23/10/2023: Einfach nur ein ganz grosses Lob für dieses Restaurant! Wir waren in einer Woche Aufenthalt 2x dort, weil wir uneingeschränkt begeistert waren. Die Einrichtung ist so modern, frisch und einladend wie die Auswahl der Speisen. Wer die mediterrane Küche, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte liebt, wird hier sein Glück finden (wem das nicht sein Ding ist, hat eben Pech gehabt!). Entsprechend charmant und kompetent ist das Personal. Die Gerichte sind geschmacklich so hervorragend wie optisch ansprechend. Die Weinkarte bietet viele regionale Schätze, aber auch auswärtige Genüsse zu Preisen, die nicht abschrecken. Zu den Preisen: Natürlich nicht wie in einer Vorstadt-Pizzeria in der südlichen Provinz - aber dafür wird etwas Hochwertiges geboten, das jeden einzelnen Euro wert ist. Preis/Leistung hervorragend! Reservieren nicht vergessen - und nicht nur in der Hochsaison!

29/09/2023: Siamo tornati per la seconda volta, rimanendo pienamente soddisfatti. Locale moderno, con un tocco di tradizione. Piatti di ottimo livello, presentati molto bene. Un plauso particolare ai laganari con scampi e al pane caldo con assaggio di olio. Sempre molto cortese il titolare. Consigliato.

05/04/2024: At the entrance I thought it was a chic and snobbish place but instead everything was very "down to earth". Lounge music in the background in front of a FANTASTIC Vulcano type pizza!!!! Almost better than in Naples!

28/03/2024: If I have to find a negative thing... well it's that I didn't discover it sooner ☺️ Since 2011... damn. So I'm not saying that I'm a native of Fasano, but the tourism job pushes me away from Puglia. Let's talk about Faso. Young, polite and always on point staff. Fast service and always attentive to any of our requests. I snuck into a chat with the other table (owner attached) since we were talking about tourism and in the meantime I finished an ultra delicious first course (dumplings). I haven't booked, but I recommend doing so even during the week. Very varied environment. Very intimate and quiet room at the back right. Room after the bar, large and excellent for meals and chats. I glimpsed another room, a bar room. However, everything is really very nice. I will forward everything to my Fasano cousins ​​and will be back soon. A hug to everyone from the staff (very diligent and attentive) to the Sicilian owner. A big hug 🥂

16/10/2023: A nice surprise. Simple, quiet and clean restaurant. The managers Pino and Laura, very kind and friendly. Everything was good and genuine, the special grilled octopus, excellent seafood linguine... it's a shame we only stayed in Torre Canne for a few days. Highly recommended.

30/09/2023: I wanted Linguinie alla vongole. The nice and funny waitress recommended it to me mixed with cozze. It was the best pasta I ate in 10 days in Puglia.

21/10/2023: Luogo ideale per riassaporare la cucina “povera” pugliese o meglio la tradizione Locale d’altri tempi dove si respira la passione di mamma (in cucina) e figlio (in sala) Antipasti deliziosi seppur semplici Primi fatti in casa e secondi di carni regionali Dolci da non perdere e soprattutto tanto calore Consigliato prenotare per tempo perché sempre pieno. Prezzi pop!

15/09/2023: We had an amazing experience at Silvè this evening, 9/15/23. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding and it was an overall great experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and look forward to returning. We left feeling stuffed after countless rounds of food and couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to finish off our Italy honeymoon.

13/03/2024: One of my favorite pubs in Fasano. Excellent cocktails and tasty sandwiches, but their breasts at Christmas with parmesan sauce are something phenomenal! Beautiful venue with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for aperitifs, dinners and after the evening.
