07/04/2024: Perfection can be human. Magnificent structure even if a little far from the most important centres. Crazy rooms, some of which are at the limits of the imagination. Excellent cuisine with friendly, prepared and impeccable service. We stayed with friends to stay overnight and have lunch over Easter and it was a wonderful feeling. Too bad it only lasted 1 day

05/04/2024: I couldn't evaluate the food, because even though we had booked during the week when we arrived they had reserved a table for us OUTSIDE, with a wind that seemed like the Bora of Trieste.... Uncommentable!!! ⬇️

02/04/2024: I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and today I was finally able to make this wish come true. The dishes are traditional but also revisited, excellently prepared and served. The mixed appetizer, the cigars with ricotta, truffle and cardoncelli, the fusilloni with artichokes and the sliced meat are very tasty. The environment is rustic and characteristic, the outside is very welcoming. I recommend booking well in advance.

31/03/2024: Simply gorgeous. We went to Borgo Egnazia for a Xmas event. We were greeted by the staff with enthusiasm and zeal. The Xmas markets were tastefully decorated. We could eat anywhere and anything we wanted from hot mulled wine to popcorn and focaccia. The location is of the highest standard and so was the atmosphere.

consegnato direttamente alla persona celiaca.. e dopo aver tirato un morso la responsabile di sala si avvicina con agitazione scusandosi.. ma ormai il
Danno era fatto! Disorganizzati, poco attenti… superficiali
