20/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce nella Gallipoli "nuova", in una via non molto di passaggio. Il proprietario è molto attento nello spiegare i piatti, ricercati ma con porzioni abbondanti. Attenzione per intolleranza al lattosio. Ottimo antipasto di mare caldo e il polpo con crema di fave e erbette. Lo consiglio!!!

06/05/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in una calda giornata di maggio da Olga. Il nostro tavolo si trovava nella veranda esterna dove con una temperatura perfetta abbiamo goduto di piatti della tradizione presentati in maniera sublime con ottime materie prime. I crudi, in particolare seppia e gambero spettacolari, notevole anche il primo piatto con ragù di polpo. Se tornassi a Gallipoli certamente riandrei da Olga per assaggiare altri piatti del menù. Prezzi ASSOLUTAMENTE ONESTI

29/06/2025: Nice place, large, ventilated and well furnished, large parking inside the structure, all wheelchair accessible, little waiting between the order and the dishes, very good pizza, you order by the meter and various flavors (25cm is comparable to a normal pizza), it is served on trolleys that are positioned near the tables, then it is portioned as desired, leaving space on the tables. very courteous, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended

09/06/2025: Absolutely avoid!!! Happened for lunch (by mistake). Choice between two first courses and two cold second courses... Pasta carbonara with courgettes, where there was not even one ingredient of carbonara, tasteless and made like that, just for the sake of it... I order a plate of pasta, a beer and a slice of tart for €16, against the osterias or trattorias where you have more choice, the food is good and you have a first course, a second course with side dish plus water for €12/13... Conclusion: Next door there is a nice place that does kebab, it is definitely worth stopping there.

05/05/2025: Très bonne expérience , pizza bonne, rapide et pas chère, accueil chaleureux. J’ai fait une erreur de commande car le menu n’est pas traduit et je me suis retrouvée avec une pizza saucisses frites mais finalement, j’ai bien aimé!

29/06/2025: Beautiful evening in sweet company. Eaten and served very well .... Mr. Francesco very kind person makes you feel at home and advises you the best according to your needs. Excellent quality of raw materials, fantastic raw and first courses and wines of all kinds. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

12/06/2025: The hotel was truly beautiful – we received a warm welcome and had a wonderful room with a view of the harbor. The service at the hotel was excellent overall, everything was fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a completely different experience: chaotic service, overpriced food, and then we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. This unfortunately significantly spoils the overall impression. Conclusion: We'd happily return to the hotel – but we certainly won't go to the restaurant again. The hotel was absolutely beautiful – a warm welcome and a splendid room with a view of the harbor. The service at the hotel was also impeccable, completely perfect. Purtroppo il ristorante is in an old story: served with coffee, served at a cost of 1.5 ore per cigarette. Questo ha rovinato un po’ l’esperienza complessiva. Conclusion: torneremmo volentieri all’hotel – ma al ristorante sicuramente no.

12/06/2025: Al Pescatore is the perfect place to enjoy the freshest fish in a welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are very well-prepared: the raw seafood is always fresh and the chef Luciano's specialties such as paccheri with grouper and sgonfiotto filled with burrata and red shrimp are impeccable. The service is courteous and attentive, the quality-price ratio is excellent. Ideal for any occasion to have a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

01/07/2025: Very friendly and professional staff, fresh fish, recommended chef's appetizer, includes 4 cold courses and 4 hot courses, I had the pleasure of eating gluten-free, I took the penne with sea urchins, very good. In total 1 chef's appetizer, 1 orecchietta with tomato, 1 gluten-free penne with sea urchins, 1 orecchietta with seafood, 1 fried calamari, water, half a liter of local wine, 1 coffee, 4 places, total cost €99, we ate above the port with a sea view, recommended

10/07/2025: We went to eat gelato at this Martinucci's thinking that a scoop would cost the same as at the other Martinucci's in Salento where we'd eaten it before, but instead we were surprised to pay €3.50 per scoop. So be careful, ask the price before ordering.

08/07/2025: They're not very polite or kind. If you don't know how to deal with people, don't do this job. The ice cream isn't great either...disappointing. If you try to sit at a table outside (even though there's no one there), they make you get up because you can't eat your cone there! Never again!

09/06/2025: tourist trap. at 9 in the morning there was no choice. a handful of empty croissants and ONE (of number) of apricot croissants. the choice of desserts was almost finished, maybe a couple of pasticciotti still, then there was a TERRIBLE choice of savoury dishes, such as dry and practically unseasoned pizzas. the prices displayed were not consistent with those reported on the receipt, written exactly the croissants, €1.50. on the receipt, €1.80. I imagine the same thing for the coffee shop, since the cappuccino, reported on the price list as €1.80, on the receipt was €2.30. cappuccinos made badly, coffee base, and up to this point ok, with hot milk THROWN IN, without foam. 3/3 (I say this as a former barista), would have been taken back. absolutely not recommended place, close to the historic center, they do not care about customers nor the reputation of the place.
