The lady who served us broke the cork on the wine bottle, and the first glass was full of pieces of cork. We pointed this out to her, but she didn't apologize or replace the glass: she simply took it away, causing us to waste a glass of wine, and continued serving as if nothing had happened. We were also disappointed with the food: it wasn't flavorful, and even though one dish was remade, it was still poorly prepared. It's a shame, because we had high expectations. Very disappointed.

The wine selection was excellent, including an excellent Susumaniello Rosato.

07/08/2025: Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, but the food was truly subpar. I ordered cold tomato and raw scampi soup, which was a gazpacho with just cucumber and one scampi (which was also hard to find).
Then there were packets of fish of the day—perhaps the Findus fish fingers were the fish of the day!

08/06/2026: Good food, very fresh fish, but we can only comment on a few appetizers and main courses. The raw fish was very good, the mussels au gratin were not very flavorful, but the shrimp in kataifi pastry was excellent. The zucchini soufflé with shrimp cream had only shrimp, not the cream. Overall, a pleasant evening, although the outdoor deck needs repairs because the chairs are often tripped over due to the worn floor. The wine was average. The price was too high.

23/04/2026: First restaurant we visited upon arriving in Puglia. Recommended by our host. And what a treat! We tried the hot and cold antipasti option by asking our neighbors. Amazing! And the same goes for the four-cheese pizza... Delicious!
Top-notch service, very classy waiters, and the owner came to greet us.
The house wine was excellent.
And the cherry on top: a complimentary small dessert.
It's off to a great start!
We'll definitely be back! 😃😀

According to our accommodation host, it is definitely
“the place to be” for good food.
Let your taste buds be surprised by the starters, and then share a pizza for two because you are full from the starters.
We had a delicious meal, so it is highly recommended.
Italians eat late, so go around opening time for the best chance of getting a spot, or otherwise just call to make a reservation.
20/05/2026: A very basic place, unpretentious but authentic. It only serves appetizers and pizzas. The appetizers are excellent and very reasonably priced. The appetizers aren't as generous as those you'd typically find in the area, so they're best paired with pizza. We didn't order them, but looking at the tables next to them, it looked good. We were happy, and will definitely return.
