11/04/2026: Excellent place, we had a pizza (tuna and Emmental), a first course (tonnarello with lobster), and a grilled Fassona rib-eye steak with a side of grilled vegetables.
The rib-eye steak was generously portioned (it must have been about 350g), excluding the bone. It was cooked to the required level, perfectly aged, and anyone who knows rib-eye steak knows how important it is to allow you to eat it without having to bite into it. 😅 The first course was really good and plentiful, with a nice sauce and candied cherry tomatoes. Furthermore, there was half a lobster with the claw already well cracked (this isn't always the case), and the pizza was perfectly cooked (not toasted). The mozzarella was mozzarella, not stringy cheese, and the Emmental was Emmental, so in addition to having an excellent dough and excellent cooking, it was topped with quality ingredients that enhanced the overall flavor. For dessert, we ordered a stuffed crepe (off the menu) and fresh seasonal fruit. The fruit platter was plentiful and varied (kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, and oranges), sweet and not tart. The crepe was a pleasant end-of-dinner treat.
The Staff
We were served by a young woman who knew how to combine discretion and attentiveness, intervening when needed without ever disrupting the dinner. Proactive and always smiling, she truly managed the evening independently and confidently. Thank you, Francesca!!!
Finally, we're not from Galatina, but we'll definitely be back in the future because places like this make you go home with a full belly and a smile on your face because they bring happiness.

27/02/2026: Very well-kept and well-organized place. The staff in the dining room are very kind. It's a shame about the pizza which for me gives the sensation of piadina... pizza.... But it could be my personal taste.
