06/04/2025: Locale ben curato e accogliente- personale gentilissimo e attento. Pranzo ottimo : carrellata di antipasti di mare molto varia e ricca, crudo di ottima qualità, i primi degni della fama dello chef, Maurizio Felice si conferma il numero uno in cucina, dovunque lui vada innovazione e gusto li ritrovi in ogni piatto suggerito. Complimenti allo chef Maurizio e a tutto il suo staff. Angolo Blu consigliatissimo.

30/01/2025: Se si vuole mangiare pesce fresco in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno, questo è il locale da scegliere. Cucina tipica ma con tocchi gourmet, servizio cordiale e prezzi accettabili

09/06/2025: tourist trap. at 9 in the morning there was no choice. a handful of empty croissants and ONE (of number) of apricot croissants. the choice of desserts was almost finished, maybe a couple of pasticciotti still, then there was a TERRIBLE choice of savoury dishes, such as dry and practically unseasoned pizzas. the prices displayed were not consistent with those reported on the receipt, written exactly the croissants, €1.50. on the receipt, €1.80. I imagine the same thing for the coffee shop, since the cappuccino, reported on the price list as €1.80, on the receipt was €2.30. cappuccinos made badly, coffee base, and up to this point ok, with hot milk THROWN IN, without foam. 3/3 (I say this as a former barista), would have been taken back. absolutely not recommended place, close to the historic center, they do not care about customers nor the reputation of the place.

12/07/2025: Un sitio increíble, camareros muy simpáticos (hacían por entender tu idioma), comida de 10 y para nada cara, un servicio rápido y eficiente. Lo recomiendo 100%!!

04/08/2025: I found myself alone, in a foreign country, in a very difficult moment of my life, and the Caipirina Beach team helped me in a way I'll never forget. They helped me find a hotel, they took care of me as if they'd known me forever, they supported me without me even asking. They didn't know me, but they welcomed me with incredible kindness. Their humanity deeply touched me. I thank them with all my heart. If you're looking for a place with positive energy and wonderful people, this is it.

28/07/2025: We stayed a few days in Gallipoli and walking around the center we found this lovely place. The service, the staff, the food and the location were top!!

26/07/2025: If we had stopped at the first courses I wouldn't have complained, but when the mixed fried fish arrived, the squid was rubbery and it was frozen, and for a seafood place I wasn't expecting such quality.

10/08/2025: I wanted to try the pasticciotto experience at Martinucci's, renowned by all. We were lucky to get a seat, as we were the last one left due to crowding. I'll start with the flaw, in my opinion—though reading other reviews, it's not just mine—about the lack of staff. A single girl handles orders, table service, and other cleaning duties. With a place this size, it's almost impossible to keep up with the customers. In fact, the service was very slow. That aside, another weak point is the cocktails; unfortunately, they're not their strong point in my opinion. Beyond that, I also had a pasticciotto with lemon cream and almonds. It was very unique and delicious, and there's nothing to complain about. Overall, the experience was positive, but I would improve on these things, which are quite a feat for a place like Martinucci's.

27/07/2025: Excellent service, special thanks to waiter Yuri for his helpfulness, patience, and professionalism. We'll definitely be back. There was a bit of a wait for the sashimi, but it was worth it.

26/07/2025: Review updated after two years. The menu has changed and improved. They could find better cuts of raw ham and maintain consistency in serving it on the rocks (personal preference). Excellent dishes, I'm a regular customer and have never had any problems. I would space out the tables for two because when it's very busy, it feels like you're eating in a group when you'd prefer a bit of privacy. As for the service, it depends on who you're with. Besides the managers, there's a very calm and kind young man and woman, while two others almost throw plates at you. Other than that, everything was excellent! Thanks to the waiter who suggested the condensed milk with Chinese rolls 😋 What a discovery!

13/06/2025: E’ un posto del cuore. Ci torno sempre quando sono in Salento. Freschissimo crudo di pesce, bella location, servizio impeccabile e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Questa volta mi hanno fatto trovare anche le ostriche rosse!!!

01/05/2025: Sono stata oggi in questo ristorante.. location bellissima posizionata sul mare.. servizio abbastanza veloce , buoni gli antipasti e le linguine alle vongole.. buonissima la frittura.. carina la cameriera che si è emozionata con mia nonna ☺️ prezzo direi il giusto.. data la location e il cibo

27/08/2025: Just returned from vacation with my son, very beautiful and well-kept place, very kind and professional staff, especially Mr. Giuseppe, the shuttle driver, punctual, precise and attentive, as well as very friendly.

21/08/2025: The place is beautiful, and so are the rooms, but a bit pricey. The restaurant has limited choices, and practically nothing for children. Pasta with tomato sauce costs €10. The waiters need better training; if you ask two waiters for information, they can't always tell you different things. Aside from the reception, they need more smiles, which is the basis of hospitality. After all, guests pay for everything, including use of the pool.

12/07/2025: A sweet treat in Puglia at the Cannetto café during a visit to Gallipoli. The espresso was amazing – aromatic and perfectly brewed. The espresso with almond milk – a real hit! The Pasticciotto was a pleasant surprise – a delicate pastry filled with delicious cream. The very friendly service and pleasant, relaxed atmosphere made us want to stay longer. We definitely recommend this place for a midday break.

02/08/2025: The pizza arrived in biblical time, which gave us time to reflect on the meaning of hunger. Once it arrived, unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait: the ingredients weren't particularly flavorful. The service was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. We hope for improvements in the future.

23/07/2025: Le pire restaurant de ma vie nous y sommes allé un jour où le restaurant ouvrait à 11h. Nous sommes arrivé à 11h45, quand nous arrivions devant le restaurant le serveur qui nous voit nous ferme la porte au nez 😤🤬🤯 Quand ouvre la porte il se tourne est nous froidement que il n’ouvre pas que dans 35 minutes et il nous propose rien. HORRIBLE LE PIRE RESTO ❌❌❌

09/07/2025: Una stella perche’ meno non si puo’! 50 euro per due antipasti fantasia che si chiama o cosi perche’ ce ne vuole tanta… 28 euro un piatto misero di paccheri coi gamberi “viola”, antipasto di terra con formaggio da pizza e prosciutto cotto nel piatto!!!!!! Fuggite finche’ siete in tempo!! Informatevi sui fuorimenu!
