. We were offered local lamb specialties, but not everyone in the company eats lamb. Nice local beer. A delicious platter of delicacies - pictured. Very tasty meatballs - they didn't stay for a photo. Delicious baked potatoes. If you like lamb, I would recommend this place. There were steaks on display but we couldn't try them because they didn't let us choose from the display. Rather, we are disappointed. On leaving, we saw at the other tables that they also offer salad. Serves us for dessert homemade cantocini.

13/04/2025: The morning clerk has zero respect for basic hygiene rules: she took the focaccia without gloves after handling the banknotes. After pointing this out to him, he also responded rudely. Nobody checks it?

26/05/2025: Even though there is a meat counter, there is no choice. Ordering is at the table and is very generic. They choose what you eat. Both the owners and the staff are very rude and rude. The wait is very long. More than an hour to eat. What is served is very greasy and oily, so to most people it might seem pleasant tasting. I don't know how harmful it can be to eat like this, given how we were the next day. The costs are high and at the owner's discretion and not documentable. Definitely an experience not to be repeated!!!

18/05/2025: BAD! AVOID!! After waiting for more than an hour we asked for information about our order. The waitress answered us in a loud and irritated tone of voice: "you are not the only ones!" What we ordered: two cuts and a slice (more fat than meat), a plate of cold cuts with 5 slices of capocollo, a few slices of sausage and bacon, two slices of provolone and two small plates of fennel and caroselli. Only water to drink. All for the modest sum of 70 euros!

14/05/2025: Regular customer for years but to deserve the 5 stars I would like to give two suggestions: 1. Some dishes have pieces that are too big and should be smaller so as not to drown while eating... 2. and the place should be embellished a little compared to many other Japanese restaurants that I have seen.... Come on! another little effort and you will be the TOP!

20/07/2025: Terrible experience at K2 We visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, we have to say it was a truly disappointing experience. As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed the stifling heat inside: the ventilation system was inadequate, and it was truly difficult to remain seated. After ordering, we waited over an hour and a half for pizzas that, unfortunately, weren't even up to par. Nothing special; in fact, they were quite disappointing. At the end of the evening, the bill was another sore point: the POS terminal suddenly stopped working, a fact we were only informed of at the time of payment. When we pointed out that it would have been correct to inform us in advance, the owner reacted rudely and aggressively, raising his voice and treating us rudely. Not recommended. We definitely won't be returning.

13/07/2025: 13 first courses in a restaurant, your eye immediately catches your eye, second courses and pizzas. Everything is fine until you order. There were 6 of us, two of us took 2 pizzas, two others shared a first course, another took a first course and the last one wanted to take another first course different from the previous ones. At that point the waiter replied with the exact words "madam, if I tell the chef all these different first courses he will scream in my face". Point number 1 if the chef is unable to make all those first courses for reasons related to the time available, I think it is better to reduce the choice and concentrate on making certain dishes well and with quality. The taste of the first courses was also discreet but it was the experience with the waiter that changed the whole evening. We're not really there for pizza, it's not enough to "throw" ingredients to make a good pizza. It takes a moment of foresight to cut the pepper and not leave half of it, to cut the mozzarella and not leave them whole, to cut the cherry tomatoes so as not to leave them whole or in half. In the photo with the two pizzas next to each other you can also see the final part of the Scamorza at the bottom right which, if cut, would have been enough for the whole pizza and not placed there haphazardly. Never again.

17/08/2025: We've been coming to Niwa with our family for years and we feel right at home! Fast service, very kind and helpful staff and owners. The atmosphere is relaxed. All the dishes are delicious.

15/07/2025: I've been to this agriturismo for dinner several times, but with mixed results. The food is simple and the ingredients are good. The staff is very friendly. I didn't use the hotel service.

14/07/2025: An ideal place for those seeking peace and tranquility...excellent cuisine using local produce...enormous helpfulness and courtesy from the owners...large, spacious, and well-air-conditioned rooms...the swimming pool, the lawn, and the well-kept greenery make this place a paradise...I'll be back very soon...thank you

23/06/2025: Had dinner a couple of nights ago.. poor welcome, it almost felt like a disturbance. Ordered two pizzas, a pasta vongole and a caprese. Decent pizzas, the pasta looked like pasta all'olio with 15 clams on top, 7 of which were closed!! Wrong service time because when they finished eating the two pizzas the first ones arrived.

16/06/2025: For me, the best Neapolitan pizzeria in Manduria. Excellent ingredients, excellent dough, the pizza is digestible in a short time and the service times are fast. After the external works, the location is even more pleasant, and perfect for both summer and winter. The staff is great, I recommend booking especially in the summer.
