25/01/2025: We didn't ask to be served first but..... a good 75 minutes passed from sitting down to receiving the requested dishes. The pizzas and bruschettas were excellent.... but if there had been more organization and more staff things would have gone much better.

03/05/2025: 27 April 25 in Gallipoli, lunch stop at the restaurant and also hotel if I'm not mistaken IL PESCATORE (LA BOMBARDA s.r.l.), passing around 1pm only 1 table occupied and this didn't seem like a good sign to me, compared to other places that were already almost full, however we trusted the reviews on google maps and went in. We have absolutely no regrets, in fact we really enjoyed everything from the special dishes, to the reliable and competent service, to the nice place and also to the more than normal cost. Among the dishes worth mentioning are the red or imperial oysters, rare and typical of Gallipoli which are harvested at around 30 m. deep where they are tenaciously clinging to the rock. I point out 3 oysters (400 gr.) €. 28 as can be seen in the receipt, and given the rarity and difficulty in fishing them perhaps it is not excessive. The very kind waiter who looked after us rather than served us, recommended us not to eat anything and to taste the particular and intense aroma that these seafood give off before eating or rather savoring them. Once we paid the bill we were also kindly offered some coffee and bitters, we chose the Jefferson typical of the Cosenza area, which not everyone has. In conclusion, deserved fame

02/06/2025: Il posto è molto carino, ristorante situato in un androne che si sviluppa nella corte del palazzo Muzio del 1598, personale gentile e cortese che spiega i piatti, qualche accorgimento su alcuni aspetti: andrebbe aperta l'acqua e versarla, mettere le tovaglie di stoffa piuttosto che di terital tipo plastica. Cibo: pesce fresco, prodotti di buona qualità, fatti dalla cuoca e non come accade in altri posti, congelati. Tutto sommato un buon posto dove trascorrere una bella serata senza la paura di avere nel piatto cibo per turisti.

We also ordered a beer and it never arrived, we got it ourselves, there's not much to say...

16/10/2024: Location esclusiva sul mare con ombrelloni e ristorante sulla spiaggia. Ottimo pranzo con pesce fresco dove si può accedere anche con bambini molto piccoli, personale accogliente e preparato.
