19/08/2023: Siamo di casa qui, essendo la nostra famiglia originaria del posto, ma solo la scorsa estate abbiamo scoperto il Catamè. Consiglio per una cena di coppia, location nel suo piccolo molto carina, con una bella atmosfera, menu raffinato e per niente male, piatti molto curati.

06/10/2024: Decisamente dei ladri. Null' altro da ridire. Prezzi elevati e perdipiu' la signora vecchia non voleva erogarmi il resto dicendo che era già stato datomi.

11/09/2024: Da EVITARE assolutamente, un vecchio e sporco Camion adibito alla vendita di tutto è di più per spillare soldi ai turisti, meglio i vari Bar sul porto che almeno ti siedi e ti offrono qualche nocciolina, anche se non era l'ora per l'aperitivo, ho pagato un Crodino è un Caffè in monouso €.5.50 (prezzario assente) senza scontrino e senza la possibilità di sedersi, serviti da una "signora" dai modi scorbutici e tanto antipatica, stanno lì per guadagnare senza il minimo pudore. Sconsigliatissimo! Ho chiesto lo scontrino ma ha servito altri clienti facendo finta di non capire che avevo chiesto lo scontrino, da chiamare la GdF che nemmeno è presente sull'isola. Passate oltre.

29/09/2024: I recently had the opportunity to visit this local baker, attracted by the prospect of tasting their fried focaccias and panzarotti. The overall experience, however, left a lot to be desired, with some positives overshadowed by significant concerns. Positive points: - The quality of the food tasted was discreet, offering a satisfying flavour. Critical issues: 1. Location: The baker is in a rather "hidden" location, which may be difficult to locate for those who are not from the area. Fortunately, using Google Maps can help locate the business. 2. Hygiene and food safety: The lack of adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols was immediately evident and concerning. I observed the staff handling the food all the time with their bare hands, and then touching packaging and the cash register without ever using gloves or other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Regulation (EU) 2016/425 nor washing their hands even once. This practice not only violates basic hygiene rules, but could also pose a risk to customers' health. 3. Pricing Policy: The most problematic issue concerns the seemingly arbitrary pricing policy. I noticed a significant discrepancy in the prices charged for the same product (a whole pizza) to different customers: - Some customers paid 3 euros - Others, including myself, paid 4.75 euros When asked for clarification, the explanation provided regarding the price based on weight appeared unconvincing and inconsistent with what was observed. It is important to underline that, according to Italian trade law (Legislative Decree 114/1998, art. 14), retail prices must be clearly indicated on products displayed for sale to the public, in ways suitable to ensure customer awareness. The application of a "dynamic" price without clear prior communication to the customer could constitute a violation of this regulation, potentially exposing the business to sanctions from the competent authorities, including the Financial Police. Conclusion: Despite the decent quality of the products tasted, the serious deficiencies in hygiene and the opaque pricing policy seriously compromise the overall experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this baker, especially to those who are attentive to hygiene standards and commercial transparency. Personally, I do not plan to return to this business until significant improvements in hygiene practices and pricing clarity are made.

27/03/2025: Locale moderno e carino all' interno, prima era situato in un'altra zona della città. Ottima pizza, ben lievitata, digeribile e con prodotti di buona qualità. Prezzi leggermente alti a mio parere ma giustificati dalla qualità del prodotto.
