26/07/2023: Just ate in this place, after the change of management. Quiet location, special beers (at least a couple) and really well-thought-out gourmet sandwiches. When you can taste all the ingredients in one dish, it means it works! Well done

29/09/2024: I recently had the opportunity to visit this local baker, attracted by the prospect of tasting their fried focaccias and panzarotti. The overall experience, however, left a lot to be desired, with some positives overshadowed by significant concerns. Positive points: - The quality of the food tasted was discreet, offering a satisfying flavour. Critical issues: 1. Location: The baker is in a rather "hidden" location, which may be difficult to locate for those who are not from the area. Fortunately, using Google Maps can help locate the business. 2. Hygiene and food safety: The lack of adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols was immediately evident and concerning. I observed the staff handling food all the time with their bare hands, and then touching packaging and the cash register without ever using gloves or other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Regulation (EU) 2016/425 or even washing their hands once. time. This practice not only violates basic hygiene rules, but could also pose a risk to customers' health. 3. Pricing Policy: The most problematic issue concerns the seemingly arbitrary pricing policy. I noticed a significant discrepancy in the prices charged for the same product (a whole pizza) to different customers: - Some customers paid 3 euros - Others, including myself, paid 4.75 euros When asked for clarification, the explanation provided regarding the price based on weight appeared unconvincing and inconsistent with what was observed. It is important to underline that, according to the Italian law on trade (Legislative Decree 114/1998, art. 14), retail prices must be clearly indicated on the products displayed for sale to the public, with methods suitable to ensure the knowledge from customers. The application of a "dynamic" price without clear prior communication to the customer could constitute a violation of this regulation, potentially exposing the business to sanctions from the competent authorities, including the Financial Police. Conclusion: Despite the decent quality of the products tasted, the serious deficiencies in hygiene and the opaque pricing policy seriously compromise the overall experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this baker, especially to those who are attentive to hygiene standards and commercial transparency. Personally, I do not plan to return to this business until significant improvements in hygiene practices and pricing clarity are made.

09/12/2024: Oggi abbiamo pranzato presso questo locale gestito dal signor Alessio, che ci ha subito fatto sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo mangiato piatti particolari e molto gustosi, ma quello che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la piena disponibilità del signor Alessio ad esaudire ogni nostro desiderio, arrivando persino a pensare di telefonare ai suoi fornitori per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

14/08/2024: Pranzo molto scadente Personale non adeguato Porzioni scarsissime e prezzi elevati locale da evitare attese estenuanti entrato nel locale alle 12,45 mangiato un antipasto scadente sia di porzioni che di qualità un primo di ravioli 5 di numero caffè in plastica e speso 120€ da evitare

09/10/2023: Et comme tout le monde, on s’est fait avoir. Il nous a servi des plats qu’on n’avait pas commandé à des prix exorbitants. Ce qui fait mal quand on se fait arnaquer ce ne sont pas les quelques euros en plus, mais le mauvais sentiment qui nous pèse sur le ventre. Utiliser les excellents produits locaux pour arnaquer les touristes c’est une insulte à la région, à ses producteurs et surtout à tous les autres commerçants qui font un excellent travail. Au vu du nombre de messages concordants, la commune ou l’office du tourisme devraient intervenir pour le bien de la destination.

10/09/2023: Dopo aver letto le recensioni ci siamo resi conto che abbiamo avuto la stessa esperienza di molti altri. Non volevamo pranzare ma solo fare uno spuntino con un tagliere, ma il proprietario ci ha invitato ad aggiungere un prodotto dopo l’altro in virtù di un assaggio. Alla fine abbiamo ricevuto un tagliere da 1,5 kg e speso invece dei 20€ che avevamo messo in conto, ben 69€. Non si fa così! Prima o poi qualcuno il conto non glielo paga!
